Beautiful wooded location in a nice neighborhood. The park facilities are spotless and plentiful. Some nice features are an exercise room, pool table and hot tub. Employees are very willing to help and courteous. The sites are very large and contain a small storage shed. The trash and recycle are picked up at your site all day long. It is worth the premium price. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Two excellent places for lunch are: El Sancho Tacos. A former food truck that has evolved into a permanent location. The locals complain that the place has been discovered. The line was out the door. Fantastic little tacos. Second place is Barrio in the downtown park area. Both are dog friendly.

Very large back in paver sites with large grass area on both sides. Beautiful pine trees provide lots of shade. Check in staff was helpful, trash picked up daily. We stayed here a week, Bend is a wonderful town and will definitely stay here again. Be sure and reserve a Platinum site as they are in the back of the park, further from the road noise, and use the directions provided by the resort as there is a low bridge (12 ' 4") close by. Exceptionally nice park! We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We stayed here on our anniversary on our recent month long trip. We were a bit shy about the costs but once we arrived we realized it was well worth the extra cost to stay here. Beautiful grounds, spacious sites and a very nice area. The campground is in a residential area, but you would never know it until you leave the park. I would definitely stay here again without a second thought. Staff were all very nice and very helpful. Highly recommended. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed for 10 days while visiting area for the first time. One of the nicest parks we've ever stayed in. Huge sites (pad is pavers, parking and roads are asphalt). Modern utilities. Didn't use restrooms, but the laundry rooms is spotless. 6 of each and you can use coins or credit cards. Pretty good wifi, although it faltered when full on the weekend and the data hogs were streaming Netflix. Satellite is hit or miss due to big trees, but cable was good. Interior roads easy to navigate (we're in a 40' TH pulled by a big dually pickup). Some street noise, but that disappeared pretty early in the evening. Centrally located to all there is to see in the Bend area. Staff very friendly and efficient - both in office and the folks working the grounds. We will definitely return when in the area. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

The pads in this campground are Huge! This has to be the most space between us and other campers we have ever had. This park is well maintained and is close to all Bend OR has to offer. The park is more geared for people without Children but there was enough there to keep them busy (biking Tennis pool table) No campfires allowed. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

A pretty good park, with enormous clean sites, nice amenities, and great access to Bend. When you arrive, definitely do not arrive from the South as there is a short bridge just South of the RV park. Make sure you arrive from the South via Exit 141 (see their Web site for directions). The staff were very helpful. The hot tub was large and clean. The dog park was a little limited, but there are open lots behind the dog park where we tossed the ball with Fido. Tennis/pickle ball courts are also available, as is a community grill and gas fire pits behind the clubhouse. They have a great proactive recycling program, with the staff picking up the trash and recycling curbside. Verizon was very good. Although it was quite pricey, we would definitely stay there again. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

One of the nicer parks we've visited over the past 18 years! Very clean, spacious, shady sites with pavers and very large grassy areas. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Only downside is that there is no pool (too cold here to use, anyway), and trade-off for shady sites is no satellite reception (but very large cable package available). We look forward to visiting again! Many things to do in the area, with emphasis on outdoor activities. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Stayed here 3 nights in a motorhome. They advertise this as a luxury resort. My daughter made the reservations, I would never select a campground that cost this much. That said, I will admit that the sites are very large and surfaced with pavers to include the patio and table area, no fire rings at sites. The lodge, lounge, workout area and hot tub areas are all very nice. They even provide a lockable storage shed at site. All utility connection were properly located and in good order. But with all of above I would not stay here again, too expensive for my taste. I have stayed at Key West Fl for less. This park is located a couple of miles off main highway in a residential area and was difficult to find due to street construction that GPS could not direct around closed roads. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Maybe 5 or 10 years ago this would be considered a resort, but not today. It is a nice park with big sites , paver pads, and grass between sites. It is well maintained but lacks the amenities to be a resort today no pool or other feature that would bring it to that level. Bend is a great city and the only reason they can get $100 a night. Follow their directions into the park to avoid a low bridge. Our site, because of the trees, could not get satellite. The utilities worked as you would expect but the wifi was not usable at our site. Not sure we would stay here again. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

One of my worst experiences in over 12 years RVing. Way overpriced. Terrible turn space for such large pads. Site not cleaned up after last guest. Dog poop and cigarette butts. Street racing and truck noise. Deceptive website about being in a quiet corner and friendly staff. Maintenance guy yelled at me for placing a table under the shade on lawn- told me to read rules. Nothing found in rules about it. Not professional whatsoever. One and done with Crown Villa Bend. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

One of our favorite RV parks and favorite towns. Very quiet, wooded yet not blanketed, immaculately cared for and very friendly staff. Satellite is hit or miss because of the tree coverage. Most sites are back in but there are a half dozen HUGE pull throughs in the back. All sites are paver brick, including both the pad and patio. Wrought iron table (small) and chairs. Lush grass areas at each site, as well as huge, grass green belts separating each row. The sites are wide and level. Vehicle parking is provided with a cutout between the sites; no parking on the paved section. Each site has a storage shed so bring a lock if you're interested in securing stuff inside it. Utilities worked great. Extensive cable network but lousy analog reception. Great off leash area. Tennis/pickle ball court. No amenities for kids like pool or playground. Nice bathrooms but only two toilets and two showers for men and women for the entire park. Nice laundry and lounge with free morning coffee. WiFi was sometimes good, sometimes not good at all. Interior roads are paved. Registration queue is a little tight with a cutout long enough for just one big rig and tow. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Very pleasant surprise. We were in the Platinum tier. Every thing very clean. Courteous workers. Daily garbage & recycle pick up from provided cans, which the workers put away for us each day. It is close to necessary shopping and gas convenient for our rig with tow. Quiet and generous spaces with pavers and treed like a very nice park. Ample parking. Met other really nice people there. I would rate it a 10 for sure, and we plan to return in 2020, but there was a tiny trailer there which shall we say had nefarious goings on all hours of the night, it was a little uncomfortable and all around noticed, especially for such a nice surroundings. Very out of place, hoping that will be gone by next year. Don't let that stop you I think in all my years I've never seen this. Highly recommend Crown Villa. Found an all new shopping center at the opposite end of town. The resort is located in a residential neighborhood. Which gave it that feeling. It was also quiet at night.
