OLD, OLD narrow Mobile Home park with RV spaces in empty MH sites. Paved roads and concrete patios. Trees between sites with low overhanging branches. Watch your roof and sat dish. Pick site carefully, to be sure you can get Sat signal. Pull thru and back in. Close to downtown and strip. Easy access off highway 95 then Boulder Hwy. Elec pedestal old and modified many times, had difficulty getting plug to get good connections. Office staff nice. Web site states it has WiFi, but could find signal at site. Web site also states age restriction for rigs over 12 years but appears to very loosely enforced. Will not stay there again. We camped at King's Row in a Fifth Wheel.

$20 for a full service 30 amp pull-through site. This is an older RV park located on the Boulder Highway, where there are several other RV parks. While home to many full-time and long-term RVs, there were several open overnight spaces during our 6-day stay in June. At $20 for a full service site, the price cannot be beat. Sites do not have picnic tables or fire rings. There is a small pool, laundry ($1.50 wash, dryer $0.25/10 min), immaculately clean washrooms and a games room - the latter is where you get the best WiFi reception. While this is an open RV park with only a few trees, we were most pleased with the shade at site #456. While ours was a 30 amp site, 50 amp sites are available. We camped at King's Row in a Fifth Wheel.

The gave me a shady spot. The value of shade during Vegas' summer can't be overstated! Not all their spots are shaded, but a number are. I drove in what looked like he driveway, had to drive all the way around to the office. We camped at King's Row in a Travel Trailer.

$20 for a full hookup, pull-thru 30 amp site in Las Vegas can't be beat. We had an end site which was great because we have two dogs and had a nice piece of grass for them to enjoy. OTA reception as well as Verizon wifi worked really well. The site was long enough that we would not have had to unhitch. There are no tables or fire rings but in June it's way too hot for a fire in my opinion. My only complaint was the fact that a teenager showed us to our site. He did not understand anything about parking an RV. In order to pull into the site we had to swing as wide as possible which meant going up on the curb across the street. The young man did not warn us about this so my hubby had to go around the block and make another try which worked perfectly. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at King's Row in a Travel Trailer.

This is a large, older, family owned mobile home park that has been converted to about 2/3 RV spaces. There are older mobile homes in the back 1/3 but they are very well kept. The front third is the newest area, basically an asphalt lot with 50 amp hookups. But if you only need good 30 amp power, the middle third of the park is the real gem. This was laid out for single wide mobile homes with long pull through spaces. RVs take up less than half of each space's length and they are parked staggered end to end so there's plenty of space between them. You get a patio and maybe a shade tree and look at your neighbor's car, not into the next RV. Friendly management who take good care of who is let into the park, several improvements are underway and at $20 a night or $87 plus electricity a week this is one of the best bargains in Las Vegas. We camped at King's Row in a Travel Trailer.

Boulder Station just down the road, excellent buffet, inexpensive with free Players Card. Multiplex movie theaters next to the buffet. More movies 5 minutes away at Sam's Town. Large, well stocked RV parts store just down the street. Easy access to Fremont St. Experience downtown. City bus direct to the strip a block away but I didn't try it. Roadrunner RV Park down the road is a newer park with similar rates but their spaces and roads are much smaller.

We stayed at the park with a 30' class C & a toad. The space was big enough & we were able to park the car alongside the RV. The RV was on grass & there was a concrete patio just outside the door & it was under a shade tree No real frills here, just a place to park your RV for a day or a week or a month. We stayed for 3 weeks. Good broadcast TV reception & Verizon signal. They have a common room with a pool table, some books & the WIFI. It's attached to the laundry room ($1.25 as I recall) & the bathhouses. Fenced dog areas. Close (by car) to the strip & Freemont St plus a 3 minute drive to Boulder Station casino. The park people were very good to deal with. We'd stay there again. We camped at King's Row in a Motorhome.

This is an older park that is clean & well kept. There are sites across the entry street from the office that back up to Boulder Highway. Our site was toward the rear of the park & we were not bothered by road noise. Our site was a very long pull thru with a concrete patio. WiFi did not work at our site. We picked up all the local tv channels in HD with our roof top antenna. Utility connections were conveniently located & worked well. The office staff & park personnel were very friendly & helpful. We will definitely return when in the area. Rate is based on a weekly rate + taxes + electric. We camped at King's Row in a Fifth Wheel.

Our nightly rate is based on the monthly rate, current $365. We have stayed here twice over a month each time and would like to amend some of the comments previous campers have made. It feels like a 55+ park since many of us are, which makes for a quiet atmosphere, but we have encountered young families with children. There's not much here for them besides a small pool. Overnighters are generally placed in parking-lot-like spaces in the front for easy in and out, but vacationing RV'ers intermingle with long-term working folks throughout the park. We know that the management inspects old rigs that want to come in; we've heard them do it. Nevertheless, some of the old, disheveled rigs surrounded by junk that does not fit inside can give you the impression that it is not safe here. Nothing is further from the truth. During both our stays we went on long airplane trips and left our rig and tow car here unattended. When we returned, all was as we had left it. We overhear long term residents go out of their way to help one another. Keeping old rigs functioning is a constant concern. One resident who works in a local bakery, brought large quantities of baked goods into the clubhouse to share with others. Many of these folks are poor. Our neighbor had a daily visit from meals on wheels. But poor does not mean bad or dangerous. We suspect that the close supervision of management is a critical factor. Although things look old, our utilizes functioned perfectly and with a wi fi booster, we got great internet service on our site. We camped at King's Row in a Motorhome.

Never pay full price for anything in Las Vegas. We've gotten good deals on shows and dining at the seven Tix4tonight locations on the Strip. They also have discounts for some attractions. Nearby Station casinos have reasonably priced buffets made even more reasonable with player's cards - and you don't have to play.

As said this is a very old park that looks very rundown. A lot of very old and dilapidated trailers throughout the park. Men's main washroom shower was closed for renovations so I had to use the smaller washroom which looked to have never been renovated since the park opened 40 plus years ago. Hard to tell if it was clean as tiles were falling off. However, there should be a new washroom soon. The pluses made up for drawbacks. The staff were excellent, the sites where large so we didn't have to unhook the 5th wheel and there was room for our 2nd vehicle. WiFi was good at our site. Laundry room was excellent. Great location and perfect for short stays. We camped at King's Row in a Fifth Wheel.

If you are looking for a great rate in Las Vegas, this is the park. It is primarily a trailer park with an RV park in the front nearest Boulder Highway. The permanents range from extended stay people there for work who are in nice, newer, well kept trailers to the very opposite end of the spectrum. Some sites and trailers appeared to be in total disrepair and very unsightly. When we arrived the office person told us they inspected every rig older than 2002. I dare say some of the rigs in this park were 30 years or older and extremely junky. We kept all bay doors locked and left nothing outside. Check in was thorough as the manager went to make sure we would fit in the assigned space. He then led us in personally. The park allowed us to have American Mobile Lube service our coach while parked. A bargain at the price, but will probably not return here again. We really did not feel safe. We camped at King's Row in a Motorhome.
