Conveniently located off Federal 2. No amenities other than hookups. Pick a site & drop payment in outfit mail slot. Sites are not very level & require time & lots of wood to level a large class A. - bobnsandi

No reservations - Fine for overnight The park is located right off of US Hwy 2 behind a red-roofed gray metal building with "RV Park" written on the side. See pic. The park's 14 sites are on a straight line as you enter the park; FHU sites 7-14 & have 50amp; 1-6 are W/S only. The sites are all back-in, gravel/grass and a bit sloped to the front; electric clean, water 45 psi, sewer convenient. Minimal grass between sites. The well-graded road is gravel/dirt without potholes. Even # sites have water on the left; odd # sites must have long enough hoses to reach under or around to the right side. Trees on the north side only, so good satellite view. Password-protected WiFi has a strong signal. Quiet; you are far enough from the highway it is little heard. Google maps insists on calling it Jan's Stall Mall & RV Park; Garmin likes Jan's RV Park; RV Park Reviews only Jan's Stall Mall. Payment is honor system: put registration card & $24 cash (ONLY) into box in the provided envelope inside door of the building. Also inside is also a very clean bathroom & shower. CCTV cameras on the building probably record images; they do allow owner to see the park spaces, so you can call ahead to learn if there are any empty sites. - ragtop45

We spent 10 days at Jan's RV Park during the first part of November 2016. Strong, consistent Wi-Fi top the list of niceties offered by this family run park. Complimentary shampoo and conditioner adorn the pristine shower and restroom area, and Jan herself couldn't be more friendly towards her guests. The place also boasts a large 'bunkhouse' style facility: suitable for hunting / fishing parties or a family reunion. We plan to return to this wonderful gem of a park next season! - Todd and Heather

Very quiet. There is a great agricultural museum on site. Friendly staff. There is a paved road almost to the campground. They are very busy during their big threshing show in early June. Nearest services are about 20 miles away. So be sure to fuel up and get groceries before you visit here. - leftyce
Jul 2016 - $15.00
It agree with previous posts. I'll add its is $15 for full hookups. If you like peace and quiet this is the place for you. They also deliver free firewood if your want. - jprisbe
Jun 2016 - $10.00
This campground offers the full gambit of sites. Electric only, full hookups, you name it. We needed and got 50 amp service for our 40-footer. This is a really unique place with vintage tractors and other farm equipment. They have several different areas that you can camp in--so satellite was no problem. - illini777
