Aug 2018 - $2.00
This was our first time to stay at a BLM Campground. We were so pleasantly surprised. It is very basic, which we expected. However, it also had more than we expected. We did not expect it to have restrooms (very clean) or water. We also had very nice views on both of our stays. No cell service - about 6 miles off the highway. - BNK
Sep 2015 - $4.00
Nice, quiet forest campground with both trees and a large grassy area so you can get some sunshine. All sites have a picnic table and a fire ring. No hookups, radio, Internet, or phone, but you can get satellite TV if you have it. The thing to know about this park is that the signage on the road is easy to miss. The park is after milepost 4 on the left side of the road. There is a boat launch and day use area on the right side of the road. We would definitely stay here again. - Bobbi1948
Aug 2015 - $8.00
I loved it here. Best thing about it is our 36 ft motorhome and 16 ft tow fit perfectly in spot 19 which is so private with a stream and tree coverage everywhere. If you have a fifth wheel or smaller RV/trailer, parking in the grassy area is great too. Boondock a few days and get away from it all. Best place for the price anywhere!! - ErinF
Jun 2018 - $50.00
We had a nice site, very private. It is a very quiet park. This being the coast, the weather did not always be cooperative. We spent a week and would stay again if in the area. - sismo
Jul 2017 - $44.00
This was our first stay at a KOA and we were very disappointed. The sites were so close together that we were literally sitting next to our neighbors kitchen window if we sat outside. Our view was of an empty site that was full of debris. It took us quite some time to get our rig level and we had to move it back and forth to find a spot that would work. The map showed a bathroom near us, but in reality it was two outhouses near the dog play area. The dog play area was full of dog poop. It's unfortunate that people do not clean up after their dog, but I think it's important for the dog park to be cleaned so others can use it. It was too small for our 45 pound dog to chase a ball in and mostly dirt, so she was a mess the whole week. The whole park was dirt, so it was hard for all of us not to track it in to the rig. Pros: the location was close to some nice hikes and not too far from Bandon. The staff was very friendly. - Melfisonthemove
Sep 2016 - $37.00
The sites are big and you are not very close to your neighbors. You're in the trees so there is not much sun, even on a sunny day.
They serve breakfast every morning but only two picnic tables. We took our food back to our rig.
The sites are dusty dirt. OK unless it rains, then it's mud. - Linda dlm
May 2019 - $42.00
Very nice campground. Very easy access from RT 101. Very long and level sites, plenty of room for our 38 ft. MH plus toad. Sites are a bit close together but offered enough room for the picnic table and fire ring. We were there to visit the coast not hangout at the campground. Campground was very close to the coast and places we wanted to visit. Campground owners were very helpful pointing out the best places to visit and how to access local beaches. We would definitely stay here again. WiFi was terrific and free! - ChuckQ
Nov 2018 - $13.00
Rate is based on month's stay. Our preferred place to stay when visiting the Bandon Area. Easy access to Highway 101 and close to Bandon and seaside parks. Level gravel sites are extra long; although sites are fairly close, the length allows rigs to be staggered for extra room. Without doubt the best park internet we've ever experienced. No obstructions to TV satellites, little OTA, and digital cable kits available on request. Verizon cell/data were strong. Some long-term residents, but their sites are well maintained. This isn't a resort, just a safe, reasonable, and comfortable place to stay. The owners are attentive and helpful; as one other Rver said "it's like camping in a friend's back yard". We'll stay here again. - Meanderman
Oct 2018 - $40.00
RVers should be aware that this campground has a strict, 30 day, no refund, cancellation policy. We had to reschedule our trip and gave 12 days notice. Lost our $40 first night deposit. We did not stay here but at another RV Park on our schedule. We did visit here to see what we lost for the $40 and have to agree that the August 2018 review is very accurate. - Scott V
