May 2014 - $22.00
We had a blast here. Wonderful campgrounds and if you like seclusion you can find it. They have a fun swimming area up front which my kids loved. Not very expensive and in a beautiful area of Oklahoma. - ducktruck
Apr 2014 - $22.00
Just off exit 51. Grass spots, everything worked, nice young gal came by for payment. Another camper told me that the phone doesn't really get answered. Park is just east off I-35, you can see it from the northbound lanes. - diceshooter60
Oct 2010 - $22.00
A true adventure, very rustic 50 or so sites in an open field. Check the pedestal box first, not all boxes work. Limited 50 amp, all located in far row. Dirt pads and mix of dirt and gravel roads. Staff is not in office (not sure there was an office). They come by and collect in AM or PM, when you call they just tell you to pull on in. "EASY" to get to but "HARD" to find. GPS is worthless so ask for good directions. Young lady was curt, rude, and non-interested. Open and flat so our 45' bus was happy here but luckily no rain recently. - fulltimer 2

Jan 2018 - $30.00
We were just traveling through and only stayed one night. The campground was full and we got the last site. This is January so we assumed it would be fairly empty. However, a whole pipe line crew came in and took up the entire campground. I don't know if they trashed it or the campground management just let it go but it was dirty. There is dog poop everywhere! In the grassy areas, on the roads, between sites... There was a lot of trash too. Paper, used duct tape, foam, plastic, wires, etc. We could not hook up our sewer hose because it would not reach. Our site was a back in and very tight. It was just long enough to get our rig in and we had to park our truck across the road. The camp host was nice and very friendly. We peeked in the laundry room and it appeared clean. - Honalee
Jun 2017 - $30.00
The park is easy in and out. Not right on interstate so nice and quiet, but close enough to interstate for easy over night stop. The owner came and met us when I drove up, he was mowing grass. He was very friendly and very accommodating. He explained how they are improving the park and adding sites. The pull through sites are big enough to easily accommodate our 45' coach and towed. The roads were gravel but plenty of room for big rigs. My only complaint about the sites are the water faucet is below ground, so you have to get on your hands and knees to hook up water. The owner says that is one of the things he is going to change. The BBQ restaurant on site was excellent. It is very popular with the locals and there was a waiting line at dinner time. - jherrin
Mar 2017 - $30.00
Stayed in #3 campground at 3165 Jollyville Rd. Mostly pull thru sites, nice and level. No noticeable road noise. Just off highway. Friendly staff, camp host came over shortly after we arrived. - BigR

Mar 2018 - $25.00
Stayed for two nights at the designated RV campground. End of March the occupancy was low (4-6 other campers). 50A hookup with water. No sewer. Site had picnic table, charcoal grill and campfire ring. Overall, clean area. Its located on "level-2" of the park so to get to Turner Falls, one needs to walk down a fairly steep hill, on the main road (about 15 minutes walk to falls from campground). Adjacent to this campground is the main restrooms for all campers so it can be quite busy at times. - no_worries
Jul 2017 - $25.00
The park is a must see. From the falls the water cascades down through the entire park. The paths you walk on and the roads you drive on has water going across. Please call ahead to make sure the park isn't closed due to flooding. You can swim in the falls but not under them. The cascades empty into Blue Hole which has a diving board and slide. Water is everywhere and it's breathtaking. The path to the waterfall is ADA accessible but everything else you'll need to traverse across slippery rocks, uneven ground, or water. The park has 2 castles along the path going towards the falls and you must climb many stairs to reach them. Many hiking trails. Davis Police have a heavy presence in the park. Lots of trashcans but we witnessed folks tossing stuff on the ground. Trash was pretty much everywhere. Not really an issue due to lack of upkeep but inconsiderate guests. No one under the age of 13 years old is permitted to even put a toe in the water without a Coastguard Certified Lifevest. The police strictly enforce this safety measure and you can expect a ticket. As for the campground itself our site was clean and quiet. Sites are sold by first come first serve. We had water and electricity hookups with a dump station nearby and dumpsters too. Sites are not numbered. The grass was really tall at our campsite and our camper trailer was longer than all of the RV pads. No shade trees so you get full full sun during all daylight hours. Arbuckle Fried Pies and Smokin Joe's is just down the road from the park and I recommend both. - Mommato8
Aug 2016 - $25.00
The falls and the activities are cool but it was appalling to see how trashy people are and the fact that the park allows it. What a potentially beautiful part of nature only to be trashed by people leaving beer cans, dirty diapers and just trash all over..very disappointed in the care of the park. - OklahomaCamper

The park is mostly long term, with several people working in the oil field. There a cold water creek that runs by the park. The creek is loaded with big long nose Gar fish. You could walk down to the creek and catch them with you bare hands or a big net. - Joceil

