Basically a gravel parking lot hidden behind some storage facilities. Sites are very sloped and took us three tries to get our RV to level up without bringing the tires on one side off the ground. Very frustrating. Only stayed here because there were no other options in the area. We camped at Homestead RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

This was a great place for an overnight stay. It was easy to get to, and it was easy to get back on the road. As many have noted, this is basically just a very big gravel field. No trees, no obstructions. No pool or playground. The sites are wide and ours was plenty long enough to pull in and hook up with our car still attached. I knocked on the door of the RV I was directed to, and Peggy took care of us with a smile and warm greeting. There were a lot of convenience stores within easy walking distance. All the utilities worked well, as did the wifi. Overall, very basic, no frills, but a clean, nice place to spend the night. If I am ever back in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to come back again. We camped at Homestead RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Nice park, big rig accessible, almost level sites, wide sites, all gravel, no trees (we don't want trees for roof satellite, tree droppings, and scratching RV). Good electric, fast free WiFi, no trash laying around. Laundry clean w/commercial grade machines. This is a practical park without amenities we never use, and are glad not to pay for. Easy rig parking. Lots of pull-thrus. Self-register if office not open. Friendly, accommodating owners who gave good advice on where to buy fuel. Rating would be higher if they had picnic tables and more attractive landscaping. But this park is just fine for us in all respects. Will definitely stop here again. We camped at Homestead RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This RV park is very good for an overnight and in this area. It is basically a large gravel lot. The hookups were all very good. The owner was pleasant (also the town mayor) and proud of his park. There are some work campers there but all sites were neat and clean. The one draw back is that the workers get up very early for work and begin to warm up their diesel pickups around 4:00 AM. Good clean spot to stay when your tired and on the road. Restrooms and laundry were clean. If in the area again, we would stay. The rate included tax and GS discount. We camped at Homestead RV Park in a Motorhome.

Stayed a week here. Gravel roads and pads. No, trees or grass, but then again we are in the Southwest where water is at a premium. Found pads to be level and power at pedestal good. Close to Farmington where we were visiting. Road noise is tolerable, in fact, most nights never heard any road noise. Staff was friendly and helpful in finding an electrical repair Tech to look at our coach. Will stay here again when we pass through this area. We camped at Homestead RV Park in a Motorhome.

A dirt parking lot with utilities. A little gravel to keep the dust down. No grass. No trees. No picnic tables. Pull thru sites are just long enough to keep toad hooked up to a big rig. Wide and mostly level. Cable with 24 channels. WiFi worked very well. Utilities worked well. Road noise but not terrible. Restrooms are very nice. Price is right. We camped at Homestead RV Park in a Motorhome.

We were pleasantly surprised by this park. We are 45' pulling a Ram 1500. The entire park is gravel but easy access in and out. The sites are extremely wide and easy to navigate. The staff was friendly and we were told the showers were very nice. There are some workers staying here but their sites are well kept and clean. It is off the main road by a couple blocks so really no road noise. I would definitely stay here again. We camped at Homestead RV Park in a Motorhome.

My family and I stayed here about a month, waiting for our apartment to be move in ready. The owner was very gracious and more than accommodating to our needs. The facilities were new, very clean, and well kept. The park was also enclosed in a private, safe lit area. Homestead park is one of the best RV parks I have ever stayed. Highly recommended! We camped at Homestead RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Park is pretty much a gravel lot. Spaces are fine and the bathrooms/showers some of the best we've ever seen. Except for a short timer on the water for the showers. They have a fenced dog run but its hard packed dirt and too small for our big dogs. In a somewhat seedy part of town. We camped at Homestead RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We spent 5 nights. Drive way and sites are gravel and large number of the sites were taken by local workers. Not all site are level. The RV park is a block from the highway and was quiet for the most part except when the workers left at 5 am each morning. Restrooms and showers are new and very clean. The new laundry was completed during our stay but we didn't use it. The park host was very nice and helpful. If you are just traveling through or wanting a base camp this park fits the bill. We would stay here again. We camped at Homestead RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

I contacted the phone number that was listed for the RV park to see if they had any openings as we wanted to stay in the area overnight. The owner was not at the RV park but gave me the WiFi password info and key pad entry to the restrooms. He told me what site to take that would be best for our Class A motorhome. This RV park is in the beginning stages of being spruced up - they have a really nice bathroom and shower (didn't use them) but the campsites were not very level. The owner did arrive later to settle up on our bill and had suggested that we might move to another lot that would be more level but it was already getting dark and after spending a good length of time trying to level our RV on the current spot we elected to stay where we were at since it was only going to be a one night stay. The RV park was nothing but gravel and mud (as it had just rained) which caused for a very messy entrance in to our motorhome. There are no trees, no picnic benches on the sites - it's just an gravel lot! I imagine it will look nice later on but right now it's not a very desirable stop. We camped at Homestead RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very helpful owner and host campers. New, super clean bath house. Laundry has been started. Very near highway and main street but quiet. In a residential and light industry neighborhood. Sites are average size. Had to unhook toad. Turns are tight for 43 foot Class A partly due to inconsiderate campers. Over half "extended stay" rigs. Sites have odd surfaces making leveling difficult in some. Some sites have utilities in the middle. Cable TV is not HD. Wi-Fi is not dependable at times. Worked well other times. Entire campground is rock. We camped at Homestead RV Park in a Motorhome.

Price reflects GS discount. Basic RV Park. Wonderful and helpful owner and staff. Good park to work out of in seeing the area sites. No laundry, but they are planning to add one as this is a new park. We camped at Homestead RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
