1 RV Park near Roundup, Montana
Aug 2015 - $1.00
Donations accepted. The park is right near the fairgrounds. There are lots of trees and sights are all different sizes and not necessarily all level. We were able to find a suitable sight for our coach and tow. A police officer drove thru and we questioned him about safety. Said never a problem in the park and it was patrolled often. There were four other campers there. It is a small park and we felt safe. Perfect for overnight and passing through. We also saw lots of deer. - Buckie

For what this is, it is a great place for overnight. Public owned on the banks of the Musselshell River under huge cottonwood trees. From downtown turn at Fairgrounds sign. Campground is about 1/2 mile. No hookups, but some tables and campfire rings that were the only indication of a parking place. We found a level spot and didn't have to unhook. Paved sidewalk into town. Easy walk to groceries and to a great local museum which we highly recommend. There is a walk along the river which starts at the fairgrounds and goes very near the downtown. Saw lots of deer. Very quiet. Donations accepted. Would most definitely stay again. - tillie
