Older park but good electric current, good water and we'll functioning sewer. A bit close to your neighbor, but no more so than most RV parks. Run by a great guy who meets you on arrival and works with you to pick a spot and make sure you have what you need. We got in ay dinner time and planned to leave after breakfast, but we when asked about check out he said, "well I kind of figure not later than 24 hours after you arrive". That's as fair as I have ever seen.
Hey for some it was OSU football that weekend so we got one of only two sites, but a normal mix of full timers and travellers. We would go back, no doubt. Look at a map or listen to the owner. Ignore the GPS. That thing routed us through side streets, bad roads and generally drug us all over to get in there while it could have been a straight shot through town on good roads. - Tom48

Small, privately owned park outside of Stillwater OK. Park could use a little TLC and the owner indicated he was working on upgrading the sites. Good laundry room ($1 w/d). Level gravel sites, no shade, no amenities such as picnic table or fire ring. Able to use Verizon data package for streaming. This is just a safe, comfortable stopover place. Some permanent residents, college students. Owner on site and pays attention to who comes and goes. He was helpful, available if you needed something, and we enjoyed talking with him. I would stay here again. - Pankie

I am sorry to say we did not stay here. We made reservations, but when we pulled up I was afraid to stay. The place looked like someone's front yard where they parked trailers side by side and lived in them long term. The space they were going to put us, was so tight, I don't think our side had room to come out. Everything looked unkept. I begged my husband to turn around and leave. - Wanda H

Lots of space around each spot. Our spot did not have gravel, but it was very level. Very family-friendly and it is kept clean. There are no permanent restrooms, but there is a porta-pottie. Our group really enjoyed the sand volleyball court. Lots of green space for some football and other activities too. Only about a mile from town, so trips for supplies were quick. - Okie972

The park is located north of town one mile. Good place to stay and check out Pawnee Bill's ranch and museum. - glbaker44

We stayed at F2 a host site because it was available. Very fancy stained concrete pad, with shade tree, and full hook ups. Price includes park admission for 2 adults and 2 children. Any additional guests you must purchase a day admission of $17. Pool with slides, basketball, volleyball, splash pad, and toddler swim area. Wibit play area across from pool in the lake. Pool and Wibit have hours in which you can play. Lots of construction taking place near pool area so I'd expect more things to come. Only reason I gave the park a 7 was due to the train that runs a few feet from the parks entrance. It runs about every hour. The park was quiet with the exception of the train. I plan to return every year. - Mommato8

We stayed at this campground on Night 2 of a 14 night road trip. We chose this location for the water features that were advertised on the website. We were very disappointed to learn, when we arrived, that the pool and water slides were not completed. If we had known this prior to our arrival, it is possible that we would not have stayed at this campground. We made reservations for this campground in early March. The pool and slide were scheduled to open on Memorial Day. I would have appreciated an email making me aware that the pool and slides were not open due to a construction delay. We were VERY disappointed about this. Our daughter did enjoy the Wiibit Aqua Park, however, the hours were discretionary. On the night of our stay we were told that the Aqua Park closed at 8pm. Later one of the lifeguards said 7:30. However, we were told to vacate the area at 7pm. Because the Aqua Park didn't open until 11 am the next morning, we were unable to enjoy it as we had to get on the road. The campground was very beautiful. There were only a handful of people camping so it was very peaceful and the water was beautiful. Our campsite was mostly flat but not of the sites were. (In fact, we asked to change campsites for one that was flatter and had better car access-- the staff was accommodating.) The restroom facilities were VERY far away. We were overall pleased with the campground but disappointed in the false advertising on the website. - GAaron
Aug 2016 - $47.00
This is an old COE park. Jellystone has recently purchased it and is in the process of fixing it up and putting the Jellystone touches on it. They are working on building 2 waterslides and it said that they were also going to build a ranger station. They did not have either done yet as of August 2016.
I think that the price was high for what they had to offer. It is advertised as a Jellystone and it is, but they do not have the amenities of a Jellystone yet. They have a lake to swim in with a huge inflatable out in it to play on. The kids enjoyed the inflatable "Wibit."
The sites themselves I thought were very big and spacious. We were in A3, and it was huge. Most of the other sites in the area were very big also. The sites offered water and 50 AMP electricity. The bathrooms appeared not to have been updated recently. I think it will come in the near future, but they were not the nicest we had seen. The park does need better signage directing you to sites and areas of the park. - PackerFanRick

Thirty days on the road, and this was one of the nicest CGs we stayed in. - hartk
Nov 2015 - $15.00
The park is very nice. Our gravel lot was fairly level and the spot had all new amenities (picnic table, grill, lantern hanger, and food prep table). Our spot had a beautiful view of the lake. The playground was small but our little ones enjoyed it. The only drawback was that there are trains that are close by and they run night and day. Also the water hookup was too far for our hose but we made it work. - WhitneyOK

This is a campground near my home. We actually go there to walk many evenings. We bought a new travel trailer and decided to try it out at this local campground first before taking in on the road. We stayed there in December and got the winter rate. The day we stayed was the day of Mannford's Christmas parade. After the parade, the campground held a chili cook off and had fireworks. This is a nice, peaceful campground located on the shore of Lake Keystone. Most of the sites are shady. They have picnic tables at each spot as well as a grill and fire ring. The roads are paved, and the pads are gravel and level. The people who run the campground are extremely nice and helpful. You can often see herons and ducks fishing along the shore. Occasionally, you can see deer. There is no playground in the camp. The restrooms aren't fancy, but they are clean. They are heated in the winter. There is a railroad near, and you can see the trains going by. The tiny town of Mannford is less than a mile away and has grocery, gas, and fast food like Pizza Hut and Sonic. - Brainstormin
