This is a hidden gem of an RV park, five minutes from downtown Santa Fe and with a bus stop just at the entrance to the park. The park has full hook-ups including cable and wi-fi. The owners and people working at the park really love what they do and it shows in how the treat their guests. Everyone gets a cheery hello from everyone you meet. The park is packed with class As but is not the usual parallel parking lot. The spaces have some trees and shade. The sites are clean and level. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Travel Trailer.

Super great place. Catch city bus right outside entrance. Nice small pool, but didn't use. No store, but you can walk to restaurants, Walmart, in a very clean environment. Nice folks own place. We love this place for its small and extremely convenient location. You can't beat the stay if you are wanting to visit old downtown Santa Fe. Real nice clean park close to down town Santa Fe. Level, good utilities and pretty quiet for being on a Main Street. Had a very weak sat signal (trees)but OTA signal was good. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

located just outside of the downtown. Older park, a little tight, but they help you back in. Concrete patio, very flat, partly shaded. We had toad problem and needed to extend an extra day, and they were able to move reservations around so that we did not have to move. Very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Santa Fe. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this park. It isn't far from Santa Fe, it's clean and quiet (of course, there is some road noise). The staff was courteous and understanding, especially when we had to stay longer than planned because my wife had to go into the hospital. When returning to Santa Fe, we will not stay anywhere else! Thank you for a grand time in a fabulous city! We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

We stayed here 2 nights in a 43ft RV. Location is good as it is close to downtown. It was a little tight getting in but they have people who guide you to your spot and guide you backing in so that helped. Our satellite wouldn't work (I believe because of a tree that was on our spot. We were able to get Over the Air channels which were sufficient. Our friends were towing their car and had to unhook because there are not pull through sites. We did take the bus into town but would probably suggest Uber as the bus makes many stops. Tips for other Campers:

We enjoyed the Cathedral of St Francis of Assisi and the Stations of the Cross there. Also the Loretto Chapel. You may want to plan 2 days in Santa Fe as there are many things to do and see there and we felt that we didn't have enough time to see it all. We went to La Casa Sena for dinner and sat in the courtyard....It was superb!

This campground is right on the main street. On bus line, which for seniors is $1 for a day pass. So much easier than finding a place to park. The interior road entering the park is just wide enough. All the sites seem to be back ins. Most are on cement with a gravel pad to park your vehicle. FHU, 30/50 amp. No cable but OTA channels are sufficient. The spacing between is good enough. This is 55+ Park with just 50 sites. There's a laundry & bathhouse, which I didn't use. Wifi is ok but at night it slows down. There's a community room with book exchange & small pool (open in May). Dog walk that's gravel but through the mobile home section, there's an off the leash dog run with grass. Close to shopping. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Access to the park is easy. Signage was okay. Check in was quick and informative. We were guided to our site and the attendant insisted on guiding us in. Parameter roads are paved and in good condition. Our site (22) was a back in. The base was "WASHED" gravel with a table and concrete patio. Power water and sewer were well placed but the sewer receptacle was high and the gravel next to it was low (only points lost). Even with our trestle it was not easy to dump. For an urban park it was quiet. All of the buildings maintain the correct southwestern architecture. Propane is available on site both for bottles and under-slung tanks. Rules are not too restrictive but are adhered to. This is a very pleasant park. We paid $46.99 with tax including our G S discount. We feel that we received good value and would return if in the area. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

Enjoyed having a site with a cement pad. Reasonable close to downtown and lots of local shopping, including a Walmart very close. Why does this resort not have cable TV? We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Expensive, and you are mostly paying for the location close to town. The park itself is very nicely manicured and well kept, but the spaces are very tight and there is horrible noise, including sirens, all day from the 6 lane road the park is sited on. Still, it is very convenient if you want to be able to visit the attractions in Santa Fe without having to drive. You can get a bus or access the bike trail nearby. Customer service was professional and friendly enough. I was a little put out to find a pop up tent parked next to me - since what little privacy exists in your front yard space pretty much disappears when there is someone sitting there five feet away on the other side of a mesh screen. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, though it seemed safe enough during the day, and the park advises you to lock up bikes at night. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

On our way up into Colorado, we stopped at the Trailer Ranch in Santa Fe. My first impression was it was crowded. Likely it could have been all the trees and the roads felt a little tight, even for our Class C Jayco pulling a short motorcycle trailer. The check in was quite easy and fast. They had already confirmed with us the day before via a voice mail and so knew about when we planned on arriving. Easy to get into the pull through that was good for our 32+' and the trailer. though commercial parks are much closer than the many state parks we have used, we were lucky there was no one next to us so the door opened up without neighbors right in your face! They had a nice, clean pool and community center. This places doubles as a residence for over 55 patrons as well. Most of the rented spaces are closer to the road. We didn't really notice much in the way of noise possibly because the whole place is circled by an adobe wall and again, loads of leafy trees. Overall, the people were nice, helpful and we enjoyed our brief stay, including the large dog park and pool. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

The pad on which we parked the rv is concrete. The rest of our site was gravel but there is a greenbelt that runs along the back fence. There are trees for shade. Plenty of space to park the Jeep. A super-friendly employee at the park recommended things to do. They are meticulous about keeping the park raked and clean. We weren't allowed to have a charcoal bbq. Propane was OK. It is monsoon season and the hail broke our bathroom skylight. The RV parts store in town is well equipped and had our skylight in stock. The bathrooms and laundry are clean and have a combo to enter, which I like a lot! You can sit out on lawn chairs in the shade while you wait for your laundry. We would certainly stay here again, esp. since it is an adults-only park. Nice and quiet. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

TRAILER RANCH The first real stop on our adventure touring the US! Although we overnighted in the Walmart parking lot in Amarillo, TX the evening before just to break up the drive time and distance. We were booked into the Trailer Ranch RV park located on Cerrillos Drive, a main drag, in Santa Fe. The park is a long established, 55+ RV park located in what is now a thriving, recently developed commercial district with all the shops and conveniences you could ask for within a few miles up or down the avenue. The park is clean, well kept and well organized, if not overly picturesque. It has older, but well maintained, showers, toilets, laundry, community center and small pool with a very nice and modern community gas grill. A major plus for Angie was it had a ping pong table so she could continue to humiliate me at that game. The park was small and you are close to your neighbors (we were so close we could hear the water running through our neighbor's sewer lines), but had adequate and very nice green spaces so we could do our morning yoga and workouts. I even found it large enough to do morning runs around all the interior roads in the mornings. The park is quite and the employees are friendly and efficient. The rate for a pull through, full hook-up (30 and 50 amp) with sewer connection was $47.00 per day. Spaces are very close to each other. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.
