Dec 2018 - $1.00
Quiet and not very busy in December. Does like to flood in spring. Good dish signal. - geo cong
Sep 2018 - $1.00
We had a handicapped spot that was a back in that was located conveniently to the restrooms and showers. However we were told we had to park our truck up by the pool which was very inconvenient. On our last day the ranger apologized and said that we could have parked our truck at our site. They do allow you to check in before noon which is nice. Our rooftop satellite worked well as did our internet and cell phones. We will come back another time. - rolling homeless
Sep 2018 - $1.00
Check in easy and greeted at the ranger station. Site was level and the hook ups work. Site was spacious and clean. The roads between sites are narrow. The buildings need to be updated and freshened up. The pool and spa are indoors. The spa timer was broken so you were actually sitting in hot water with just a couple of jets working. It needed to be cleaned. Did not use the pool. They also had a sauna and it was very nice, Pickle ball every morning, - roaming around

Jul 2017 - $50.00
Quick overnight stay here. Back in site was perfectly fine, being on back row near tent sites allowed for ample room to back in. Staff at store/check-in weren't super friendly but not rude. When in the area I prefer to stay elsewhere to either Bud's or another CG, which should tell you something... - pokeyt
Jun 2017 - $41.00
41 sites. Bud's is a nice little park behind the small grocery store (they smoke their own brisket and pulled pork out back--brisket sandwich was great!) on US 101 just north of Seaside, OR. Friendly, helpful folks. Sites are very neat; short but wide with each site having a parking pad for RV & pad for tow vehicle, patio with a picnic table & a patch of grass at the back. WiFi is good, but periodically disappears for a few minutes. Lots of flower baskets make it extra attractive. Great for a stopover. - ragtop45
Oct 2016 - $33.00
Bud's is a nice little park behind a small grocery store on US 101 just north of Seaside, OR. The sites are all back-in with plenty of room to maneuver. The utilities worked as expected. The site was gravel with a space for our truck. A patio with a picnic table is included. It's quiet at night. The grocery offers a wide variety of items including a wonderful smoked brisket sandwich, but get it early as they sell out fast. Other hot and cold sandwiches are available. Tuesday is 2 for 1 hot dog day. The staff is very helpful. Propane is available on site. I'd return and recommend Bud's. - 15243

Sep 2018 - $40.00
The ladies restroom, and showers are dirty!!! The air vent fan is FILTHY, I never have seen a shower facility where people who pay to camp here, have to put up with conditions like these. The staff is inexperienced and lacking in customer service skills. It looked like no one has cut the grass in 1 month or more! Garbage waste bin is filled to the max. One positive point: It is close to Seaside and the drive to the ocean is under 2 miles. - Ocean Traveller
Aug 2018 - $54.00
With the investment of a few upgrades this park could be very comfortable. - darjeling
Jul 2018 - $47.00
The Circle Creek RV Park is located just south of the Seaside city limits making it a convenient destination campground for visiting Seaside. The park is currently divided into two sections; a north side containing full hookups and a south side for dry camping only. We found the area with full hookups containing lawns and pine trees with paved drives and level sites. The area for dry camping is all grass with no trees or pavement or gravel. The park is next to a very busy 2-lane highway so getting out of the park can be challenging. Also, if highway noise bothers you, this is not the park for you. We found it doable. The park is bordered by the small Necanicum River which is a good fishery but it's shores are steep and brush covered. We feel the park is the best choice in the immediate Seaside area with clean facilities and a friendly staff. Reservations are recommended. - Doug Toye

