A bit of an improvement from last year. The office/Gift shop renovation is coming along. There is still a ways to go and it should be a lot cleaner but it is a vast improvement from before. Access to the park is easy. Signage was great. Check in was still a little long and drawn out. Our site (11) was a long, graveled and grass, pull through with plenty of room between neighbours. All services were to the left rear and worked well. We did not use the bathrooms, showers or laundry but noted they were clean and up to date. There were, however, still no doors for the toilet or shower stalls. There is a convenient store and service station across the street. We paid $41.41 including tax with a GS discount and feel we received good value. We would return if in the area. We camped at Grandview Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

The park is in a small town close to Little Bighorn national monument and that was our main reason for staying here. WiFi was non-existent. Water pressure was awful. We had reserved a pull through but were asked to move to a back in. I don’t have an issue with moving but the owner belittled my husband about his ability to back in to the site. She was rude and inappropriate. Many sites were long term workers. Main issue: rude owner and not a nice rv park. Looks cheap. We camped at Grandview Campground & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

This park is convenient when traveling I-90, less than a mile off the highway. Layout is a bit strange with some sites accessible only when driving through another site. There were a fair number of workers with heavy duty trucks staying in the park. Some noisy exits in the early morning. Otherwise, the campground was clean and well maintained. Water, electric and sewer were all a little strange but worked OK. Our site was a pull-in site, we had to unhook and back out in the morning. The front tires were on grass but no problem with soft ground. A small creek, clear water, was flowing past the site on the passenger side of the coach. We camped at Grandview Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

The campground is located near the interstate and is easy to get in and out of a quick stay. We wanted to visit Little Bighorn and this was a good place to stay. Small town with several places to eat. We camped at Grandview Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Easy off and easy on off Interstate 90. Nice large gravel campsite. Hookups a bit far away, but good service. Advertised rates aren't always used. Rates appear to vary and are dependent on the size of the unit and the owner's whim. Check-in was unusual to say the least. Friendly conversation seemed to switch so often it was hard to figure out what the topic was at times. All and all, we had a good stay and we would probably return if in the area. We'd definitely nail down the rate before we checked in. We camped here in a Motor Home. We camped at Grandview Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Small town atmosphere. Lariat Country Kitchen is excellent for breakfast or lunch. We didn't have dinner there, but would assume it would be equally as good. Excellent food, excellent waitress, and fair prices. We also had a very good burger at Three Brothers Bistro.

Had a wonderful experience at the Grand View Campground. Nicely situated for easy access to the Custer/Little Big Horn Battlefield and Crow Fair and Rodeo and Yellowtail Dam Recreation area. Clean, roomy, affordable and very friendly, especially for dog and cat owners. Closest campground to the Battlefield. We camped at Grandview Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Stayed here overnight on our way through Montana. We arrived just before dark and left early the next day so we didn't see much of the park. The site was nice and the staff was nice. The gas station across the road was a little noisy but we would stay here again. Visited Little Bighorn National Park after we left here. It was within 15 minutes. We camped at Grandview Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Access to the park is easy. Signage was great. Check in was a little long and drawn out but very informative. Parameter roads are paved and in good condition. The office was a mess. Owner noted that it had been damaged by fire and the insurance contractor was not being very amicable. Our site (#6) was a long, graveled and grass, back in with plenty of room between neighbors. All services were to the left rear and worked well. We noted that pets were not required to be leashed. Our princess was a little overwhelmed with the freedom available to her. We were surprised that there were no droppings found. Recycled cans are generously donated to local charities and bins are located next to the trash receptacles. We did not use the bathrooms, showers or laundry but noted they were clean and up to date. There were, however, no doors for the toilet or shower stalls. Shower curtains were used for privacy. A little odd. There is a convenient store and service station across the street. We did not note any restaurants within easy walking distance. We found the park to be very quiet considering it is in the city. We paid $41.41 including tax with a GS discount and feel we received good value. We would return if in the area. We camped at Grandview Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Interior roads were smooth, sites were gravel and grass. The office looked like a remodel was in progress. The office staff was helpful and nice. The bathhouse was well maintained. Wife wasn't thrilled aboot shower curtains instead of doors in the toilet and shower stalls. Our site was grassy and shaded. Nothing fancy. Good WI-FI No recycling. Easy access from the interstate with paved roads and a variety of pull-thru and back-in sites. Our site was a long pull-thru with soft but level gravel and no shade. Hookups worked well, the cable TV was adequate, and there were a few OTA channels. Park WiFi was adequate, and Verizon cell/data was strong. Pretty much a ho-hum park with no really good or bad aspects, but overpriced for the facilities and the area. We camped at Grandview Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is an okay stop over for one night if visiting Little Big Horn National Monument. This is an April 1 thru Oct 31 park for full hookups. After the snow starts, it is electric only, but open year-round. Pull-thru and back-in sites. Sites and interior roads are gravel and rather level. Cable TV and free WiFi. Big rig friendly. Staff was pleasant. The office where a customer checks in is a real turn-off. Maybe we just hit it on a real messy day when a lot of cleaning was needed, but it was not a good first impression. Laundry room, but we did not check it out. Convenient to interstate. Large fuel station across the street. $10 fee to cancel reservation. One night fee if reservation cancelled within 3 days of arrival. Price reflects charge for full hookup site w/Good Sam discount plus 7% tax. We camped at Grandview Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

I have never made a bad review until now. This campground is definitely not worth the price. I reserved an electric only site which was still $33 with discount. When they say electric only, they mean just that. There was no dump station or water station. In addition, their electric only sites were clearly late add ons behind a tin shed. I asked if I could dump before we left and was told "only if you pay for a night of full hookups". I have never encountered this at any other campground in the fifteen years of camping. Our friends with us pulled in on empty water tanks. When they asked if they could fill their freshwater tank, an employee said "if the owner catches you, she will charge you to fill up". Luckily the owner wasn't there so they were able to fill for free. In every other campground I've been to campers have always been able to dump and fill tanks for free upon leaving. I will not return to this campground. We camped at Grandview Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.
