Oct 2018 - $31.00
Nice little park. The interstate highway and train tracks were nearby, but the noise was negligible. Roads and sites were gravel. Most sites were partially shaded. The park had a relaxed park Iike feel. Hookups were solid. T mobile was full bars so we didn't use the WiFi. We will stay here again. - whizbang
Oct 2018 - $27.00
Not a bad campground at all. Good power, nice and clean. Lots of room and long pull thru. Place was quite. Had some trains but no problem with noise. Only used power so the cost was low. Can not beat the price. Will stay again if in the area. Easy to get to. - neilontheroad
Sep 2018 - $30.00
This is a friendly older park. Facilities are older, but in good condition. Central building had lounge with kitchen, games, etc. We enjoyed our stay. - Wayne B41

We had the entire fairgrounds to ourselves for our two-night stay. Brand new restrooms and shower rooms were immaculate. Site was in a grassy pasture--could be muddy if rain is present. Some flies in the area--due to the nature of a fairgrounds and animals present. Rodeo arena was adjacent. We enjoyed watching calf ropers in action each evening, as they were practicing for the upcoming rodeo and fair. Fairgrounds manager was exceptionally friendly and helpful in spite of the fact that he was very busy getting ready for the annual Tri-County Fair that was to start a few days after we were there. - MissouriBird

Sep 2018 - $39.00
A comfortable but pricey overnight stay. Easy access from I-90, with good interior gravel roads and long pull-thru gravel sites. Convenient hookups and good WiFi. OK cable TV, no OTA, and no obstructions to the satellites. Verizon cell/data were strong. Close to the interstate with the expected noise. - Meanderman
Sep 2018 - $40.00
The park is right off of I-90 there was some road noise but did not bother us. close to fuel and eating. The staff is friendly. The spaces are average width, but long. The roads are gravel and the sites are gravel with grass between sites. Easy access in and out. We would stay here again. - JDR
Sep 2018 - $31.00
We only stayed one night on our way to Yellowstone. The park is easy off/easy on from I-90. Because of its close proximity to the interstate, there is continual road noise, but we didn't find to too objectionable since the weather was cool enough that we kept our windows closed most of the time.In the summer it might be a different story. Sites are level gravel. The park is clean and well maintained. There appeared to be a lot of permanent or long term residents, but most of the rigs were clean and tidy. The management gives you some discount coupons upon check in for a fast food place and gas station adjacent to the park. Safeway is within about a mile. WiFi worked well. Bathrooms and showers were clean and spacious. One amenity we really liked was a trail on the eastern edge of the park that connects to a municipal trial system and meanders through fields and woodlands - great place for an after dinner walk with or without your four legged friends. I wouldn't consider this a destination park, but it's convenient and reasonably priced for a one night layover. - BruceandKathyWA

Aug 2018 - $37.00
We drove through town and turned down the street to the KOA and I'm thinking we made a huge mistake because the KOA was so close to town. What a pleasant surprise. The owner/manager (and all around worker) is so knowledgeable of everything here. She recommended places to go and what we might like around here. The park is very nice. The spaces are good sized and I don't feel crowded. It's quiet. - Sheila Rosson
Jun 2018 - $38.00
We stayed here overnight. Quiet park, right next to a river/stream - that due to recent rains was running very fast and high. Park had minor flooding in one area. There is no TV provided, BUT what isn't stated is that per the owner "the whole town is unable to get OTA, unless they are lucky", so bring DVD, Books, if it is wet, clod and rainy like out visit. We did enjoy the park, the quiet and the views. the owner and her dog we a pleasure to speak to and deal with. We would stay again if in the area. the provided WIFI is a bit sketchy (on- off) - Sergent Major
Oct 2017 - $40.00
A fairly basic KOA. We stayed one night in the 1st week of October and it was fairly deserted. We never saw the owner, just did everything over the App & phone. They had us in a long gravel pull-through site with full hookups, but with our smaller rig we could have easily done one of the nice back-in spots along the river, with grass around them. Stopped here to do laundry, but with no one working had to walk into town (a few blocks away) to a bar to get some change. Deer were out wandering through the town on my way back. Just a good, quiet stopover on our way from Glacier NP to Yellowstone the next day. - VW_Vista

This is a very small city park on South Main Street in Drummond, MO. Believe there are 8 total sites, 3 have 50/30 electricity. All have water taps, but several are inoperative. Campsites are not marked well, if at all, and takes a little thinking to figure them out. Looks to be mostly a park to be used by locals during a rodeo nearby, but very quiet and safe. $10/night if you don't use the electricity. Very near to Clark Fork River. Good for an overnight stay just off I-90. - wingnut60

Stayed here 2 nights on our way east to Minnesota, and 2 nights on the return trip 4 wks later. We are "boondockers" at home, and wanted a mountain spot to relax for a couple of nights. Very nice, quiet NF site at about 5500 ft elevation. Hand pump for water, vault toilets, and bear boxes for food storage!! A bit off the freeway on pretty good gravel roads, but not difficult to get to. On weekends, it is used by locals and ATV's. We never felt they were obnoxious, and pretty much only used the campground roads to go in and out from the main road and up into the mountains. Great spot for thunderstorms in the hot summer!! Spaces are fairly short, our 24ft TT fit in one spot well but a much larger unit would have some problem finding a adequate site. Forest Service states 22ft max for sites. Fire rings and solid picnic table at each site. Sites are free, but had to put in something for the review!!! - GLB

Campground is part of a larger complex of cabins, teepees, and even a conestoga wagon! The owner is VERY accommodating. In the summer, he does a great breakfast. Boulder Creek Lodge is near Philipsburg - a "19th century town" that is quite alive, and has two ghost towns near it. - alansills

Located in a valley surrounded by mountains, the road gets narrow near the park and is dirt for the last quarter of a mile. We had the campground to ourselves except a few day hikers. The views are great and has hiking trails and a nice water fall. If in this area we would stay again. - Ruffin It

Aug 2018 - $34.00
This was a great stop for a couple of nights. The park is beside a motel, right at the edge of town. Easy walk into town. This is an old mining town with just one main road going through it. All sites are FHU, and all utilities worked well. Satellite coverage was good as it is wide open space. Maybe the only down side was it was gravel and windy and dust was blowing everywhere. The laundry had only 1 washer/dryer, $1.50/$1.00 and was very clean. It seemed most people were contract workers, but all sites were kept up very well. It is located on Hwy 1, which we decided to take to get off I-90 for awhile. Great mountain views, deer walking across Main Street, several restaurants, and though we didn't try it, you can pan for sapphire. There are many sapphire shops in town too. Very quiet at night. - jacknpeg

Really friendly staff, clean bathrooms, nice view into the mountains behind Philipsburg. Not much atmosphere in the rv park itself but the location was perfect for a one night stay and close to town. Bathrooms were clean. Would stay here again. - Sasquatch2
Jun 2016 - $32.00
Very small but nice and clean. Area is very open and sites are spacious. You can't beat the price. Bathrooms and laundry are tiny but clean. Hosts were very nice. - Wendy 67
