Stayed here overnight. Nice little park next to a restaurant. Staff was very friendly and allowed us to change sites. The highway was noisy and there are train tracks across the river. Would stay here overnight again. We camped at River Edge Resort in a Motorhome.

Not a destination, good for an overnight stay on the way to somewhere else, very tight access, sites are barely level and all dirt, good over OVA television, WIFI only at the Bar. Bathrooms are dated but clean, laundry was just ok, we stayed a week but would not stay again. We camped at River Edge Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

We couldn't find a site anywhere in Missoula but we found this little gem of a campground. It is very shady and located right beside the Clark Fork river. The sites are gravel with large green areas between. They offer 30 amp only. The restaurant was great. There is also a nice bar and a gaming room. The downside is the train tracks across the river with frequent trains (though they don't blow their horns) and the close proximity to Hwy 90. The roads are tight but we managed to maneuver our 41 ft motorhome to our site without unhooking our tow vehicle. I highly recommend it for an overnight or longer stay. We camped at River Edge Resort in a Motorhome.

Don't pass this park by! We enjoyed this park so much. Beautiful setting, small (12 sites), very nice owner and staff, great bar, restaurant and a few gaming machines. Steaks are some of the best we've had. Trains across river, but they don't blow the horns, some interstate noise but we don't notice much. Sites are dirt and gravel with nice grassy yards. We are a 40' MH towing and had no trouble getting in. Sites are turned every which way (instead of like lined up dominos) which seem to add more privacy. We were able to get satellite TV (Dish). This park has so much personality-it hugs your soul. So glad we found it! We camped at River Edge Resort in a Motorhome.

This would be a nice campground if it weren't for the highway and train noise. It is bordered on one side by a busy highway with loud trucks and on the other side there is a set of train tracks. Trains go by every few hours day & night. To register you have to go into the restaurant and pay at the bar. The internal roads are very tight for big rigs. Site spacing is very close. Verizon signal was very strong. Good enough for an overnight but not much more than that. We camped at River Edge Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

No room in Missoula but glad we are here. Just off the highway and adjacent to Clark Fork River. Big pine trees and restaurant, bar and casino. What more could you want! Small park with 12 sites but had room for our 45 ft motorhome. Verizon cell phone great. No Satellite due to mountain and trees but over the air had Missoula stations. We camped at River Edge Resort in a Motorhome.

Pretty setting, lots of trees, spaces are not all in a row. Getting into my spot was easy....getting out was a different story. Could have managed by moving a couple planters and picnic tables so I could swing thru two other spaces, but a very nice camper next to me offered to guide me to back out. Thank You! He'd tried my spot with his Motorhome but couldn't get the 50 amp to work...I couldn't get the 30 amp to work. The next person who came in parallel to me couldn't get his electric to work...so three of us. The office said there was nothing wrong. So, with that, I can not give this park a better rating. The park is for sale and certainly could use some attention. We camped at River Edge Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Had called ahead for reservation. Requested pull-thru, 50 amp full hookup. Told no problem, last one available. Well, checked in at restaurant and was told our site was 30 amp with water and electric only. Not what we requested but just one night so no big deal. Then to try and maneuver our 40' motor coach through campground and around other campers and trees -not happening. Ended up backing into site after unhooking tow vehicle. Not ideal but worked. Restaurant on site was awesome and the river was pretty but a lot of noise from I-90 on one side and trains on the other. We camped at River Edge Resort in a Motorhome.

Nice setting, fair amount of traffic noise from train and I90. Sites 11/12 share a sewer connection and have a drop off at the front and back that might make leveling a problem. Sites are tight for larger rigs, and the ones nearer the restaurant are a bit more spacious. Restaurant was very good, service was good as well. We camped at River Edge Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

My definition of Big Rig access must be different than others. Had to thread my way through the trees to get to my assigned site and some of the trees were almost too close. OTA TV was marginal and too many trees for Sat. TV in most sites. We camped at River Edge Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Interesting little RV park. Check in at the restaurant. Not very many sites but in the trees above the river. The interstate is directly above the sites and the railroad track is just across the river so there is a lot of noise. Fine for an overnight. We camped at River Edge Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
