This is a nice park. The entry way was lined with potted flowers making a welcoming entrance. The main reason I did not rate the park higher was because the interior roads were, while well maintained, somewhat narrow. Fortunately at every tight spot the park employee guiding us to our spot jumped off their cart to see that we made the turns alright. The interior roads might have been well maintained, the road leading to the park from the highway was not so much. No need for speed bumps, the pot holes served that purpose. The wifi in the park was good. All the employees (and non-employees) were very friendly. I say non-employees as the woman that checked us in, prior to our formal registration, was not an employee. She described herself as a friend that just helped out where needed and she was friendly and helpful. Now, a couple of minor points. For an RV park of this size I couldn't believe they had a whole bunch (20 maybe?) of old school galvanized trash cans for refuse disposal. And, last, this is the first RV park we have been in that required a very specific "liability release for our insurance company" to be signed as part of the registration process. We camped at Osens RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

If you are looking for groceries there is no Walmart in town but there is a fairly large Albertson's Grocery about 1/2 mile from the park.

Osens is a nice quiet RV park on the south edge of Livingston MT just off the highway to Gardiner MT and Yellowstone Park. There are back in spaces and pull throughs and I think the back in spaces around the edge of the park offer more privacy and shade. All the sites have green grass and are spacious by most RV park standards. The Wifi is reliable and cable TV was good. The sites are level and the staff was nice. They have a great dog run that is large with lots of grass. We camped at Osens RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a nice, clean park; but it is quite expensive at $50 a night. It is in town (Livingston), so you hear city type noises (barking, trucks, etc.). Managers were pleasant and professional. If I return to the area I might look for another, cheaper campground. We camped at Osens RV Park & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Despite some of the other reviews, we found our welcoming was great from the lady owner and we appreciated her asking about our truck & travel trailers license. We have been asked this many times over our 12 years of RV traveling, don't know why others complain! This actually made us feel safer that they are concerned! The gentlemen owner was one of the most helpful people we have experience in taking us to our site, he wanted to make sure we were pleased! After setting up and reading a lot of material they provided us for Livingston, we both agreed this is a place to return to in the future, other than just an overnighter. 25 Cable Chanel's, WiFi signal and Verizon worked great for us. The grounds are immaculately kept with lots of green grass between the sites. Definitely will return...oh the lady owner promised to practice improving her singing! We camped at Osens RV Park & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

Nice clean RV Park, well landscaped. Hard to get to from the main highway. The road is narrow, full of pot holes, and tree lined with low branches. All the utilities worked well and are convenient with the exception of the power which blocks the cargo doors. Spaces are narrow gravel with grass. The grass is treated like gold. The showers and toilets are clean. The laundry is clean but expensive $3.50 to wash and another $3.50 to dry. The bad: The park is run like a prison camp. The staff is rude, over bearing, condescending, and demeaning. The extensive rules are demanding, abusive and petty. Rates are expensive with no discounts. Since it is the only "nice" park in Livingston, the owners really take advantage of the guests. To be fair, if you can overlook the high prices, rude staff and petty rules, the park itself is nice. We would not stay there again. We cannot recommend the park. Rated as poor. We camped at Osens RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Osen's RV Park is a beautiful park with immaculate landscaping and plenty of well irrigated grass between sites. Managers were very helpful, led us to our parking area and assisted with getting us exactly where they wanted us parked. Laundry area was very convenient and everything worked well--but a bit pricey. No fire ring and no picnic table. Sites pretty close together. Very quiet park and all appeared safe. Somewhat difficult to find and get into as you have to drive down a very narrow residential side street to get to the entrance of the park. Big rigs might have some difficulties with overhanging branches along the street and tight turns. Our biggest objection was value--seemed to be quite high compared to others we have stayed in. We camped at Osens RV Park & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

