The sites are asphalt parking lot - back-in only. There are about 15 sites on S East Ave across from the school. The site was fairly level. Once you back into the site the Water and Electric will be at the rear of your rig so it may be a long run for electric and water hose. There is a nice park there. There is a sign telling you to call for information about payment. The phone number went to Human Resources office at the County Courthouse. The nice lady thought there was a pay box but didn't know where it was at. We couldn't find it so we went down to the courthouse and paid our $12.50. There is a 10 day limit. We camping in a 37' motorhome and parked our car in the site next to us. None of the sites have any numbers. We camped on a Thursday and there were only 3 other rigs there. The other 3 rigs each had a hose out on the ground to drain their grey (I hope) so I suspect they were oil workers just getting their 10 days in. There is a dump station by the side of the road just north of the rv parking area. I would definitely camp here again. The road is fairly busy with traffic but for an overnight it was a lifesaver as it was very windy that day and we were very happy to stop and get off the road. - catrst

Very large RV Park and not much maintenance going on. The people at the office are never there when you need them, took me 2 weeks to find someone to pay for my rent. Office staff have family members covering for them occasionally when they are not there but the bottom line is that the office is closed 80% of the time. No cable TV, no internet. The owners of the RV park should definitely keep an eye on things. Long timers spots are untidy and filled with dog poop. - Roxanne Ribeiro

The park was a sandy pricker mess!!! Management expects you to clean the site before you move in from the last tenant. They are anal about the kids even playing. The website is a lie! This place is a trashy, smelly place. Management is also very good at complaining about everything and not doing anything!! One of the worst rv parks I've been to. - helen444

Stayed here one night ,and quite honestly, I was ready to leave by early morning. While some of the amenities were acceptable, the site terrain of sandy, rocky soil was not good. A red flag should have gone up when one of the staff rode off on a tractor to go level off a site for me! The worst of all things about this park was its location to an oil refinery. If the overwhelming smell of petroleum is something you might care for, then this is the place for you! One huge disappointment was the park's web site as it was nothing like the Oasis they claim to be. Big dose of false advertisement! - David G
