Sep 2017 - $1.00
Great place to stay! No charge, but full hookups right outside casino. 3 day limit, just sign up inside. Don't even need to sign up for player's card, but they give you $10 voucher if you do. - laurly
Apr 2017 - $1.00
Not really an "RV Park" but an area of the parking lot with hookups. Called the day before and security stated was full but would find us a spot if needed. Very nice, accommodating staff. There were a few units there that obviously had stayed longer than the stated 3 day maximum, but there was one open spot for us to squeeze in. There was also a bit of an issue in the middle of the night with someone outside one of the campers requiring the police to respond - no idea what the relationship was but although disruptive it was handled so that was a good thing. Otherwise area was clean and only short drive from I-40. Can't really complain when the site was completely free. - retiredhappyrvers
Feb 2017 - $1.00
RV Back-in Full hookup sites at the edge of Lucky Star Casino parking lot a few miles north of I-40 FREE 1st come 1st serve for up to 4 nights They gave us $10 vouchers for the slots Find a spot and go inside to security to register The sites are fairly level gravel with 30 & 50 amp, water and dump The casino is 24/7 with a restaurant and bar. The food was inexpensive and good. The staff was friendly. There was plenty of room to unhook and park the towed and back into spots. This is not a resort RV park, but in my opinion it was perfect. Easy in and out, food on site, security on site and full hookups at no charge. Some Casinos have campgrounds that are NOT FREE. We stayed at one in Michigan that was over $50 per night for 4 people. If we come through here again we will stay here. - ahmavic

Nov 2018 - $20.00
This is a no frills City campground, pull throughs are long but quite narrow, good AT&T cell & 3 bars of LTE data, Dish sat & OTA's reception is good. Fairly close to I-40 so there is some road noise. There are 2 sections to this park. One is water/electric for $15 per night and the other is water/electric/sewer for $20 per night. Payment is on the honor system and the Ranger comes through a couple of times per day checking on things. There were no locks on the power boxes so they must have removed them. There is a Walmart 2 miles away. - Lugnuts
Feb 2018 - $20.00
Based on the positive reviews, we pulled in late afternoon for what we hoped would be a pleasant stay. After selecting a site, while setting up. I found all the power boxes to be locked. After a fashion, a woman from another camper came over with a telephone number that had to be called if you wanted to hook up. I called the number, and sure enough an employee showed up after about 10 minutes and unlocked the box. He said they had problems with people not paying and the system has only been in place about a month. So if you come in late, what happens. You call and get him out of bed? Rest rooms and showers are usable, but marginal. The interstate is close, but not too intrusive. Plenty of sites, probably never filled up Good for an overnight stay. Be advised that the number is posted on the check in board (which we didn't notice) and you should call him first thing when you arrive, hopefully not late at night. This is the weirdest system we have ever run into in years of travel. Don't know how long it will be in place. They really need a site manager. Otherwise this could be a nice park, with a little TLC for the bathrooms. - Expresso
Oct 2017 - $20.00
A lovely, large city owned park with campground on a lake. Big rig friendly with some very long pull through gravel sites. Sites are a bit close together, but since it wasn't very crowded when we were here, people seemed to leave spaces between them and others. Great price at $20/night with full hookups and lots of open grass areas to let the dogs run. Close, easy drive to Oklahoma City. The bad....VERY loud, constant 24 hour road noise from the nearby interstate. Lots of fast traffic through the park and campground bordering on dangerous if you're walking on the road. We stayed for two (sleepless) nights before heading out to find someplace quieter. Mediocre AT&T hotspot coverage, clear sky for satellite reception. - Jerry and Betsy

Mar 2018 - $20.00
There are two sections in the campground. The West side is 50A FHU pull through, and the east side doesn't have sewer and is a mix of back in and pull through. We stayed in the FHU area. Honor system for payment with a box and envelopes. No host on site. Decent space per site, and easy to level. Easy pull through with a couple of trees providing some shade. Enough room to put down the garage patio. Sewer connection is 4" threaded but connection is below dirt. The bathhouse has 3 individual rooms each with sink, toilet, and shower. Strong hot water but not very clean. The lake is pretty but signs indicated a blue-green algae bloom was present during our stay. Easy walk to a nearby golf course. - Idcruiserman
Nov 2017 - $20.00
What a gem! Sites 1-20 have no sewer, but Sites 21+ have full hook ups. Honor box payment. Spacious and level sites. Lake El Reno was scenic. Abundant waterfowl! Pet friendly with lots of places to walk. No WIFI but our AT&T phones/hotspot worked great. I would highly recommend this RV Park and plan to come back. - CJVJn1Doug
Apr 2017 - $15.00
Very nice park with a beautiful view of the lake. Access is by a winding narrow street along the lake. Take it slow and easy: it's beautiful. Registration is all self-service. There are 3 areas: 1) primitive (i.e. tent), 2) RV spots with electric and water (East loop $15) and 3) RV spots with electric, water, and sewer (West loop $20). When we first got there, we could determine a tent-only area, but did not know there was a difference between the two loops. Better informational signage would have been very helpful. Initially the water hydrant for our spot had a huge leak from the valve stem, flooding our site and the road, so I connected to a hydrant on the other side. It was fine. With no way to tell anyone, I put a note in the pay box. Within a couple hours after that was collected, there was a team of men fixing it. - arboldt