The owners are extremely helpful and friendly. The park is easily accessible. It is clean, quiet, and scenic. The spaces are long and wide enough for my 41 ft w/5 slides and my tow vehicle. There is a large fenced in pet area. Grocery, hardware, home goods shopping all within a 5-10 min drive. The Park WIFI is basically useless and unreliable. No Sprint coverage, but AT&T had adequate 4G. There is cable TV with several channels and I did get a handful of OTA digital channels. We camped at Osens RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed from July to Sept for a job my husband was hired to do. The staff are super & they run a tight ship! This makes the campground safe, secure & very clean. We were initially in a site we could not get level on, and they allowed us to change sites, which was very accommodating & we appreciated. Yellowstone is an hour away, there is a Rails-to-Trails right at the end of the street you can take to see the Yellowstone River. And the views just never end- so very beautiful! If you think you want to be in this area- make reservations a year ahead of time if possible- they are full! We would certainly stay here again. Verizon signal is excellent as was our DISH satellite signal. We camped at Osens RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

We also stayed at this park in 2011. My notes show that it was a pleasant stay, but had poor wifi. The staff told me that the current owners purchased the property in 2012 and have added sites and made extensive improvements. The new sites are well laid out and fairly level. The laundry and new bath house are very nice. The bad news is the extensive questioning at check in. They wanted to know everything about us; they acted like we were entering into a long term rental agreement. We have never encountered this before, in 10 years of fulltiming and over 500 campgrounds. They escort to you site to make sure that you park exactly like they want, dead center of the site and all the way back. They also require you to be escorted to the dump station when there is no real reason since it is pretty straight forward. In 2011 we got a FHU50 for $33, this year we got a water/electric site for $46, a huge price increase considering the different levels of service. We don't consider this stay a good value. Even though there have been many upgrades to the park, the electrical is very weak in the newly added sites. With only one air conditioner running we were only getting 108 volts. The wifi is still not usable. We will not be back. We camped at Osens RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

This park is about 60 miles from Yellowstone. This campground is no frills. Water & Electric only. The dump station is monitored and controlled by the owner. I've never seen this in my 25 years of RV'ing. I dumped upon arrival and he stood next to me watching closely. We left early a few days later and couldn't dump until 8:30am. So if you want to leave the park earlier than 8:30 am you can forget about dumping your tanks, which is absolutely ridiculous for $50+ per night. If you're only there for one night dumping your tanks may not be an issue. The park overall is well maintained. It is very clean. You park on gravel and cannot put out a rug. The dog park is very big & nice. We used the laundry. Two loads was $8, which I feel is overpriced. Each restroom has a shower in it. They were also clean. I would stay here again if it was only for one night. We booked last minute so the options were limited. This park is full every night in the summer. We camped at Osens RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Nice clean well maintained park. Groomed gravel parkingcareas with small grass areas between sites. Cozy, but not cramped. Narrow road into the facility was not a problem although a couple of the potholes were cavernous! Easy freeway access, nearby services and about an hour from the North entrance to Yellowstone. Very nice fenced off-leash area for your four-legged family members. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our two-day stay at Owen's. After driving down a narrow street (too narrow for a car to pass your rig) we pulled onto this lovely well manicured drive into the park. Such a great first impression! The first impression quickly paled to the second impression. We walked into a small office to face the receptionist who was very much in charge and wanted to ensure you knew it. First thing, she argued with me about the size of my motorhome. You would think the driver/owner would know the length of their rig. But after a long day on the road who wants to argue. Just put down whatever you think it should be. Then started the litany of rules. I chuckled inside as the speech droned on and on because it brought to mind the lyrics of an old song; "Sign, sign, everywhere a sign, Blockin' out the scenery, breakin' my mind Do this, don't do that, can't you read the sign?" Oh well, your park your rules. We finally signed, paid and got to our P/T sight. The space was so short that by the time I got my RV and tow vehicle into the assigned space, the utility hook ups were so far away that I could not even hook up my sewer. Again a beautiful well manicured park. If you can survive the rules, you could have an enjoyable stay. We stayed one night on our way to Glacier Park. We camped at Osens RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.
