Family owned, friendly and quiet. We camped there for one night. We had a drive through which worked out for our early departure the next morning. The advertised WiFi worked well enough for us to check our emails and do a little surfing. All gravel spots and driveways but was good enough place to camp for a night while traveling. We would stay here again. We camped at Onapa RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Stayed one night; easy access 1/2 mile off US 69 on a paved road; interior roads dirt/gravel; full hookup pull-through sites; small park but ample for an overnight stop. Friendly operator-owners. Good rates (Passport America) We camped at Onapa RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

This is a stop along the way; but if you happen to be a fisherman there is a lake about 1/4 mile further down the road from US 69.

We've RVed for many years but this park is a first because Mom and Dad took the day off and the Youngin's were running the place. This is not a negative because they did an outstanding job. On entering we were greeted promptly by a 9 year old boy? who welcomed us an ran ahead of us to our site. We were amazed on how friendly and well prepared they were for their tasks. Now about the park. The park is neat as pin! Yes the roads are dirt but no one speeds. The water and power are well placed and excellent. The sites are level and satellite signal was strong as was the Wi-Fi. One item I'll give them a 10 for is the "Fradie Hole" [storm shelter], after all storms do happen in this area of the country. We didn't have time to look in town as this was an overnight stop. We will stop in again any time we're passing thru this park will be on our "must" list. We camped at Onapa RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a decent campground, pull throughs are long, good AT&T cell & 2 bars of LTE data, Dish Sat & 21 OTA's reception is good. Relatively Quiet. My Site was close to level but I did have to use my jacks. They have a laundry with 2 washers & dryers that has a note on the door to keep the doors shut to keep the snakes out. I stayed at this park due to the Passport Rate of $14. It is well worth the money and I would return. We camped at Onapa RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Good overnight camp near hwy. Easy in and out. Had a little trouble pulling into site but due to the box that held the water to prevent freezing. Few pull thru sites allow for good use of outside . Fire rings there but right on top of neighbors sewer. Kid driving around like a maniac in a golf cart didn't help. Most sites appear to be long term too include several with expired registrations. Camp overall kept clean. Would use again for an overnight We camped at Onapa RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

This is an older park that has new owners who are working hard to bring it back up to standards. It was pretty seedy when they bought it but much has been done and more is being done to improve it. There are only 15 sites but about half are pull-through and most have at least some shade. There is a laundry but only one bathroom/shower. Hosts were very nice and they particularly like PA guests. We camped at Onapa RV Park and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

We stopped because of the weather, found the place thru Passport America. When we drove in there was a sign, "pick a spot, we'll come check you in". We did & they did. The site was level enough and they were right there to answer questions, take my name, phone number & $14. The whole process was quick! This is a good place! Owners we so friendly and helpful. We just did an overnight on Passport America but were treated like we were there full time. Used the laundry which was clean and inexpensive. Had pull-through spot that was good sized, gravel, and easy to set-up. Would definitely go there again when in the area. We camped at Onapa RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Traveling to Moab, stopped for one night not expecting much for the price. Oh but I was wrong; this is an excellent RV site for a couple or family, very well kept, and quiet. No cable but reception on antenna was excellent, self contained only. Owner's daughter greeted us and immediately made us feel welcome. Will stay again, hope only longer next time. Very easy to access from US 69. We turned westward onto Onapa Rd about a mile. On Hwy 69, there is a blue RV Park sign. RV park is on the left. Good signage. We had emailed our reservation request about a week ago and was promptly answered by Shannon (owner). We were in site# 12 which was a long pull-thru site. No trees on our site. We did not have to unhook our towed. Water tasted excellent. Electric strong utilities easy to access. The sewer connection was toward the rear of the site, which is where is should be. There is Wi-Fi in the park, but we did not use it. We use AT&T & Verizon for internet, of which both carriers had a strong data signal. Verizon cell telephone service was excellent (it showed that I was roaming). They had a nice area for a campfire and they also sell firewood. Pet friendly RV Park. Very quiet RV Park. An above ground swimming pool is available during the summer season. Very neat & clean. Overall, very nice family owned & managed RV Park. We would definitely stay here again! This is a family owned campground that is well maintained. Quiet with shade trees. Sites are about 10-12 ft apart and level. Power pedestal in good shape, power was clean. All utilities were good. Able to get satellite reception. Upon arrival, was met by young lady who was friendly and checked me in right on the site. Great for short stays. Only down side is train track is a half mile away with 2-3 trains during the night. Checotah is about 4 miles away. We camped at Onapa RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

We camped her for 2 nites while visiting friends in Muskogee. Sites were rather close together but ok for over nites. There seem to be many permanent or semi-permanent rvs there. Several could clean up there area. There is a nice playground area and could really be a good rv park. The laundry needed a little help. This is fairly convenient to interstate and good value for a Passport park. I would stay here again for over nite.. We camped at Onapa RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

This small quiet park is certainly better than the KOA down the road!! Owners are super nice. Spoke to him twice on the phone. Site 6 was long and level and easy in and out for my 45 footer. Utilities were well placed and worked perfectly. Lots of grass for the dog. Very quiet as most are workers who are gone all day. Playground and stuff, if you have kids. For $20 it is a bargain!! Only 3 miles off I-40. Call for reservation as it is a small park. We camped at Onapa RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Rural campground is about 3 miles from Interstate 40 with good access. Our site was mostly level and dirt which could have been quite messy if it had been windy. Because there were no shade trees it was quite warm in the late afternoon. The utilities were easy to use and worked well with the tower set mid rig. We did not use the WiFi as we had good Verizon service. There were 15 OTA stations with good reception. The owners have a very large, well-maintained, grass area at the front of the property which allows for easy dog walking. In addition there is a small dirt road off the back of the park which provided a nice wooded walk. There are lots of activities for children; playground set, tetherball, basketball hoops, horseshoes, above ground pool and a putting green. For the price this was a very convenient and well-maintained overnite stop. We would stay here again. We camped at Onapa RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
