Overall Rating:

This is a very large RV Resort close to the Las Vegas Strip. Large office with store, restaurant and two beautiful resort-style pools. Easy to get to off of I-15. Rate reflects the weekly rate of pay for 6 nights and 7th is free. The front portion of the park has both pull-through sites and back-in sites with grass between sites and picnic tables. We noted that many of those sites were not very level. All of the site pads in park are concrete. In the back of the park where we were, the sites were more level, but no grass, no picnic tables and crushed rock between sites. Very 'desert-like'. Combination of back-in sites and 90' long 'double sites' where 2 RVs are assigned to one pad. Unfortunately, both utility pedestals are on the same side of the pad which creates problems if both RVs have to back in. The other design flaw is the entry arch at the front of the park. It's beautiful and 'makes a statement', but guests have to swing wide to line up to squeeze through the arch. The left wall of the entry arch has many scrapes for previous impacts. The week we were there we witnessed one 5th wheeler significantly scrap the side of their rig and needed help backing out. There needs to either be better signage or the arch should be redesigned. If we return to this area we would return to this park. We camped at Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Picked this park because of reviews. However, we were not impressed. Maybe it was just where we were located in the park. Pros: Friendly staff and accommodating when having to extend reservation before we arrived. Rates are on the high side but with a 7 night stay the 7th night is free. There is a small no pet section. This section has concrete pads and gravel in between sites. Since there is no grass, there are no sprinklers on these sites. There is a restaurant on site. We ate there one evening and there was only one waitress who was doing a great job considering the number of people she had to serve. Considering it was a Friday night and we had just come from another restaurant with a 45 minute wait just to be seated, we were happy to wait about 20 minutes to be served. Cons: The entrance to the park is curvy and everyone must stop at a security house. There is only one lane in so even if you have already checked in, you must wait for security to give paperwork and information to those arriving. This may involve waiting on several vehicles. However, once you are in the park there is a designated angled parking area for those arriving to complete the paperwork that security gave them before they go inside to the registration desk. Registration seem unorganized. Although there were five employees behind the counter, only one was actually registering guests. After waiting several minutes, another employee started helping with registration. It is a large park with many one way streets. There are a lot of speed bumps (and I do mean bumps) throughout the park as well as dips in the roadway for drainage which are about as bad as the speed bumps. Although there are some nicer sites in the park, our site had a large pine tree about 2/3rds toward the back of the sit. We camped at Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort in a Motorhome.

It's a very busy RV Park. Easy access off I-15, 215 N/S. It's close to the McCarran Airport, the Strip, Doggie Day Care, Whole Foods, Vons and Smith's. Plenty of gas stations. They have security. Their resort market is reasonably priced. The front desk reception was extremely accommodating, pleasant to work with. Dogs are welcome. I listed the current daily rate. I am paying a monthly rate for premium. I like the eastern side of the resort. It's quiet. My site is 505 pull through. Highly recommend a stay. This is really a nice park, beautiful pools and amenities are above and beyond and for a good price. Check in easy, nice store, bar and food! Cons....we paid for a delux plus site...received a long back in spot on a curve which would have been OK except the hook ups were almost at the front of the site and we had to pull our coach to the very front of the site. This left no room to park except along side of our front door! We had 20 feet of concrete behind our coach where we had to sit and look at the back of the coach or a cement wall. Just ask for a pull through site, they cost less and would have been perfect for us. Plus sites aren't always better. We camped at Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This park is a GREAT location to visit the hub of Las Vegas and take in some shows, west rim of the Grand Canyon and of course Hoover Dam! We would stay here again, would just ask for a pull through spot. Oh and nice grass for how fur babies!

This is our second time staying here and the second time we reserved a Big Rig site. Two sites arranged front to back to make one long big rig site. No grass, but there is a picnic table. There are two sets of hookups since these are really two sites. The hookups were placed conveniently which ever ones (front or rear) you chose to use. There are other pull thrus available that are not as long, but they have grass and a place to park your tow. I keep forgetting to reserve one of these. The cafe serves beer, wine, Mimosas, and Bloody Marys. The Breakfast was good and reasonable. The store is well stocked with beer, wine, and sundries. We stayed a week and got the seventh night free. Eat at the Bootleggers. It's an Italian restaurant that dates back to 1949. There was a harpist the night we went. The food was authentic and excellent!

