May 2018 - $25.00
This was a fun place to be. There are about 5 RV campground throughout the whole park, only one is reservable. As far as I could tell, only the handicap sites had FHU. That said, my site was one the river, nice view and fun. - OpaS
May 2018 - $25.00
7 months on the road, this is one of the top 5 or 10 campgrounds we've stayed at. Beautiful river side campsite amongst the trees. Long back in site where we didn't have to unhook for one nite. Downside was no sewer, cell or satellite reception. Amazing view from dining room table of river. Would definitely return. - smitty12
Dec 2017 - $32.00
We were there after the season was over, so the Rail Road, Float Trips, Pony Rides and all were closed for the season. The camping was still nice. We started out in #6 Loop B (Buckeye) which was right on the river. This site you can reserve online so this is why we got it. We were there a day early because we were ready to hit the road, and on day 2 we were just getting all setup when a Park Employee came to tell us that B Loop didn't have 'freeze proof' water hookups, so they were going to have to turn off the water. "How long?" "Until it stops freezing." It was forecasted to stop 4 days later. Normally you can't move Loops without losing your money you paid on the reservation. ProTip: Only reserve one or 2 nights get the lay of the land and move if you find a better spot. If you like the spot you have, then just keep paying. We moved to A Loop (Acorn) and took site #44 which is on the river, at the end of the run, so you have lots of room and only one neighbor. There is a walk trail that comes out near Campsite #44 but it is not that troublesome. In season with people all over, it might be more of an issue. There are no Full-Hookup's (caveat is handicap) but all sites on A and D Loop have Water/Electric, with A Loop having 30 and 50 amp. All sites have Fire Rings, Picnic Tables and the showers are acceptable, but they are Pay showers, Quarters only, 7.5min for $1.25, max of 15 quarters, so what, 21min. The hot water worked well, but the shower heads were junky at best. Only the Handicap Shower had a toilet in it. Showers in B and C Loop are newer, and the A Loop are very old. We used the C Loop showers, which was just a walk up the hill. All in all, it was a neat place to go and we did have some luck with fishing, but below the small lower dam, you can't keep anything under 20" for trout. And of course this is where I caught 15-18 (lost count) Brown Trout just about 1 mile down river walking. - TexanTraveler

Oct 2018 - $25.00
This is a good overnight park or great access to Casino. It sits behind the motel on Hwy 259 Was very quiet and easy access. No amenities but for the price you can’t beat it to have 50 amp service and level spots. - Cynlruss
Oct 2012 - $25.00
This is not an RV park. It is a weedy gravel lot behind a motel. $25 for water and electric but no sewer connection. We had to clean up broken beer bottles around the site so we wouldn't have issues with our tires or our own feet. We would NOT stay here ever again. We would boon dock before staying here. The full time workers in the park leave at 5 am and wake you up. Then the semis parked in the motel lot start up. And finally the workers staying in the motel overnight start their cars. On the plus side you can walk to a casino if that is your thing. - Rambotbm
Sep 2010 - $25.00
This is a very basic park. Good for an overnight stay. Only one pull through with no sewer. Rest are back in with full hookups. WiFi was free but a little slow. Good cable TV. Most sites are level. Only two other rigs in the park so we had our choice of sites. Truckers park next door at the casino parking lot for the night. Can be a little noisy in the morning. If you need a place to spent the night, this is perfect. - arkietraveler

