We had a long pull thru with FHU. Sewer was way in the back so if you wanted to leave your tow hooked up you need a long sewer hose. There were ruts in the site indicating it would get muddy in the rain which it did. Very few over the air channels and our dish didn’t work well either. Verizon service was ok. They advertise free WiFi but it was nonexistent at our site. I tried near the laundry and still no. Laundry closed at 6pm! So if you like to go into town and sightsee and do laundry in the evening you can forget it. Gravel road for about a mile to the campground and it was mud when we left after it rained. No covers on the sewer lines and at times you could smell it. Some sites at picnic tables. We didn’t. Plenty of grass to walk the dog. Sites did have shade. I’d say it’s good for a stopover but not much more than that. We camped at Grand Forks Campground in a Motorhome.

This place is fine. It has lots of level pull through sites and a good laundry. Not fancy like it's glory days as a KOA, but it definitely is a good stopover place. Recommend. We camped at Grand Forks Campground in a Travel Trailer.

PLEASE do not go to this park! They advertise free WiFi which is nonexistent. Roads are rough, lot size is super small and they charge an outrageous price for electricity. It sits on the interstate and road noise is bad. Save your money and drive to another park. We camped at Grand Forks Campground in a Travel Trailer.

This former KOA is located alongside the busy I-29 and suffers from a lot of traffic noise but with that said, we did know this prior to arriving. Access to the CG is via the Hwy 81 intersection and after passing a Flying J travel centre, continue down the road until it becomes a washboard gravel/dirt track. The CG is then in a copse of Cottonwood trees on the right. Check in was easy even though we arrived without a reservation. The first site I was given was a little too short for my 40' 5er but was quickly changed when I asked for a longer site that would allow me to stay connected and not hang out in to the drive lanes. Water pressure was good and the 50 amp power was steady during our stay. The sewer connection was simply a small diameter pipe going straight down with a chunk of paving covering the hole. Sites are gravel/dirt and ours appeared to be fairly level. As others have mentioned, the trees could do with a trim to enable large MH's and full profile 5ers to maneuver without risking injury to roofs. Between sites there is a small strip of grass for separation and a few scattered shrubs. I'm not 100% sure where the railroad tracks were located but the trains running along them were loud enough to be very noticeable during the night. The bathrooms were old but clean and there is a laundry but we didn't venture inside. I did notice several warnings about rinsing either your rig or tow vehicle which is actively discouraged with a $25 charge for doing either one. This was Ok for a night's stopover while driving towards our final destination but not for anything else - for us anyway. We camped at Grand Forks Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

A clean, shady older park, with spacious sites. All connections are to the rear, so if you're in a motorhome with a toad, you'll need a long, long sewer hose. Owners are very, very strict about leaking water hoses (don't even!) and do not want any formaldehyde products in the sewer, as their waste system is all natural and formaldehyde kills the good bacteria. There is some road noise from I-29, but the road is not so heavily traveled that it was an issue for us. WiFi was very good at our site, if a touch slow at times. The mile of gravel over dirt road may be an issue when it rains, so keep that in mind. We'd happily stay here again. We camped at Grand Forks Campground in a Motorhome.

This is an old KOA that is fairly well maintained except for one thing, the trees haven't been trimmed since independence. Ours and many other rigs are 12 to 13.5 feet tall and we refuse to damage our rig because someone is too lazy to trim some trees. Oh and if your rig is clean, don't come here. The park is at the end of a 1/2 mile of gravel road. Because of impending rain, I passed on the commercial wash at the last town. There are other parks and we are going there. We camped at Grand Forks Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

A pleasant RV park. Lots of shade. Must drive a mile of dusty, rough gravel to get there. Sites could use some monitoring prior to reassignment: We spent some time picking up rubble and garbage at our site before it was comfortable. Sites are level, shaded pull-throughs. We camped at Grand Forks Campground in a Motorhome.

Easy access from I-29. Easy entrance into the park. This is a family owned and operated park. The manager was hospitable and efficient in getting us checked in and directed us to our pull-through site. Getting into the site was unusually easy. Do bring at least 40 feet of sewage hose if you are towing and need to have your motorhome well forward to keep from disconnecting your toad. Sewage connections are at the rear of the sites. Trailers do not have that need. We will plan to stay here the next time we come through the area. We camped at Grand Forks Campground in a Motorhome.

Just stayed one night. Staffed seemed efficient and friendly. Entry is off a gravel road but didn't notice dust nuisance. Loved the shady sites and enjoyed the fire pit at the site. Distance between neighbor appropriate. Our site was clean. Only downfall was trash overflowing from dumpsters but staff did correct this by compacting trash so it was not visible. No cover on our sewer hook-up. I used the laundry room which was clean. We camped at Grand Forks Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Accessible by gravel service road next to the major highway. Could hear traffic, but not constant. Friendly staff however, laundry facilities closed at 7:00 pm. Neighboring lots are nearby. Site surface is gravel and grass and offers some shade. No other amenities but a clean place to stay for the night. We camped at Grand Forks Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Access to this campground is found just before the entrance to Flying J. The paved road turns into a gravel road and the campground entrance is found about 1/4 mile down the gravel road. Sites are gravel with some grass between you and your neighbor. While the sites are not close together, turning out of your site means keeping a careful eye on the trees and other people's vehicles as it is tight (we have a 32' motorhome). Our nightly rate included water, electric, and sewer. We camped at Grand Forks Campground in a Motorhome.

This former Good Sam park is a pigsty. It is at least a mile down a DUSTY dirt road. The site we were given had a beer case cardboard for a sewer cover. Other sewers around had the same, so the area smelled! We spent one night, never opened our windows and left as soon as possible. Many regulars with kids, dogs, etc. Saw one let her dog poop in a site and leave it. Park appears in 2015 Woodall's/Good Sam guides. I called them and was told they lost the creds sometime ago. No explanation why they appeared in 2015 guide. We camped at Grand Forks Campground in a Travel Trailer.