Aug 2018 - $56.00
I would like to start this review by saying that this park is nice for tent campers and very small trailers. We travel in a 33 foot fifth wheel and weren't easily accommodated. The spaces are not groomed. There were overhanging limbs scraping the trailer. The septic hook up was not easily accessed. The bathrooms were so well used that they were constantly dirty and should have been cleaned at least twice a day. They were also not private enough. Shower curtains were mildewy. The septic dump was located at the entrance to the men's bathroom. The park was very expensive for the type of park that it was. Also, the laundry room was the most expensive that we have ever used. The general store was not open due to lack of personnel. This space would be much better for a small trailer or very small motorhome. It also needs to be groomed so that branches don't hit the trailer. Too many blackberry bushes. We would not recommend this RV Park to anybody we knew other than campers. Our observation is that there are other parks in the area that are better kept and cheaper. Overall, this isn't the type of park for people who want amenities. No Wi-Fi or cable. It is walking distance to Cannon Beach, which is nice for people who like to walk. The office personnel at check in were very hospitable and nice. - Marylou Tatum
Jul 2018 - $50.00
This park sometimes refers to itself in its advertising as a "Resort" and at other times as an "RV Park and Stables." It is neither, as there are a number of tent sites which make it a "campground." Nothing wrong with that, it's just that one expects more amenities at an RV Resort, and no tents at an "RV Park." So we are reviewing this as a campground. Pros: The biggest and most compelling pro is that this campground is well within walking distance of downtown Cannon Beach where there is a lot to see, do, eat and drink (and is right on the ocean). Additionally it is just outside of Ecola State Park which is a very large and beautiful ocean and forest park. The other big pro were the number of rabbits in the park including many babies that provided hours of entertainment as many would come right into your campsite to eat, sleep and play. Cons: The advertised store was closed and had been for some time. The bathrooms, while clean, were old. There were limited sewer hook-ups although there was a dump station right outside of the men's rest room. Might have been difficult for larger rigs to use (ours is 32 feet) without a second person to direct you as it required a u-turn with some backing and forthing to get close. Sites kind of went every which way. The sewer sites were situated in parking lot-like areas. A note: $50.00 a night is a lot, but prices in Cannon Beach are high so, considering the cost of doing business there, the price seemed reasonable. - Coachella
Jun 2018 - $50.00
We've been coming to this campground for years because of its location walking distance from both downtown Cannon Beach and the beach itself. It also has a lovely setting on a creek and horses in the pasture next to the creek and bunnies all over the place. It has had its ups and downs and has had some decent upgrades in recent years including all new electrical hookups, but it is still a very old campground with mostly tent sites. There are a fair number of hook up sites that'll accommodate small to medium size rigs but only a handful suitable for big rigs. The toilet/showers are clean and functional but old and not very appealing. For a price of $50 now for a E & W site, I feel it is a ripoff. But everything in Cannon Beach is expensive so I guess they are charging what the market can bear. It's too bad, because I love coming here, but that is just too high of a price for what you get despite the convenient location. Verizon and T-Mobile work fine but there is no wi-fi. Also I have NEVER been there when the so-called "General Store" has been open. - Pdxjoanne

Oct 2018 - $45.00
Nice park with large space between sites (width). Our site was just long enough for our rig and toad. The site was extremely uneven and could not level the coach. The interior roads are a little tight but if you go slow no major problems. The AA&T service is barely usable but like previous comments the wifi was good. The utilities worked fine and our located for easy use. We could not get satellite service in our site but they had lots of cable tv choices. Overall a nice park. - sjones
Aug 2018 - $48.00
Very nice park within walking distance of Cannon Beach. We had 1-2 bars ATT, but didn't need it since the park's WiFi was pretty good. Sites are paved with grass/dirt yards and lots of trees. We were able to find a gap and get satellite service, but the park also has cable. The park was very busy with lots of families, so book early. We would stay here again. - lorangl
Aug 2018 - $47.00
It has been over 10 years since we last stayed here. Whenever we were in the area many summers since then, we were never able to get a site at this busy park that fit our trip schedule. This time we lucked out and were able to get a level, back in, FHU site. The roads and site pads are paved and I think all sites are back ins. Since the park is heavily treed, we settled for their cable TV. Although a recent reviewer said they were able to get satellite TV, I don't think there are many sites where you can get it. The park has good facilities and amenities (pool and playground) that make this park very popular with families in the summer. Even with a full park, the bathrooms were clean during our stay. I did not see any recycling. - Jerry S

Asphalt back in spots. Very clean. Full hook ups. Quiet. Lots of grassy areas, picnic tables. Laundry facilities are super clean. - TJJones
May 2018 - $25.00
Nice location and easy access. The sites themselves have little to be desired, though. It's basically a parking lot, and sites are close together. Regardless, the location, as well as the security of base, made it a good stop. Laundry is free, although you pay a $5 fee to get an access card. With a family of five, we more than made up for the $5 fee! We enjoyed watching new recruits train for their upcoming basic training--it inspired our boys who both want to join the military. Other than the training, the base is quite quiet and small. Perfect access for Astoria, Seaside and Cannon Beach. We even drove down to Tilamook for cheese tasting. - RVerFamily
Aug 2017 - $25.00
Second year here on our way back from Alaska. Full HU everything but the cable worked great. Our tower cable didn't work. Nice quiet place, geese all over, next to the range if they are using it daytime but quiet at night. Nice, safe camp close to areas we came to see. Would stay again. Price is marginal for a famcamp, but it is always like minded folks. - Nevada Nick