Aug 2018 - $30.00
This park is located just across the entrance to Beavers Bend Park. Primarily built for cabins, the RV park area is an add on and does not receive the level of attention as the cabins. The site surface areas are gravel. We arrived on a day when heavy rain had passed through and the grounds were muddy with large puddles which made hooking up a messy job. There is no grass. The grounds are covered with weeds that had not been mowed in quite some time. Most spaces are pull through and are close together. The RV Park Reviews site listing shows that cell service is available for all carriers, however a signal from T-Mobile is non-existent. Feedback from others at the site is that the cell coverage is very poor and spotty for all carriers. There is no cable TV and I was unable to get any OTA stations except for very early in the morning, and those did not include the major networks. Wifi was decent but dropped frequently, likely because of too much traffic on the network. There are no laundry facilities. This is a pretty area to visit but will most likely find another park if we return. - Travlin2
Jun 2018 - $45.00
This is basically a place to park your RV while you either do something away from the site or take care of things within or around your RV such that you don't really care where it's parked. Most of the park is gravel with grassy areas between the sites that are rapidly filling with weeds, dying grass and patches of dirt. The trees that have been planted aren't being watered regularly enough and many are dying. Perhaps in 10 years the sites will have a bit of shade but until then, make sure your AC is working properly during the warmer months. The laundry facility was clean and reasonably priced. Showers were ok but not cleaned often enough. Mold was starting to show where water collects. The oddest thing were the locks on the toilet paper rolls. Locks that used a nut and bolt at one end, giving someone something to fiddle with and undo while sitting on the throne. If you just need a place to park for a night or two and you plan on doing some hiking in the area, give them a shot. - michaelh513

Nov 2018 - $40.00
Stayed here 2 nights and really enjoyed it. Don't be afraid of the gravel sites or the fact that everything is back-in. It's a spacious park with lots of room to drive. Check-in was friendly and location is great! I'll return if i'm in the area again. - Ryan7361
Nov 2018 - $40.00
New park that has been well planned and laid out. Long, back in sites, many of which back up to a pretty creek. Plans are to add pull along sites in the future. Heavily wooded area which makes a beautiful picture in the fall when all the hardwood trees are "turning." This will definitely be our "go to" place if we are in the area again. Might I add that they have a wonderful camp hostess. Very friendly and helpful. - yams
Nov 2018 - $40.00
We stayed 2 nights in this RV park. The spaces were spacious and had a good cover of gravel. During our last night there we experienced a severe rain and thunder storm. The power stayed on, and the next day we did not find any muddy spots where rain had washed the gravel away. I was a little concerned that the stream behind our RV might flood, but that did not happen. - rwlock

There is no sign stating "Secluded Acres RV Park", just a sign stating "RV Park". Its adjacent to, and on the south side of the Hochatown BBQ restaurant. There is no office and one must check in at the restaurant. There are two entry driveways about 100 feet apart. The north drive enters the parking lot of the restaurant and continues into the campground. The south driveway is the one to use if you have one of the first 4, pull-through sites. This will put your hookups on the correct side. If you have a larger rig and enter the north driveway you will have to drive around the loop and come back, but the turn at the far end of the campground is a bit tight. The 4 pull-through sites are quite close together and do have fire pits and decent picnic tables. Water pressure and quality are good. It's a small park and looks like it would be quite tight when mostly full. I have to state now that we were here in early April and the weather was quite cool, so most of the time the windows were closed and the furnace cycling on and off. Other than the 6-7 campers toward the rear of the park, who look to be living here full time and a bit of an eyesore, we were alone during most of our 7 night stay. We chose this location because it was close to family who we were visiting. We didn't use the shower or bathroom house but I did give it a look. It was older but clean. But during the season, with a fuller campground, I doubt it would be adequate. It's a small building split into 2 rooms. One has only 1 shower and no toilet and the other a shower and toilet. So that's 1 toilet and 2 showers for the entire campground. We prefer to always use the facilities in our 5th wheel. This is a bare-bones place with no amenities, no laundry, camp store, pool or such. And don't expect much a check-in. No campground map (not that one is needed at the small place) and they couldn't supply me with a receipt as we made reservations via the internet. However grocery and gas aren't far. - Sailor Dave
May 2014 - $27.00
Secluded Acres is a campground that is still developing. The sites are gravel or rocky dirt and there are many trees. The four sites nearest the highway are 50 amp pull through and fairly easy for big rigs to enter and exit. The showers/restroom is a modified yard shed - quaint but quite functional. The entrance to Secluded Acres can be easily missed, but watch for the signs for Hochatown BBQ at the front of the park. As mentioned, this is a RV park that is still in development, so it may be rustic now, but there are improvements planned for the future. We will definitely return! - geo-gypsy

