We called to make reservations and was told there was one site left and was gravel. That was fine, told person we had a 45'motor home, she said no problem. We arrive to this spot (or any of the spots for that matter) and found it very narrow and barely long enough for motor home and tow vehicle. Once we finally squeezed into spot 39 we had literally 2' between door and bushes. This park has majority of permanent residents. The office is only open a few hours, different times of day. I would not recommend this park to anyone with a big rig. This site was a pull thru but there is no way a 45' is pulling thru, you have to back out carefully to keep from scraping bushes and running over sewer. We camped at Tri City RV Park in a Motorhome.

Most of the sites are long term live ins. Out of 70 sites only 7 are for transient rv's. We were assigned a site when we called for a reservation. When we arrived we found that we had no sitting area, no place to grill and we could not put the awning out. We asked for a different space but were told that no change could be made even though we were staying a week and some of the other sites were only for one night. The office is only open four hours a day. Even though the park was OK we were not accommodated so that is why I would not be interested to return to this park. We camped at Tri City RV Park in a Motorhome.

Well maintained park. Lots of permanents but sites very tidy. Often could not tell the permanents from the overnighters. Office staff was excellent, very pleasant and competent. Dog park but no grass inside. Appeared people were picking up after their pets. Quiet and close enough to Roseburg for shopping. Good restaurant across the street. Going to return there in June. We camped at Tri City RV Park in a Motorhome.

Needed a place to stay the night and this place was great. The price with our Passport America was terrific. Very nice little campground will definitely stay again. We camped at Tri City RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

A very nice spot and Passport America makes it a real value. To that many places give you more than a couple of days; here you can have 6, and naming a reservation is a snap and you can use a credit card. Show up when the office is unmanned, just head for your reserved site. Easy peasy. Impressive and clean as a whistle. We've been here before and we'll come back. We camped at Tri City RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Seven Feathers casino and hotel and RV park are just a couple of exits South. BTW Seven Feathers RV park is very nice, but not worth 3 times TriCity.

Modern, clean, simple RV park. Coin showers but you get a lot for your quarter. With respect to the nice people, there is traffic noise from I-5. It is not overwhelming but constantly in the background. Would stay again without question. We camped at Tri City RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Major shopping is in Roseburg, 20miles. Ray's Foodmart is nearby with small town prices.

Pull through concrete and asphalt site, about 75 feet long. Grass on one side with a picnic table. I was on an end site, so I had a 5 foot screen of bushes on the door side. Stayed one night. Passport America discount makes this spot a great value. 40 cable channels. WI-FI was free but slow. Would stay here again. Office staff was friendly and gave good local advise for restaurants and shopping market. We camped at Tri City RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We pull a 43' fifth wheel. This park is surrounded by beautiful tree covered mountains and entry into park from I5 is easy. This park is ok if you are a PA member and pay only $17/nite. But at $33/nite it is too expensive for what you get. Unfortunately, the first thing one sees right at the front is an RV gravel and chain link storage yard. Why? This belongs at the back of the park with something to camouflage its ugliness. Front office hours are 10-noon and 3 to 5PM. So if you need to check in but someone else is in your reserved space - too bad. If the power goes out? Too bad. This park is really not "big rig" friendly. Only site #40 is long enough for big rigs. Be Ware if you want to use park bathrooms - even with the key code, they are available only from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Get up early at 6:30 AM and need a pee? Too bad. Showers are pay only showers and you need quarters. Lanes in the park are paved. Sites are concrete and pavement with grass between sites. Sites are level. It appears most of the sites host long term residents who are all very nice. Utilities worked well but had low voltage on site 39 which is a 50 AMP site thus requiring our voltage booster. Overnight we lost power and again this morning. Good Cable TV but very weak WIFI. Propane is sold in the park. AT&T Cell service is good. Our Verizon Broadband is good. Park WIFI did not work both days we were here - even at midnight!! Dog park - fenced and gravel. No Pool and no play area for kids. A few mosquitoes at sunset. We would probably not return to this park. We camped at Tri City RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Unusual office hours. The office is only open from 10am to noon, closed from 12 noon to 3pm, and re-opens from 3-5pm. Don't plan to arrive during this time, or ask for assistance during the closed times. No one is available to help, and the telephone number is not answered! These office hours are not noted on their web-site. If you need to use the park's restroom and showers, they are only available from 8am to 9pm. If you need to answer nature's call during the night, find a secluded tree! Restroom showers are pay-to-use. As usual with most RV parks, they advertise free high-speed internet. We could connect to the park's server, but the bulk of the time there was no connection from the park's server to the internet. Of course with no-one in the office, we couldn't call to ask about the situation. Useless! In our opinion, the park layout and sites were quite acceptable, especially if you have a smaller rig. Just be aware of the limitations. The park is really not big-rig friendly. We are full-timers and travel extensively throughout the US and Canada, and have stayed in literally 100+ parks. This park ranked pretty low for us. Disappointing. We will not be returning to this park! We camped at Tri City RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a well maintained, attractive park. We had a 70 foot pull through so no need to disconnect the tow as we were just stopping for the night. It's just about a mile off the interstate but was very quiet. We would definitely stop here again when traveling the I 5. We camped at Tri City RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice little RV park. Great for a 1 or 2 night stay while traveling the I-5 corridor. Strong wifi. Good cable TV. Good dog run area. Quiet. The only negatives, and they are minor, is: gravel RV pad, 50% long-term RVers (though well maintained), and not much to do in the immediate area. We camped at Tri City RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This is a nice RV Park when staying or passing through the area. Can't beat the price with PA discount. We had a pull-thru site that was level, long and paved. We were able to leave our truck and fifth wheel connected. Full hook ups and WIFI that works! I would recommend. This is our second time. We will stay there again. I do wish the park would not let residents park out in the road - it was difficult when we left to get around corners and leave since we needed to make sure and not hit anyone. We camped at Tri City RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice little park for an overnight stay on the way north or south. It is quiet (a couple of miles off the freeway, but easy on and off) and very nice people in the office. It would be a nice place for a longer stay if you had something to do in the area. We will be back. We camped at Tri City RV Park in a Motorhome.

Great little campground. Price we paid was with our passport America.
The outer parameter was mostly permanent renters. Center is all fairly large pull thru's that were easy to pull into.
We were an after hours check in and they had instructions on wall and packets hanging with map, envelope, wifi password and batbroom/laundry pass code. Wifi was very good. We didn't use their cable TV. The place was very neat, clean and check in/out girl was very friendly.
Would stay again when we return to Oregon....the town has something I love too....covered bridges.
ATT phone had full coverage. We camped at Tri City RV Park in a Motorhome.

Wifi is free and working perfect. Lots of HD stations on our antenna, free cable but we did not use it. Very quiet, convenient acces from the I5, but just far enough so you don't notice it. Lots of long stayers (permanent) but they save the middle pullthrus for the short stayers. Great place to relax for a few days. We camped at Tri City RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