Apr 2017 - $31.00
We made reservations a week in advance. Fifty miles out we called and confirmed we still had a reservation. Upon arrival we were told the person in our site had decided to extend, and our 36' 5th wheel with slides on both sides would not fit in the sites anyhow. Park was full of long term oil workers. - Gypsy4ever
Mar 2016 - $27.00
Check in is at the Best Western lobby. Sites are very close together. Our 20 amp breaker was burned out but the 30 amp worked fine. Concrete pads with cracks. No picnic table. We didn't get to enjoy the hot breakfast but the selection sounded good. You must be self-contained. We would stay here again if driving through the area, as it is easy to get to from I-40. - lstaff
Sep 2013 - $29.00
Because of tight turns, trees, and closeness of other rigs, I would pass on camping here, with the exception of Sites 10-18. Walk the Park before committing!!! No WiFi at sites. - we're rollin

Oct 2018 - $38.00
As usual, we had a level, gravel, pull through, FHU site in front of the office. It was satellite friendly and the WiFi was good enough for our minimal (e-mail and web surfing) needs. The bathrooms were clean. - Jerry S
May 2018 - $36.00
RV sites very close together. But the Kamping Kabins were all lakefront and over a little hill so they were isolated and lovely. Very convenient to I-40 and Oklahoma City. Lots of noise from the interstate. - Hartleyfam
Mar 2018 - $45.00
This piece of real estate needs to be plowed under and someone come in there to redesign and layout a park. There can't be more than 3 or 4 feet between spots. All spots (50 Amp) are pull thru. One entire row (next to office) are workers in and around the area. They all fire up their trucks and motorcycles at or about 6 AM. There is a dog park that is about 500 ft away and up a small hill from the park that is next to the Bison Pen (that is filled with manure). On any given evening, when the workers come home, their trucks and other vehicles block the entrance into the office road and as a result, you must walk about 250-300 feet to the office. When I asked about it I was told "Well they live here full time." Really!? WiFi is advertised, Good Luck! Cable TV is advertised. So much static and noise you cant watch. And when I asked about it I was told the owner/manager is aware but the cable company won't fix it. Been that way for over a year. This park is totally unacceptable to any RVer on the road. Find somewhere else to camp. If the owner wants this KOA to remain a fulltime location for gas and oil workers, then make it that way. but don't advertise something else. - LilGTO71

Dec 2018 - $40.00
The owner(s) have invested a lot in concrete and a great lodge/office. Not much around there but a couple of fast food places to walk to. Overall, a good, safe place, very clean, for an overnight stay. - Teetime
Nov 2018 - $44.00
Office personal was friendly and knew the area. A lot of road noise. I 40 only about 350 ft. from edge of park. Very quick and easy check in process and the hookup went quickly without any issues. The roads in the park were cement. Site was cement. Mostly level. Satellite friendly. Had cable TV but we didn't use it. Many OTA channels. Wi-Fi was fair most of the time. Verizon worked well. Had dog park. Showers and Rest rooms were neat and clean. Laundry room was neat and clean. Picnic table in good shape. No Fire ring. Pool was closed for the season. Garbage picked up at site. Has three underground storm shelters. Hard to exit service road if you are heading towards Interstate. - Roamer on wheels
Oct 2018 - $45.00
We stay here while visiting our son. Lots are level, roads easy to navigate. It's right off of I-40, convenient to shopping and restaurants. The down side is that it is extremely noisy due to the amount of highway traffic. This is a good place to stop for a couple of days. - oldbluejay

Nov 2018 - $40.00
Don't stay here! My 4 night visit turned into a nightmare of harassment. I had a long drive ahead of me, so on my last full day I checked my oil level (who doesn't check oil level before departure?). I took the dipstick out and the owner was on me like a vulture. "NO MAINTENANCE" he yelled at me as he ran up to me shaking his fist. "We don't allow maintenance of any kind here!" To which I said-I can't even look at my dipstick?? "No sir- you'll get oil all over my gravel!" At first, I angrily ignored him, but then he threatened to kick me out so I played along and checked the oil later that night. The owner is truly combative and arrogant- spare yourself this misery and stay somewhere else. For whatever it's worth- the staff was great and the location is convenient. Also, read the other reviews as people have had similar experiences. - Ryan7361
Oct 2018 - $35.00
We stayed overnight on our way out west. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is situated close to a busy road and I-40. The noise level was loud. If you're a light sleeper this is not the place for you. Easy on and off freeway if you cut thru the truck stop parking across the street. - Sewclever
Oct 2018 - $27.00
We just stayed a week at this campground and it was great. The FREE wifi was awesome which is very important to us. The site was basic but we were there to see the city, not enjoy amenities of a park. The washrooms and showers were clean and great hot water! I also did laundry here and the machines and room were great. We arrived late without a reservation and they were very accommodating. Staff were friendly and helpful. - Julie Rosenthal

Sep 2018 - $40.00
Located right off I-40. Nice enough layout with gravel sites and some grass islands. Clean, large bathroom and shower facilities adjacent to the small indoor pool/ hot tub and sauna. There is some workout equipment in the pool area, but no cardio. Plenty of shopping/dining nearby. The Cowboy Museum and downtown OKC are on the opposite side of town, about 25 minutes away. This park allowed us to wash our rig- a big plus after a rainy day's travel. Very friendly folks! - AvalonDF41
May 2018 - $41.00
Showers had no place to hang your towels or clothes. No soap in the bathroom. Large potholes on the park roads. There were several permanent rigs and lots of traffic coming in and out. - Barbara Ruth
Feb 2018 - $40.00
This was a grubby little park that could use a good scrub. Lots of people living here. Laundry rooms were both dirty. Didn't go near the pool. The boy at the desk was cocky and rude. Easy to get in and out. Near lots of shopping. Just not taken care of at all. - Iamthewalrus