May 2017 - $16.00
We really enjoyed this campground, it is very lightly used, but has a fantastic layout. There are three COE campgrounds at De Queen Reservoir. The two northernmost campgrounds are the best, they are Pine Ridge and Bellah Mine. The Pine Ridge campground is run by Oak Grove office, you pay for your site at Oak Grove, which is why I am leaving the review here. The layout of the campsites is like being on a high ridge with a balcony overlooking the lake. Facilities at Pine Ridge were new and very nice, but with one exception: Many of the campsites gravel areas were covered in weeds from infrequent use. The staff at the park knew of the poor condition but the way they deal with weeds is to spray them, not pull them, so in their minds having a bunch of knee high dead weeds is better than knee high green weeds. In short, they need to quit being so lazy and actually go pull the weeds up. Anyway, it is a great place to stay, cell service is weak but worked ok with a booster. Satellite can be had if at the open sites, about half are open, half shaded. Very quiet, very peaceful, nice swim beach. If you are looking to get some solitude and quiet this is the place for you. Parking spurs and roads all paved. No problem for big rigs, plenty of space. No sewer, but dumpstation at all campgrounds. - Stax
Nov 2016 - $8.00
Beautiful park in a secluded and very quiet area on DeQueen Lake about 8 miles from town. Extremely clean facilities. Very polite and professional camp hosts. I stayed in the section near the boat ramp, which is newer and sites are paved, level, and well separated. Nice shade throughout the park. - 2bearbill
Oct 2013 - $6.00
This is a very pleasant and well-maintained public campground with spacious sites. It is managed by the US Corps of Engineers, so fees are inexpensive. Verizon voice and MiFi coverage is excellent. Many sites do not have satellite view from roof-mounted TV dishes. Based on our motorhome's power center, the campground's 50-amp receptacle seemed to be wired for 30-amp, at least at Site 11. - Ray Czaplewski

We stayed here for 5 nights early in the season so there were only 3 other rigs on our loop. The concrete pads are level but the roads are very narrow for big rigs. The loops have vault type toilets but there is a new shower and restroom facility at the entrance of the park along with the dumpsters. Our space was right on the water so it was convenient if you want to fish. We camped here in a 45 ft motor home. - Vstarrider1946

May 2013 - $15.00
This a very nice small park on Dequeen Lake. All of the sites have at least a water view of the lake. Some of the sites are a little small with your slide outs, but they all have a lower deck with a table, fire ring and a barbecue grill. The upper level site have a lot of shade which is nice, but tough if you want a satellite signal. We will stay here again. - TEXASBOY
Nov 2011 - $5.00
Wonderful COE park with a beautiful view of the lake. We stayed in the off season and, with America the Beautiful pass, our rate was only $5! Our site was alongside the lake, a drive-through site with a terraced deck which had a picnic table, BBQ grill and a firepit built in. It was quiet and very peaceful. Great view of sunset and sunrise. Would camp here again. Only drawback is the road down to the lakeside sites is a bit narrow for a big rig, but still doable. Great satellite and Verizon reception. - 2006dsdp
Sep 2010 - $13.00
This park is on the north side of De Queen lake. COE outdid themselves on this park. Good level paving to park RV. All sites except waterfront in shade most of the day. The unique thing is the terracing. Picnic table & BBQ grill were 3' lower, then the fire ring was on a lower terrace. Fishing pier also. There are 2 other parks on the south side of the lake. If they are anywhere near as good as Bellah Mine, they shouldn't be missed. - Friz

This was a overnight stop and the site we had was on gravel. They do have concrete sites. We had to use leveling blocks. One of the two bathhouses and showers was just being repaired from recent floods and while they were clean, the showers did not have shower curtains and the dressing areas were not private. The second one was OK and the water was hot. They do have a swimming beach and numerous tent camping sites. - A hitch and a hop
Aug 2009 - $18.00
This is a nice COE campground. Most of the park was closed due to heavy rains earlier in year. However, this meant only 3 other campers in park - to our pleasure. We had the only concrete pad (site A6) and it had a beautiful, large concrete patio. We would stay here again. Very peaceful. - bigbob7777
