I agree with the previous review, but want to add this campground is not designed for large RVs and they should not advertise as such. The first site offered was on a grassy knoll with the electric in front and water hookup in the back. Our motorhome would have surely sunk in that soft grass. Second spot offered was again too soft because of recent rains. We managed to get in the third spot, but had a difficult backing in and pulling out. If you are over 35 feet I don't recommend this campground. Had to write this to warn fellow RV'ers with large rigs looking for an overnight. Plus they won't give you full hookup if you're just one night. We camped at Woodland Hills Campground in a Motorhome.

Stayed for an overnight traveling Rt. 90 from the Mass Turnpike just across the Mass/NY border (NY). About 3-4 miles off the interstate with most of it on dirt/crushed stone hilly roads. The campground appears to be good sized designed and laid out for seasonal camping with 3 loops. Calling ahead they did not offer pull through sites for overnight rest stops. We had site 5 in the middle loop. Back in 50 amp, water, sewer but no cable or WiFi. The site was very wet except the new stone pad to park the rig, at least it was mostly level. Sewer was all the way to the rear of the site. Long sewer hose or two needed. I don't like paying almost $50 for an overnight stay. We had to cook our dinner and enjoy a campfire at the edge of the parking lot area of our campsite. Hooking and un-hooking utilities got me soaked feet and shoes. No cable or TV service, no Wi Fi. Closests town is in Mass about 4-5 miles away, did not visit. Desolate. Though the seasonal areas appeared nice, we would not bother to stay at Woodland again. Wal Mart would've been better. We camped at Woodland Hills Campground in a Motorhome.

Rate does not include AC, that's extra. The utilities are way back in the site so you may need sewer extensions. Once you get yourself settled you should be fairly comfortable. Count on using your own bathroom and shower as the only bathroom I saw looked more like an outhouse. The staff was pleasant, the camp store nicely stocked, and maintenance was quick to repair damage caused by a severe storm. We would return here. We camped at Woodland Hills Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Traveling in a 43ft Class A with 4 slides and tow vehicle. Campground is conveniently located off of I-90. Only stayed one night so did not use the facilities. Road to campground winds through neighborhood houses and is narrow for a big rig if there is oncoming traffic. There were some low hanging branches on parts but was able to navigate around them easily. Our site was in the Safari Area, which appeared to be somewhat of an overflow area from the seasonal sites but there were only a handful of sites in this area so it was quiet. The parking pad itself was a combination of packed gravel, dirt and grass. There had been recent heavy rains which caused standing water in the grassy areas and created muddy ruts along the side of the parking pad; however, the ground we parked on was solid and had no issues with sinking in. A bit of a challenge to level at the site as it was sloped back to front and the passenger side was lower but we managed to find a sweet spot to level. Plenty of room to get in and out of the site and lots of room to put all slides out. Site had a fire ring with wood and a picnic table. Good Direct TV satellite reception but AT&T cell service was spotty. All utilities are located at the back of the site and may cause some to need extensions. We camped at Woodland Hills Campground in a Motorhome.

This is mainly a seasonal campground that is huge. Great for walking the dog, but the sites that are used for the overnighters is on grass, not level, difficult to plug in the electric cord, plus a $2 fee to use AC! That's crazy! Some limbs hanging on the way to the campground that hit roofs on big RV's. We camped at Woodland Hills Campground in a Motorhome.

This is a tale of 2 campgrounds. During the week, it is quiet, unpopulated, and has a wifi that works. On weekends, it has lots of people, activities for kids, and the wifi is unusable. Our Verizon data service was unusable at all times. There are primarily seasonal campers and the day use spots are not particularly level. There is lots of grass, a pretty little lake with a nice 1/2 mile unpaved loop road around it, and woods around the exterior sites. The staff is very helpful and the maintenance crew does a terrific job with the road and the grass. We had no TV, but the dogs and we enjoyed the property. It is very well located to enjoy the arts in the Berkshires with an under 30 minute drive to many of them. We camped at Woodland Hills Campground in a Motorhome.

Very pretty setting in the woods with a small lake for swimming. Mostly seasonal. Close to I90, about a ten minute drive on narrow roads. Verizon mostly did not work. Wifi was good. Everyone very friendly. Interior roads tight but can be done with care. We camped at Woodland Hills Campground in a Motorhome.

Been here before..they were not technically open for the season yet, but was able to get a 30 AMP hookup, no toilet or shower. Nice view of water. Would have preferred to pay less considering no restrooms or shower, but the owners are nice, and I appreciate their recycling policy!! We camped at Woodland Hills Campground in a Motorhome.

Stayed 2 nights. Beautiful grounds. We got a back-in, but pretty sure they have some pull-throughs. Site was a little tight but we managed to fit OK. There is no cell service, but I think they mentioned that in their ad. I would imagine they would let you use a phone in the office if needed. WiFi was temperamental. Had to pay an extra fee if we wanted to run our AC. There was an interesting variety of people and children. I want to note that I have 2 special needs kids so I'm not picking on that, but at least they know to stay out of other people's campers. Child (not ours, no clue who he belonged to) walked right in the back door and opened the bathroom door that was currently occupied by one of my family members. Will not be going back. We camped at Woodland Hills Campground in a Travel Trailer.

This is a nice park just off the Mass Spur of the NY Thruway and very handy to various local attractions. We stayed a week on a 50 amp site and paid $40 a night. There are only a few 50 amp sites. Most are 30 amp. Small store. Lovely acreage with nice large sites. Some pull throughs. Satellite service on this site was not good. Site has lovely view of a nice grassy area on door side. Cell phone service here is very limited. We camped at Woodland Hills Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Main road into the park is gravel and uphill. When you leave use Fog Hill Road all the way out to route 22 which will give you a better site of cross traffic when you pull out on the highway.

Park is close to I-90 but the state route 22 to the park is very rough for about 1 mile. After that the remaining roads are fair. Roads in the park are narrow but manageable with our 39ft motorhome. We were in section C which are back in sites and have sewer and 30amp. Section C did not have a shower and the one toilet was basically a nasty out house. There are two sections that have showers and toilets and they were fairly clean. The park is large with many seasonal units. The grounds are well kept and the staff was very helpful. There is a swimming pond with a sand beach. Sites are well spaced with plenty of shade. Wi-Fi is spotty. When it works it works well but drops out often. No At&t service. Park is very peaceful and close to many attractions. We stopped for an overnight and ended staying 3 nights. We would stay here again. We camped at Woodland Hills Campground in a Motorhome.

We used this campground as a one night stop over. It's location is ideal for heading into New England and timing your trip around Boston. This is an older campground that is mostly filled with seasonal campers. Campground is well maintained but needs updating. For the price one would expect cable TV. We will use this campground for future stop overs. We camped at Woodland Hills Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

The location is great for visiting places in the Berkshire area. The bathrooms are clean, but older and you do have to pay for showers. The sites are fairly open and there were a lot of seasonal sites as well as regulars. If you have kids, they had plenty of activities going on. We were surprised at how many dogs people had and also how noisy they were. Two of the three mornings we were woken up by barking. I’d stay here again, but not on a holiday weekend. We camped at Woodland Hills Campground in a Tent Trailer.
