Sites are terraced into hillsides. Easily leveled. Utilities were fine. Next to Little Big Horn battlefield. Lots of room to walk dogs although no dog park. Nice touch was free ice cream bars at check In! Mosquitoes ate me up. Otherwise enjoyed our stay. We camped at 7th Ranch RV Camp in a Motorhome.

Stayed 5 nights. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Laundry only had two washers and dryers but no problem accessing. On a hillside so every spot has a nice view. Every space has a grill and picnic table. We camped at 7th Ranch RV Camp in a Fifth Wheel.

Our new washer/dryer unit is on the way as you could probably tell from the waiting plumbing- hooray! After 17 years we definitely needed another one. We're building a bigger office too with room to read, play games, borrow outdoor games, have snacks, shop etc. It's exciting! You'll have to come again next summer & see it all. Happy trails-

A beautiful park in the rolling hills of the Little Big Horn River area. Sites are huge, with plenty of room, grass and picnic table. All sites are pull through and very long. The park is very convenient to the Little Big Horn Battlefield. WiFi worked great, even though you're in a rural setting. Be aware that the last 1/4 mile or so is gravel road. Just go slowly and you'll be fine. Interior roads are wide and easy to navigate. You're guided to your site by the friendly staff. You even get a free ice cream bar at check-in. Just a great place to stay. We camped at 7th Ranch RV Camp in a Motorhome.

Of course, a visit to the battlefield is a must. Take the narrated tour for a great orientation to the battles. Ranger talks are also very informative. Custer Battlefield Trading Post just outside the Park has a very good cafe and store with lots of jewelry and souvenirs.

This site is well managed and very convenient to the Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument. The staff is friendly and the rest rooms are clean. Please note that they warn you to follow their signs and "not" your GPS. Our GPS route looked inaccurate or would have taken us on a rougher route so I would definitely follow their signs. We're glad you liked your visit- and the huckleberry ice cream! We've been giving out a free ice cream sandwich or bar to every guest for 17 years and it's still popular. It's Wilcoxson's Ice Cream - made in MT. It's been in business for over 100 years.

This is an excellent park for travelers who want to spend the night or have an interest in seeing the Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument. Staff is friendly and helpful. Park is well laid out and can accommodate large rigs plus toads. Easy off and on to I-90. The rural location provides a good representation of how beautiful this area of Montana is. We enjoyed staying here. We camped at 7th Ranch RV Camp in a Motorhome.

The visitors center at the Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument is a must see and particularly the twice daily verbal presentation by a park historian (Steve) who makes the whole event come alive.

We stayed in this campground for 5 nights. Everyone was friendly, helpful and informative. The sites are terraced and fairly level. The showers are large and the bathhouse was spotless. When they tell you the water is soft, they're not fooling, use less soap then normal. The views are awesome especially if you walk up the hill to the flagpole. Also great places to walk your dog. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definately stay here again. We camped at 7th Ranch RV Camp in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for one night. Park was very clean and well maintained. You can tell they take pride in the campground. It was convenient to Little Bighorn and had gorgeous views at sunset. Our kids loved the ice cream we received at check in. Bathrooms were amazingly clean as was the laundry room. Escorted to our site, which was a level gravel pull through. Small playground for our kids, sites were well spaced with good shade. The kids also really enjoyed watching the trains coming going! Great campground! We stayed close to the end of the season and the place was almost vacant. We got free ice cream sandwiches to help them empty the freezer. Check in was very pleasant and efficient and we had a guide to our site. The park is on a hill but the sites hve been terraced to be level. The bathrooms and showers are big and spotless and have country music. We would stay here again. We camped at 7th Ranch RV Camp in a Motorhome.

Our high with the flag & cross are very popular! Our campground is nestled just below & out of the Battlefield view-shed for preservation purposes. Little Bighorn is very protected and every effort is made to keep the view as close as possible to that sad day and time period. Its an honor to work with the National Monument to preserve the area.
We're glad you enjoyed your stay. Thanks!

Site A38, a pull thru with full hookups, on gravel, with some shade, some grass. 43' motorhome. Immaculate RV park, limited but ok dog walking. Ok showers. No dump station, not sure how folks on W&E sites dumped. Useless OTA, good ATT data, useless Wifi. Didn't use the laundry. Escorted to the site. There is a very busy train line across the valley that means constant horns. We camped at 7th Ranch RV Camp in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

~65 miles to Billings: Costco, Walmart, etc. Didn't see much in the city that would cause me to return. 5 miles from Little Bighorn Battlefield Nat. Monument. Very interesting, took guided tour by Crow Indians, a very different perspective; worthwhile. Very limited local shopping, come stocked up. The cafe at the Trading Post is not very good. Lack of competition keeps it in business.

Good Sam rated- 8, 10*, 10. Every site is pull-through with lawns, grills, & tables- a mix of shade for guests preference. Pets are very welcome on leash throughout the park (just pick up after them). 320 acres of the ranch around the campground is for hiking, walking, & playing off leash with your pets. Showers are rated 10* by Good Sam- super soft water. Dump stations are within 25 mi. Many campers know it isn't necessary to dump as often as previously thought- the sites are exactly the same- just $3 cheaper per night. We're pretty happy with what we offer & our ratings. Enjoy your travels.

Very easy to get to, very nice host, and nice park. A couple things to be aware of: gravel road for about 1/4 mile to check in area-very dusty when we were there, even at idle speed. Our spot was un-level, both front to back and side to side, to the degree our jacks fully extended took the back wheels of our motorhome off the ground, so we had to put down some wood blocks under the coach jacks. Sewer was a bit uphill from pad. Beautiful views for sunset and sunrise, excellent satellite, okay wifi, close to historic sites. We would stay here again just to just enjoy the views, the quietness, and the overall ambiance of the park. Don't recall what we paid so I put $1. We camped at 7th Ranch RV Camp in a Motorhome.
