Jan 2019 - $44.00
I wanted to give some feed back as per our visit over New Years Eve. I booked this site by calling the listed phone number. We checked in with a younger girl. the prices are way to much for this place .. they charged us $44.00 a night for 3 night plus 6.00 a night for our dog. It is winter! $50.00 a night is outrageous! The water was from the first hour we pulled in and the TV or WiFi was awful! No way is this place worth 50.00 a night. Priced us out of coming here again. Site was not very level either. No paper work was given to explain anything. Will not be back - Hpycmper_
Jul 2018 - $34.00
Nice place to stay with kids if you want to be near the beach. There are a couple of playgrounds, several bath houses as well as toilets throughout the park, and lots and lots of tent sites. This is probably a tenter's paradise although there are about 70 RV parking sites, some of which are back in and also back-to-back. But most are full hook up. Considering the number of occupants (and the plethora of dogs) over the recent July Fourth holiday it was relatively quiet during the evenings and nights. Park rules prohibit fireworks, but campers shot them anyway and there was no evidence that the camp hosts or park officials were patrolling to prevent that. Also, the inner park speed limit is 15 mph but a couple of main thoroughfares appeared to be raceways even though the place was crowded with children. And dog owners didn't pick up after their pets which was a nasty sight when walking on the trails or in the camping areas. - grandflic
Oct 2017 - $43.00
October 6- This County campground from what I have heard and seen has had a lot of improvements made to it over the years. But the row we were given needs work. Gravel site was not level. Electrical box was hanging loose. (I did report it on the way out.) Backed up butt to butt against the other row behind us with the other RV's rear living room window looking into our rear bedroom window. As for the positives... it has the hugest playground slide I have ever seen. Close to the ocean beach. Clean. - ForestWalker

Jul 2016 - $34.00
This is a fun place. We stayed four nights in a class A coach that allowed us to pull into our site (15). The view out our front window was beautiful. Could spend hours relaxing watching the crabbing and small boating activity in the bay. Great location for day trips. The crabs and oysters that you can buy directly at the shack are over the top. Kelly's goes out of its way to ensure you have a good time. Will be back for a longer stay. - mrbgull
May 2016 - $30.00
This is a marina with a RV park attached. All sites back up to the bay, view is beautiful. They want you to enjoy your stay. Boats to rent, crab traps, fishing poles bait etc. They will show you how to clean and cook your catch. Crab from the docks. They sell cooked and uncooked shellfish. Small grocery. 30 amp only, good internet, no dump. Parking lot atmosphere with lots of parking for toads and tows. Great Staff. - Landyachty
Aug 2012 - $25.00
This is a NO FRILLS fishing/crabbing dock! If your looking for luxury, keep driving. If your looking for a place for a few days with beautiful views, and to catch a few crabs, this IS the place! They will greet you with a smile and get you crabbing in no time, either off their dock or on the water, they have small boats to rent as well. If you'd rather eat than crab, that's available as well. They have live crabs, oysters, and clams on site for sale and they will cook them up for you. Then you can enjoy them around the communal fire pit. Boat dock is available also. The road in is dirt/gravel, the sites are pull in (for the view out your windshield) or back in for trailers. Might need an extension cord for your power, mine was just barely long enough. Satellite serve was great, all our cellular devices worked fine ( AT&T, Sprint & Verizon). They have a HUGE area for tenting as well. They only have 4 sites for big rigs, so be sure to call ahead. The sites are close together, large motorhomes with full slides on both sides will take up your complete site. We would stay here again. - Kerry B

To be upfront we are members of Advanced Resorts of America which own this resort. I have watched this resort over the years go completely downhill. The spa was closed most of the time, the un-heated swimming pool is not even open for use because it's so dirty. The pool clubhouse is covered in spider webs and dirt. The barbecue they have at the main clubhouse is terrible, old, not clean, briquettes only. They have swallows that nest at the clubhouse and their droppings pile up on the walk way and railings. Never gets cleaned. The roads have big ruts in them and are not good on your shock absorbers. They do not even assign you a space; they tell you to go find something if it's open - even after you've made a reservation. Be warned this RV park Is in pretty bad shape. I have to use it to try and get our investment back. - Spokane RVer
Jun 2018 - $10.00
No great shakes as a campground, after all it's basically just a large gravel parking lot with hook ups. But the view of Nehalem Bay is worth more than the fee we paid. Since we are elevated above the dock area we had a great vista. Plus its not too far from Seaside and Cannon Beach for things to do and restaurants. If in to crabbing the dock is set up for that. - Rick & Karen
Sep 2017 - $1.00
At one time, this was probably a good park. Unfortunately, there has been little (more like minimal/none) done for years. Pavement is rough and poor, buildings run down, staff is ambivalent and non-caring. Power goes out often. Nice Marina, on property, and crab pot boils to cook your catch. Will NOT return. - work2fish

