Staff were friendly and helpful. Park is quiet with simple landscaping and very clean. Easy to maneuver through the wide streets. Most sites are pullthroughs. Some sites are longer/wider than others. No grass on/between sites. Laundry room is spacious and reasonably priced. The vintage feel of this former trading post is pretty awesome, both inside and out. Lots of road noise from I-40. We camped at Enchanted Trails RV Park & Trading Post in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Camping World is right next door for those forgotten supplies, and a Love's truck stop 2 miles away. There is a gate in the west fence leading onto range land to walk dogs -- watch for goats' heads and catci, though.

I always like staying here, there’s always a space available; it’s quiet and clean and service is great. It’s outside of town which I think is a good thing. We camped at Enchanted Trails RV Park & Trading Post in a Travel Trailer.

Nice, well maintained RV park. Wagon Master RV park is also an alpaca ranch. They feature daily feeding tours. Roads are gravel, with level gravel sites. There is a laundry room and a separate bath house. Sites are a combination of long pull thrus and back in. The utilities worked well, are convenient, and easy to hook up. There is plenty of room for awnings and slides with a small separating grass area. Each site has a picnic table. There is a small swimming pool, but no hot tub. There are no planned activities. Rated as Average. We recommend this RV Park and would stay there again. 30 minutes to Dallas/Fort Worth We camped at Enchanted Trails RV Park & Trading Post in a Motorhome.

Good value for an overnight stay. Their WIFI is barely functional, even during non-peak hours. Cute retro trailers available for rent. Very close to Hwy. 40, which makes for a lot of road noise, but easy access. We camped at Enchanted Trails RV Park & Trading Post in a Fifth Wheel.

Long gravel pull-thru with good wifi, 50 Amp, cable tv, water, sewer, picnic table. Could have had a 30 Amp site for $17 with Passport America but opted for a 50 Amp. About midway back in the park but still some road noise. Be ready to turn the shower water cooler as it suddenly got extremely hot. No dog park and burrs are prevalent. Nice lights at each hookup and numerous security lights through out the park for taking the dogs out for their nightly potty break. Rate was with Good Sam. Tips for other Campers:

Park is located adjacent to Camping World with a gate in the fence for ease of access. Nice display of vintage cars and RV's from the '50's at the front of the Park. Flying J with two RV lanes approximately 4 miles to the East.

We used this little park for one night while on a trip from SC to AZ and arrived late and tired. The staff made our registration process quick, easy and efficient and very pleasant, much to my delight. We left before sun-up the next morning, so did not get to use much of the facilities other than the laundry (very clean, everything working perfectly and reasonably priced washers). NOW, the absolute BEST thing about this park, other than the very cool old antique campers available for rent, is the staff! I inadvertently left my wallet on the desk when registering and found this out the next morning, a hundred miles out on the road. I called and they said he found it. They offered to ship it to me ASAP, which thye did. They sent it to me via Fedex overnight delivery, and refused to take any payment for the effort, or cost! It arrived this evening, with everything intact. My faith in humankind has been restored....thank you! We will certainly be staying at your wonderful little park again! Stayed here during the Balloon Festival. This RV park is larger than it seems and had no problem parking my RV and Tow Car. There are some large trees in the first area, that might give Satellite on roof tops a problem. They also have RV Parking for 2 MH to park with the doors facing each other, if traveling together. The restroom needs a little TLC. Clean but they need to be updated. My Space was level and had no problem getting in or out. It is right next door to a "Camping World". so if you need something you can walk over to it. For those who do not like Road/Freeway noise, sorry but this is RV Park is right next to Interstate 40. So it's a busy road with lots of cars and trucks passing day and nite. We would stay here again if in the area. We camped at Enchanted Trails RV Park & Trading Post in a Motorhome.

NIce campground out of the city. We stayed 2 nights so we could visit and hike in the Petroglyph National Monument. It was after the balloon festival but there were still lots of people there. Easy on and off from I40. Level sites but the sewer hook-up was a bit towards the rear of the site- especially for a motorhome. The hook-ups were alternating so we were very close to one RV but farther away from another. The showers were a bit dated but clean. We would definitely stay here again. No discounts during the Albuquerque International Balloon Festival. Easy to find, a bit west of the city but easy access to the surrounding area. Gravel roads were level, picnic tables at the site. The office was a bit curt while checking us in but this is the crazy season for them. Place was packed and lots of turnover. Sites alternated with utilities between them. good access and quality. Older park with spaces kind of close, but clean and well maintained, and a great value with the PA discount. While the place isn't fancy or modern, it has a lot of character, with some vintage cars and rvs and really nice, homey common areas. Decent wifi, good verizon and lots of o/a tv. Right off the highway, with all the advantages and disadvantages that that entails. We camped at Enchanted Trails RV Park & Trading Post in a Motorhome.

When we arrived we talked about rates. The $ for two weeks and 4 days was quite a bit more than the monthly rate. Asked if we could take the monthly rate and just leave after 18 days + electricity. They agreed. Very nice and was much cheaper. Easy satellite set-up. Good wifi. Even though it is on the far west side of Albuquerque, things weren't inconvenient. There is a Camping World next door which is convenient + an RV "repairman + some parts + propane" (H & L Enterprises) on site. He was extremely helpful when we had a propane regulator problem. We would stay here again. We camped at Enchanted Trails RV Park & Trading Post in a Travel Trailer.

Park is a step up from your ordinary southwestern RV park. The entire campground, sitting on the high desert, is gravel with various shade trees concentrated near the front of the park. The sites use a shared utility layout. The pool is very clean and the staff friendly. We used the park as our jumping off to the various attractions we wanted to see. The campground is next to I-40 and a Camping World and only a few miles from shopping and restaurants. Old Town Albuquerque is only a little over 8 miles away. Good value for the proximity to Albuquerque and nightly rate. We camped at Enchanted Trails RV Park & Trading Post in a Motorhome.

Price reflects weekly rate with taxes. Overall this is a nice, clean RV park at a reasonable price. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and welcome in the 100+ heat. We had a nice shade tree at the front of our pull-through site and it made a nice difference in our comfort level. Laundry was clean and worked well. Highway noise is definitely there, and we had to sleep with the windows closed. Albuquerque doesn't have much to offer in RV parks, and that makes this one of the best. We'll certainly stay here again. We camped at Enchanted Trails RV Park & Trading Post in a Motorhome.
