Management guided us to our site and an easy back-in. Site 78 had a view of the ocean and near the group fire pit. Several long-term sites but all very neat and clean. We walked under Hwy 101 to the Inn at Spanish Head for dinner - ocean view and beautiful sunset. You do hear 101 noise but it quiets down at night and you can hear the ocean. The park has periodic entertainment. A really nice park and we would stay here again. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Fifth Wheel.

Premier RV Resorts of Lincoln City is a nice RV park that has somewhat tight spaces. It has a nice modern building for check-in with laundry and exercise rooms. The wifi is good and works well. The park itself is designed to use every square foot of space. Nothing is wasted. Internal roads are tight, but navigable. The spaces have a half picnic table positioned behind your neighbor's hook up area. Not really room for a full size picnic table. Room to open the slides, but not put the main awning out. There is room to park your toad. It all works, just a little tight. Water pressure is very low and at times is just a trickle. We parked here in a 40' motorhome and would come back for short stays. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Motorhome.

Great park directly across road from the ocean. Staff was great the entire time we were there from check in to breakfast on Sunday morning before we left. They had a Happy Hour on Saturday evening with complimentary snacks and live music - Saturday morning there was a pancake breakfast - all you can eat pancakes, sausage, fruit and coffee tea and hot chocolate - all for $5! Sunday morning featured free doughnuts -they were awesome - owner was there and chatted with us for few minutes. Wifi was great as well - Highly recommend this park! We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

The park is kind of "shoe horned" in along highway 101, and right across the road from the ocean. It is built in two levels, so many of the lower sites have no direct ocean view, and the back sites on the upper level have restricted views. We lucked into probably the best site in the park, #64. It is at the front end of the upper loop, and your patio side looks out on the water. However, the lower loop is not that low so you may also be looking right into the back of someones RV in front of you. The sites are concrete and have small patio's towards the rear of the site. There was one more rig to our right, and then their patio was adjacent to a community fire pit and mini bandstand where musicians play on the weekends. The park put out some free happy hour food, but the beverages were BYOB. The little event was cool, unless you happened to be in that site next door and weren't really into the music or the party because it was right at your front door. We had a FHU site, but the water pressure was on the low side. The sites are close together, but the park still sold out every night. We paid $67 a night. A bit on the pricey side for what you get, but this park is all about the location. There is a small gym on site, but it was tiny, and consisted of a few aerobic machines. Free Wifi was offered, but our on board router worked well. The restrooms were small but in good condition. There are 2 small dog areas in the park with small gravel surfaces. This is kind of "in town" so you are fairly close to most shopping and restaurants. The park is a good stop by kind of location, but may not have enough of an interest to spend a week or more. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Motorhome.

This little park is a GEM. Great hosts, clean, clean, great activities on the weekend. Saturday night Happy Hour had an AWESOME guitarist. I would come back and stay longer. I would have given it a 10, but the water pressure at our site was only 30#, low enough to make flushing the toilet difficult. When we flushed, we just bumped it a little bit with water pump. This was a super park. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Motorhome.

One of the best short term parks we've stayed at. The park is located in Lincoln City on Highway 101 near shopping, restaurants and fuel. Traffic noise was not an issue. The park's roads/sites are paved and level. WiFi was good, cable is offered, although we used satellite. The staff was friendly and helpful. One service we've never seen, a local newspaper is delivered to your door each morning. The park is designed on two levels, the upper level has a sitting area with a gas fire ring overlooking the ocean. On one evening it was used for a BYOB happy hour, provided snacks and local singer. Facilities and amenities were clean and adequate. We would camp here again. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This is a high-quality RV park on Hwy 101 in Lincoln City, OR. It is on the opposite side of the highway from the beach. The driveways are asphalt and the site pads are a combination of brick and concrete with small gravel mixed into the concrete. This creates a very attractive textured surface. They have a few pull-through sites but most are back-in with full hookups. There is no picnic table, but they have a sort of bench/mini-table. I would rate the free WiFi as 7 out of 10, generally good availability. All facilities are very nice and well maintained including very attractive landscaping. The cost is a little higher than average, of course. Their website isn't clear that there is tax charged, so if you look at the rates and you have Good Sam, the taxes will essentially eat up the Good Sam discount. We paid $58.60 per night including tax. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Motorhome.

Nice park on 101. Sites are fairly tight but navigable. Front desk personnel are nice. The only negative would be it is a hard park to get out of onto 101 going south but then again its hard to turn left onto 101 anywhere in Lincoln City. We would stay here again. We really like this park. It is surrounded by trees and shrubs, so road noise is a minimum unless you are in front lower level. Most sites have a combination picnic table/park bench, which we enjoy. While most sites are back in, they are level and ample length, with room to park a tow vehicle. Great ocean views from some upper level spots, with a common fire pit area to watch the sunsets. The park is also above the possible Tsunami zone at 120-130 feet. Added plus is the easy ability to walk under the highway through a tunnel to reach the Inn at Spanish Head for delicious meals and cocktails, while watching the sun set below. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Motorhome.

Only spent one night here because it was booked for the holiday week. We would have loved to stay longer. Not too friendly in the office but the manager (Mr. Hilt) who greeted us and escorted us to our spot made up for it. He was very friendly and willing to help us with parking. He even came by later to make sure things were good. The grounds were very nice and well kept. The spaces were a little close but level. They had activities and clubhouse use. Some of the upper sites have an ocean view. There was road noise from 101 in the lower area. We definitely would stay here again! Very tight spaces. They have only 7 pull-through sites. We had a pull through and there was not really room for our tow vehicle. The restrooms are very nice with nice showers. The best thing going for this park is that it serves as a base to visit the Oregon coast. It is expensive. There is no pool (we did not care about the pool). We kept our blinds closed because the only view was a close-up of our neighbor's RV. Wifi only for checking email. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Fifth Wheel.