Aug 2016 - $18.00
Not previously listed in rvparkreviews but is listed in Passport America catalog. At the PA rate it is a reasonable stop for a night or two. At full price not a particularly good value. Most of park is occupied by full timers, I estimate maybe 6 to 8 sites available for overnighters. Not really big rig friendly although the site at end of row fit our 35' 5th wheel. Block off Hwy 101, another block to beach. Walking distance to downtown and city is a nice ocean town atmosphere. Can be a challenge to find an opening along coast during summer, its a place to be for a few nights. Would stop here again. - abqnm

Sep 2015 - $65.00
If you are looking for great beach access, this is the park to stay in. Amazing beach front with very few people. Friendly staff and owner. Our sight was pretty narrow but that didn't matter to us because we enjoyed the beach front site. We were there 3 days, not near long enough! - ckharvey
May 2015 - $70.00
We wanted a view of the ocean and that is what we had. Appeared to be two RV spaces with ocean views, the rest of those spaces are park model cabins. People were more than helpful. When you back trailer into space, the hookups are completely out by the road so be sure you have long electric cords, etc. Park loaned us a long TV cable; they go out of their way to help. Our electrical plug on our trailer is on back so we went to Tillamook (about 17 mile drive) and found a huge camping/hunting/RV store and purchased an extra long electrical cord. We stayed two nights, walked the beach both days. We would stay here again, very quiet park - which we like. Seems to be many permanents, nice place to live or visit. - Peggy Rice
Aug 2014 - $60.00
I didn't like this park because it seemed very jammed up with park models and just depressing. Our site was so tight we could hardly get slides out. It's right on the beach so if you get one of the few ocean front sites, you'd have a much better experience. The access to the beach is great but it was very cool and windy when we were there so minimal beach time for us. I saw other parks in the area that would've been preferable. Our space was way overpriced for what they offered. Would stay elsewhere. - gardener

May 2014 - $30.00
The location is fantastic - we were backed up to the Nehalem Bay. We rented crabbing equipment onsite and crabbed from the docks. They cooked the crabs for us then we made a fantastic dinner overlooking the water. The challenge with this campground is that it's essentially a parking lot with RVs parked close to each other. The weekend we visited was not too busy so we were able to enjoy some space and the view. Be sure to ask if they are having any events (such as a their monthly karaoke contest) before you go. We were there on karaoke night and the music was so loud we couldn't escape it. It started around 6pm and went to 11pm. Thankfully our 5 year old was able to fall asleep, and by 11pm there was solitude again. - rivetedroving
Jun 2013 - $30.00
We had a state park booked, but decided at the last minute that it was too far from where we wanted to be. We drove down the 101 and found Jetty has sites open. We were very surprised, but the park and really liked it. The driveway is extremely steep and if its busy it might be cramped. The staff was very nice and helpful. - ChrisD
Sep 2011 - $30.00
This is an unusual park due to its location on a bay, and a busy marina setting. If you like to crab, watch seals and the tides and boats go by this the place for you! We did make it in with our 39' rig but the driveway is a bit steep -- we got a site overlooking the bay and that made it great for us. Our only complaint about this campground was the $5/day charge for our dog! Surely she did not use any of their amenities. We would stay here again. - gypsylife

May 2017 - $34.00
Really disappointed. Onsite staff was very nice but really uninformed. We wont be coming back. Not a level site. Concrete and gravel. 3 ft from the road. There is a sawmill right next to the campground that stays open pretty late sawing. I dont have to many more things to say about this place , I cant say this place is any worse than a wall mart parking lot - Dax Parsons
Aug 2016 - $35.00
RV Park is located across from the Marina. It is a no frills park and certainly adequate for a night or two. It is all gravel with no trees but some very nice planters that do add a nice touch. It is also within walking distance of town. - Kitty 55
Sep 2015 - $35.00
This park is run by the city and is still under construction. Sites are stone/gravel but large. Biggest complaint is the sawmill nearby which is noisy. It's right by the marina and boat launch which is pretty. Fresh seafood available within a short walk. I'd stay here again. - Aldeaux