Stay here again: Yes. This large 800+ site facility was clean and had resort ambiance. Private individual baths with toilet and shower. 18 hole putting green. Good size pool for the size of the facility. Nice level, cement site with full hookup. Good size laundry rooms for reasonable prices. Great security at front gate and bathrooms. There are several parking slots as you come through a security gate into this resort, so that you can go check-in at the front desk similar to a hotel. Check in was a long involved process; although there were four ladies, they kept walking away from the counter as soon as they finished with a customer making the wait time even longer. Once we got checked in, we headed unescorted (which was fine) to our premium pull through with FHUs site 436. Due to the discounts (booking on line, monthly promotions, etc.) we received several receipts and did an average to come up with the displayed price per night. But, be sure to watch your charges - we were called twice during our 11 night stay to be told they didn't charge us for one of the nights. Up front, we had diverted off our northern route for a family emergency and they did work with us when we had to extend our stay. We would not recommend coming here in Jul/Aug due to the heat. We had our dogs with us and due to the excessive heat, we could only walk our dogs early in the morning and later in the evening. They did have conveniently located dog areas with one having fenced dog runs where you go let your pet off leash to do their business. There are several RV washing services listed in their brochure so we had our 39' fifth wheel washed for $117. There were two pools, one for the adults and another for kids. In addition, there's an 18 hole putting course that we found fun. When you go to the office/restaurant/store area expect to be approached by a Good Sam rep to watch their RV membership presentation and receive three free nights. Due to our family emergency, the presentation happened to work out well as we needed three more nights. This RV travel club through Four Seasons might appeal to some with RPI memberships but for how we travel it did not appeal to us. We would definitely stay here again, if we visit Las Vegas when its cooler.
Unless you like it hot - don't come here in July/August. We have three air conditioners and they could not keep our fifth wheel cool during the day. Temps in the shade were around 110 and in our fifth wheel it was around 85. We camped at Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

I loved everything about staying here at this facility.... except the internet. When you’ve got 805 RV sites you have GOT to have internet people can actually access. I am a full time online college student that literally had to go off site to access internet. It is not even accessible inside the lobby area. I have RV Park and Resort experience for 3 years now; Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort is so wicked awesome compared to my other experiences in Washington, Arizona, and Vegas. I was pleasantly surprised. There is plenty of room, everything works well, very clean property, lovely cafe, security galore; gated, walled, and entrance is manned! It's in a really nice area...you wouldn't think so being close to the "Strip" but you're wrong. The freeway and desert keeps Oasis Resort just that an "Oasis". This resort is close to everything that is cool like Henderson, Green Valley, and "The District". The walks are a stress relief because there is so much to look at and for miles so you lose weight...see the palm trees, huge RVs, birds, high towers, and there was no scary bugs or snakes. There is a pool; just not my cup of tea. Nobody is left out here, like even a three legged dog would be welcomed, not even single people are forgotten. There is a calendar that suits everyone from church to Vegas events. Most of the staff is cool; just remember there are bad apples everywhere so don't take out bad experiences on the decent employees! This is my fave resort ever and I really didn't want to tell you but you deserve to know how bloody fantastic this resort is. We camped at Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

The park was host to a Monaco International Rally during the second week of April, thus the special $50/night rate. The RV site is paved with the patio area being gravel. Sites vary in size depending on length of RV; our 40' fit, but parking for the Jeep was tight. There are at least four different types of sites with different rates for each. This is an urban park and can be very busy at any time of the year; reservations are a must. Many permanent residents in the back half. The conference room facility was the right size for the rally group. The store has RV supplies, food/snack items, souvenirs. The small onsite cafe offers food and beverages, and closes about 2 pm. This Park has a great location. Close to town but not in the midst of it. We have stayed here for about 12 years. This time we did have a different experience. The pool area want being cleaned each morning. Trash and food poolside. The garbage cans are always overflowing no matter what time of day it was. So many stickery weeds in the grass my dogs feet were full of stickers each time. Plus there are a lot of full timers living there with a school bus arriving each day to pick up children. Quite disappointed in the grounds maintenance system. The customer service was very pleasant and professional. We camped at Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Pro - Easy Check in, park is easy to maneuver in, great park security. We had a FHU Deluxe Pull-thru site that was concrete pad, with room to park both the 42' 5th wheel & truck. Each site has a picnic table and grass or dirt bordering each site. Sites are placed diagonally for what seems to be more space between neighbors. The bathrooms/showers are all very nice clean & spacious. The laundry is reasonable. My wi-fi worked great at my site. They have both a kids pool and hot tub & pool for adults. Both pools are very large, nice and kept up. They have a restaurant onsite, along with a store that sells anything you might need. Great Uber service to the strip. Park is located just off I-15. The dog park is good size. The park is located only 25 mi from the Hoover Dam or Lake Mead. Delta - Hwy/Airport noise at night & during the day. The grounds aren't kept up like you would think they should be for a park like this. The golf putting course is an overgrown mess. Weeds are pretty much covering each RV site. The cable TV is not the best. Too many washing machines/dryers are out of order waiting to be fixed. Don't get trapped by the woman trying to sell you what comes to an RV overpriced timeshare in the office area . The restaurant/bar closes at 14:00 each day, so your out of luck getting something while at the pool area. No more than 20' spacing' to your neighbor at any site.