We are really enjoying our stay here an will be staying on a permanent basis for now. Very nice owners and extremely helpful. I'm a senior and had a few small items on RV that needed attention. One of the younger employees was allowed to spend a day helping me out with some elevated repairs and some required labor. Very well manner young man and a pleasure to talk to. Memorial weekend the camp was full and everyone was pleasure to visit with. Only one mile from a great boat ramp and nice fishing dock. 4 miles from Walmart which is really handy. We definitely would stay again. If we ever leave. Laundry room available. Well done lawn care and landscaping. - Garry 1948
Apr 2011 - $25.00
Older park with new owners. Sites gravel mainly level not all 50amp. Owners are friendly. Has a number of full time trailers but sites are pretty well kept up. Would be a good place to stay a few days while visting the Turner Falls area. No real place for children to play but owners intend to make more available for families with children. I would stay here again when in the area. - TXBobcat

Sep 2016 - $30.00
Large grassy area with hundreds of water and electric hookups. We camped there in a large Motorhome during one of the very nice Arbuckle Bluegrass Festivals. There was a huge storm coming in that night and they did want us to park on a higher site so we wouldn't get stuck and did. Nearest town is Davis, for shopping, about 15 minutes away. We would camp here again. Some freeway noise but not too bad. Sites are not numbered in the area we camped in. Some sites are located along the paved road and have lots of shade. - elduque

Nov 2016 - $14.00
Nice quiet campground for fall camping. Not crowed. Only complaint is the "hot"shower was not so hot. 72 degree water temperature is NOT hot. Five miles from town. - Lois Buswell
Oct 2016 - $11.00
Small campground near Lake of the Arbuckles. There are just a few sites with water and electricity, but the ones that have it are very nice. You cannot see the lake from this campground but it is a very short drive. Nice spacing between campsites and very quiet. We had good AT&T cell and data service here and were able to pick up ABC, NBC, and CW from the antenna. You can't beat this place for the price. Nice long and level asphalt pad. Additional asphalt space for tow vehicle. The road leading into the recreation area is not very wide and has several hard left and right turns to it, but we did fine in a 40 ft 5th wheel. Only real complaint is the low water pressure. We would camp here again. - Sigohigo
Oct 2014 - $22.00
Very quiet park. We stayed in the upper area with all sites having 50 amps. All sites are asphalt and they were finishing up re-praving the roads. Our site was very private and we will be coming back - Stujan

Jul 2018 - $30.00
Such a great find. Family owned, most friendly and accommodating people I have met in some time. Park was wonderful, back-in parking was easy with plenty of maneuvering room. This park is fantastic for children. Swimming pool, basketball court, frisbee golf, volley ball and swings. Great fishing pond and dog park. Can't think of anything they have forgotten. Great park for families and pets. You won't be disappointed. - Howard Kelsey
Jul 2018 - $32.00
Nice park, very kid friendly has lots of things. Very nice pool, sites are back in with some space/ grass between sites. No cable picked up about 7 channels with OTA. Has pond with stocked fish, catch and release. Has dog park. Sites seem fairly level. Would return again. - 1rver
Jul 2016 - $30.00
Plenty of activities on site with the pool, playground, and fishing ponds. There is a dog run and plenty of area for pets to "do their business" with readily available bags for pick-up. Sites are back in only but are at an angle for easier use. Owners are on-site daily and are constantly riding around or cleaning. Clean park that I would visit again. Overflow parking available for boats or extra vehicles. - Kaydale

Jun 2015 - $8.00
A very basic campground overlooking the west side of the Lake of the Arbuckles. The campground is laid out more like a picnic area and is used as such by the locals. The best I could figure out was to park my trailer and tow vehicle by one of the picnic tables since there appeared to be no clearly designated parking areas. Since I got to the campground after the Park Rangers went home, and was the only one there that night, there was nobody to tell me if I did it right or not. At my site, there was one water spigot for about a dozen campsites. There are two pit toilets for the entire campground and neither one was especially close to my site. A number of locals cruised through the campground in the early evening. I did not get any sense that there was security provided after the Park Rangers went home for the day. I will probably try to stay at one of the other NRA campsites in the area the next time I pass through. - Teardrop11

Jul 2007 - $6.00
This is a nice campground as long as you are one of the first campers there. - ninja61
Dec 2006 - $8.00
This is a Coast to Coast private park. It's mostly for seasonally campers and NOT travelers like us. It's difficult to get to. Even though the C2C rate is good, I would not recommend this park. The bathhouse is nearly a quarter mile from the camp sites and is not well attended to. Stay in the National Forest campground just outside Sulphur. - DelArmy
May 2004 - $22.00
Small park with 24-hour security and a large storm cellar. Some sites are shaded and are fairly large. Several of the sites are on a hillside and do not appear to be too level. There are some sites which would accommodate big rigs. Laundry facilities available. No water in the pool when we were here. Quiet park but surrounded on 3 sides by permanent RV sites with many old, junky campers since it is close to Chickasaw Lake. Church services in one of the buildings on Sundays. We would camp here again. They take Passport America. - rvnutzrwhat
