Jul 2015 - $15.00
Stayed at the campground for an extended stay. Park was nicely maintained. Shower and bathroom were adequate. Staff was hands off but friendly. - cnatrvlr
Jun 2013 - $20.00
Amenities include water and electric, lake access, playground. Half of the sites would have utilities on wrong side. Mostly gravel sites. A few would have midday shade. No dump station. Mirror Lake is a small lake with idle only speed limit. Lots of playground equipment in the park. Nicely maintained. Good Verizon data and voice connection. Rate is $20 for water and electric. No hookup is $10. No TV available. - easydoesit
Sep 2010 - $20.00
This is really a trailer park that doubles as an RV park. It is a full hook up park, and is not very scenic or particularly clean. Stopped to check out the history at the Dakota Buttes Museum, which was closed, but the small library has a very good historical reference area in their basement. Mirror Lake has RV parking too, but not sure if they are full hookups. - stetwood

This unnamed, unattended park is one block south of US Highway 12, on 1st Ave. W, behind a Napa Auto Parts store and across 1st Ave. W from the Grand River Museum. There are no signs and it does not appear to be listed in any business directories. I found it only after local inquiry. No contact information was posted at the site. Payment is apparently on the honor system, with a locked wooden box for deposit of cash or checks. This is a classic any-port-in-a-storm overnight, a small gravel parking lot with hookups and a little bit of grass. It was the only RV park adjacent to Highway 12 that I could find anywhere along the 98 mile stretch of Highway 12 between Mobridge and Lemmon. - Pawticket
