This is an excellent park for Deming. The campground is a Passport America and very budget friendly. The park is near Rock Hound and the sites are huge. We had room to park our toad next to the motorhome with massive room to spare. The park is well maintained with excellent 30/50 electric, sewer and decent water pressure. Plus the park is good gravel NO real dirt or dust. We will definitely stay again. Much better than the other parks in Deming. We camped at LoW-Hi RV Ranch in a Motorhome.

Country setting, nice and quiet. Good park, older but very well kept up, pretty much gravel (it's the desert) with some landscaping. Sites level and adequately sized, long enough for a motorhome and toad to stay hooked up if you want. Good maneuverability. No problem utilities, OK Verizon, OK wifi. Friendly staff. We camped at LoW-Hi RV Ranch in a Motorhome.

Railroad--4 miles. Interstate--4 miles. Airport--3.5 miles. Almost could not sleep because it was too quiet. This is a nice park to overnight or to stay a month--very reasonable rates. Sites are gravel, but wide and long, plenty of room to park tow vehicle next to trailer. Not many trees, so satellites work well. Used PassportAmerica. This is the headquarters park for Loner On Wheels, but that is not a visible deal--lots of spaces for transients. I will seriously consider this park over the myriad others in the area on next trip to Tucson. We camped at LoW-Hi RV Ranch in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:
Walmart in town. Quite a few fast food places. Several mexican food restaurants. Palomas is about 30 miles south and you can park and walk about a 1/4 mile across the border. Nothing needed to cross over, but passport or DL to get back into US. Check out the Pink Store...good food.

We have stayed here many times. It is advertised as a singles park but everyone is welcome. I probably would not bring kids. There are two fenced dog parks with benches and supplies and good walking trails within the park. Good laundry. It is a desert park and lots of semi-permanent residents as well as travelers. There is a great RV repair place in Deming. They dropped everything and fixed our refrigerator--it turned out being the propane regulator. Looked at some other things for us. We were there in February and April, 2018, most recently. We camped at LoW-Hi RV Ranch in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:
Lovely park; great scenery of mountains, 4 mi. from town, railroad, & freeway--very quiet. Nice, private restrooms, private showers, & laundry room. BOONDOCKING AREA (less than $3/night Sept-May). Boondockers are free to use all facilities. Good dump station. Summers are very hot, but (at 4300' elev.) nights cool off wonderfully. Winter nights can be very cold; days usually sunny & warm. Nightly rate quoted is for monthly rental of FHU sites Sept-May for LoW members; summers cheaper. Metered electric is extra. I would like wider FHU sites for more privacy, but most are pretty typical (23-25'), I think. Park is run by Loners on Wheels, a club for single RVers (you can stay as long as you want if a member-$45/yr.); there's coffee each morning, daily Happy Hour, weekly potluck supper, a few other planned activities (nice dinners every holiday); all guests welcome to take part. Nice dog park, divided for small/large breeds; poop bags provided. Walking trail around park. Recycling shed; free tire pump; central fire pit for campfires; nice lending library (books, DVDs/VHS tapes, CDs, audiobooks/tapes). Mail room. WiFi is better summers when so few people stay; more iffy when park is full. The town of Deming (pop. 15,000) is 40-50 mi. from anywhere, so it offers a lot of what you might need. New leisure room & (old) bunkhouse both offer heated & air-conditioned places to sit in comfort & watch big-screen TVs. Pool table. Wonderful art by talented Club members on display everywhere. Can even hang your clean clothes outside on clothesline--they dry in a trice in the low humidity & wind. Winds can be very strong, in fact. Discounts for many groups besides LoWs. Vehicle storage & small & large storage units on property--very good rates. I would call this park one of the best anywhere for what you pay, hands down, if only they didn't tolerate a few residents who are often a little hard to take, especially if you stay any length of time & enjoy all the socializing. We camped at LoW-Hi RV Ranch in a Travel Trailer.

Gravel roads and sites, pull-thru for easy in and out. All utilities worked well. Fenced area for big or small dogs and a small section of grass in the little dog area. Our dog really appreciated seeing that grass after several months of desert only locations. Nice little rec building, friendly campers and workers. Clean neat park, we would stay here again. We camped at LoW-Hi RV Ranch in a Motorhome.

This is a charming small park with delightful people running it. Super friendly folks camping here. A lovely place that I would return to. We only stayed one night but enjoyed it very much. They were having a pot luck social and invited us. Other campers also invited us! the sunset here was astonishing. There was some road noise earlier in evening but after dark quieted down. Site 14 is big and open and has a nice view. I found this place to be a great resting point along our journey and would stay again in a heartbeat. We camped at LoW-Hi RV Ranch in a Fifth Wheel.

We have stayed in this park a few times and have never been disappointed. The manager is on site and more than willing to help with any issues. The sites are level with central hook ups. The wifi and antenna worked just fine. A neat item is the way they handle laundry---just go into the office and pay for the washer or dryer, no need to use all your quarters or look for a change machine. We camped at LoW-Hi RV Ranch in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here for a week. The CG is very neat and clean. The roads and sites are gravel in fact a very sharp large gravel that you could not walk on in your bare feet and in fact injured our dogs paws. Sites we're big enough for our rig and car. Lots of permanent people who sometimes make the overnighters feel unwelcome. No tables or fire rings. The WIFI was unusable in the back row where we were. There was a nice but small dog park decided for large and small, bit the permenant people ruled it. Verizon was strong. Deming was 5 miles up the road and had everything we could need. We camped at LoW-Hi RV Ranch in a Motorhome.

This was an overnite stay for us. We chose this because of the Passport America discount and the reviews of the park were better than other parks with the discount. Our check-in was easy. And the receptionist was quite pleasant. Answered any questions and made sure we knew where our sites were. Gave us a map and we were on our way. We were pleasantly surprised to have such a level site as the sites are gravel. The layout is good with the rig going in north. That way, when the sun was going down, it was on the opposite side of the rig & we could sit out and enjoy the evening in the shade. There's a nice path for taking a walk around the park. There are plenty of little garden spaces with seating scattered around the park. There is also a fire pit that has a windbreak wall built so that it can easily be used. Our AT&T phones worked fine along with using the data for my work. The park is fairly quiet as it is out a ways from town. Even tho it's a few miles away from the interstate we would stay here again. We camped at LoW-Hi RV Ranch in a Motorhome.

Just an overnight stay, on our way back to Tucson. Our FHU site was flat, clean, spacious and the wifi actually worked quite well. We were told they recently put a lot of money into upgrading it. Seems to be a lot of long term campers and apparently many casual activities such as coffee hour, happy hour and excursions. We liked being away from I10 and the railroad, very quiet, much better than the places in town. Plan to stay here again when passing through Deming. We camped at LoW-Hi RV Ranch in a Motorhome.