Sep 2018 - $47.00
This park is an excellent example of what a typical park should offer for the same daily fee amount. Very clean, quiet, nice setting with full hookups. RV's are not cramped together so campers can actually use their site. Convenient to historical sites, restaurants and shopping. A thumbs up in our book. - Jude2016
Sep 2018 - $47.00
This is one of the nicest rv parks we have stayed at in over 45 years of rving. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The sites and grounds are landscaped. Spaces are wide and long. Everything is in excellent condition. A true gem. - moisheh
Sep 2018 - $47.00
We've stayed here several times before and it continues to rank up near the top of our places to stay list. Check in is quick and easy. Just remember to bring cash or your checkbook - credit/debit cards not accepted. Navigation is easy even for the biggest rigs. A selection of 'nose-in' spots offer views of the golf course. And there are pull-thrus and back-ins as well. Spaces are bit close together (but not unduly so) and there is grass and a small tree separating the sites. Sites are gravel, but interior roads are pavement. Major shopping is 4-5 miles away with all the usual suspects represented including Fred Meyer (with diesel at the pumps), Costco and Walmart. - boardman

Aug 2018 - $40.00
Nothing fancy, just a nice RV park. Many long-term residents interspersed through the park. Most are well maintained. Sites vary from all grass with electric only, asphalt camper pad with adjacent grass area or mostly all gravel. Most sites are relatively level with convenient utilities. Narrow paved roads that can get crowded during August peak fishing season. Quiet park except for early rising anglers. Nice fish cleaning facility with crab cooker. All sites are back-up and units are close together in the rear. Staff are friendly and responsive. - DSchamp
Aug 2018 - $36.00
All sites are back in and the rear of rvs are very close. Sites are long enough to park car in front of rv. Wifi was hit or miss. Verizon worked well. This is a good spot for fishermen as they have a cleaning station and a place to cook your catch. Overall the park was quiet enough except for the fishermen leaving before dawn. We have stayed here several times and feel it is a comfortable place to stay. - Windshift
May 2018 - $45.00
Nice park, quiet nights even with the Memorial Day weekend crowd. Lots of fisherman but they were quiet even in the morning when they all left. Showers were nice and clean. If you're along the western edge near the pond, most of those sites do not have sewer. Also they are all back in With a pretty good slope towards the pond so you may want a different site depending on your equipment. I was pulling a 26 foot trailer with a full-size pick up And had just enough room to not have the pick up in the roadway if I parked at an angle. I will definitely be staying here again. - Pfmarine1

This is a gem of a State Park. They have hundreds of sites from campsites to full hook up for big rigs. Reservations are best of course, but we just dropped in, and if they have sites available, they can assign one right there on the spot! No need to call Reserve America! Ask for your specific needs. We had a full hook up site. You can also call to check availability. Sites are all located in an old growth Oregon forest, so they are shaded all the time with many huge old trees. This used to be an outpost that protected the Columbia river entrance during WWII. Now, it's 4300 acres of beautiful park, with lakes, miles and miles of paved bike trails, ocean beaches and tours of the old fort and museum. Lots to explore here. Lewis and Clark ended their journey west near here at Fort Clatsop (3 miles away) in the winter of 1805-1806, and boiled seawater for months to have enough salt for their journey home. The area is dripping with Lewis and Clark expedition history. We've all read about this in our history classes, and here's a chance to see it all in real life! Great experiences! Great place to stage for history, Astoria and the local area. Costco nearby, everything else close as well. We used AT&T hotspot for WiFi, no problem, and also received numerous over the air signals for TV to our surprise. We look forward to returning here for a longer stay. - AlaskaJack
Sep 2018 - $35.00
We did not reserve in advance for our early September Sunday afternoon (1-ish) arrival but had no trouble getting a full hook-up site. As you can see by the photo, it was well vegetated. The park is great, with its old fort, river beach and ocean beach access, even an old wreck. There are plenty of well-laid out hiking/walking trails. Astoria is a great town to explore, and the high bridge across the Columbia River gives access to interesting day-trips on the Washington side. This campground is a great headquarters for Lewis & Clark buffs, with lots of L&C locations just a day-trip away. - Weelyrd

Jul 2018 - $87.00
Paid a higher than normal rate, probably due to the 7/4 holiday, that being said this is a large, family friendly campground. There are plenty of kid friendly activities; indoor & outdoor pools, activities area, etc. If noise is an issue request a site away from the activity area. Older sites are shady and paved; newer sites are sunny and gravel/dirt. The showers close to our site had dirty floors due to the dirt being tracked in from rain showers. Free pancake breakfast is available and other breakfast, lunch & dinner items for a fee. Laundry was adequate at $3 to $3.25/load. WiFi was poor. Cable TV is available, we didn't use it as we have satellite. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Call ahead if you want to arrive early to make sure your site is ready, otherwise you will be required to wait until check in time at the park entrance. A staff member is stationed at the entrance to ensure you don't enter the park. We would camp here again. - TxDiver