Managed to snag a back in spot in the RV park proper for Friday night good 50amp pedestal, We knew ahead of time that the space had a reservation for Sat & Sunday, so went "up the hill" to the dry camp section for Saturday.. What a view!!!! Well worth the $25 IMHO (The "dry camp hill" is closed during late fall until late spring due to wet & soft turf conditions) We WILL return again! - Saddlesore
Aug 2017 - $35.00
Large Park, lots of seasonal and overnighters. We stayed in large pull thru (70+ feet) they call it (Partial Area). Good Short term sites. Dog Friendly. WI-FI iffy. Utilities worked fine. Even close to Hwy 101 it was quiet. Daily Coast (Sight Seeing) Train within walking distance. Marina and Plenty of Fish Markets and Restaurant close by. Dump Station on site. As a Full timer we like service, office staff very helpful. Will stay again. - silverado
Sep 2016 - $38.00
We have stayed there three times. The first time was very pleasant. We were in the back of the park by the large field. This last time they stuck us in between some permanent residents. The sites were very close together and dirty. IF we go back we will only dry camp in the large field or get a partial hookup; where there are no permanent residents. The people who live there full time act as though we are invading their territory. Not pleasant! Stay away from the 100, 200 & 300 circles! And there are very few fire pits. The three times we stayed we didn't have one. - Princess3377

Oct 2018 - $50.00
Small park located behind a motel and about 300 yards from the Garibaldi boat ramp. Busy place during spring and fall salmon seasons. Roads and parking areas are graded gravel. Small grass area and picnic table between sites. Bay view sites have a fire bowl. Utilities are convenient and worked well including cable TV. Check-in was quick and no hassle. Dogs are welcome, but there is no off leash area nearby. There is a short asphalt path fronting the park and sidewalks nearby so taking your pup for a walk is convenient. As previously mentioned there is a sawmill nearby. It got a little noisy during the day, but as long as you're inside with door and windows closed its not noticeable. Quieter at night. Not a deal breaker for us and we will stay again. - DSchamp
Sep 2018 - $55.00
We were on site #27 which was a water view lot. The park is on Tillamook Bay, which is just off the Pacific Ocean. Garibaldi,Oregon is a quaint, small fishing village. The park was well taken care of and modern. - Shadoe
Aug 2018 - $40.00
You would think for almost 400 a week, there would be usable internet. We couldn't connect the entire week we were here, and yes, I asked the office to check on it. Maneuvering a big rig through here is a little tight. My biggest peeve in the " harbor front " sites. They are supposed to be pull in. There are many travel trailers and 5th wheels that stay for the entire summer in those spots, so pulling in, our neighbors had set up camp in what was supposed to be our patio area. Worst part is they had 2 huge dogs that were always by us, and barked constantly, anytime someone walked by. The location is excellent, and there is alot to do in the area, but some less expensive, quieter options are just down the road. This is our 3rd, and last time here. - Mr&MrsFulltimers

This is family camp. Assuming you like camping with 500+ of your closest friends. Very open, no privacy, very noisy. A shock compared to Ft Stevens just up the coast. Camp was very clean. We camped here to be next to some friends from Canada. Good spot. This is not a campground we will return to except to be close to visiting friends. Manzanita is a nice town, and full of people. Terrible parking. Beach was close for sunset, and sky was clear to watch the space station fly over. Dump station on the way out. 2 long lines for two stations, get there early or just be patient. - Bob Nelson
Aug 2018 - $31.00
Oregon beach park in August, so if the crowds and kids bother you, you may not enjoy. It was completely full every night. We personally enjoy seeing the kids enjoying the family camping experience, reminds us of fun times earlier in life. There is a good variety of camp spots, some with no shade some with a lot. in general, the spots on the outside of the loops are longer and shadier than those on the inside of loops. We were in a mostly shady spot on the outside of loop A. Had to be very careful backing in because of low branches extending over the pad. The trees are all "sea pines" that don't get very high, but tend to spread their branches. Pads are 90 degrees to the relatively narrow roadway. Beautiful long wide beach. The walk over the dunes is on soft sand. Must add a note on the dumpsters. They are the type that incorporates a compactor to reduce volume. I understand the reasoning, but it leads to quite a strong smell that is quite evident in nearby camp spots. - mroswell
Jul 2018 - $45.00
This is not the place to go if you are looking for a quiet or enjoyable experience. It was full of family reunions where parents let kids run wild screaming and yelling and riding their bikes without looking out for cars, other bikes or people walking. Many kids almost ran into our car as we were slowly driving. Rangers did not come into campground loops at all. It was not just our loop - we stayed in 3 separate areas and all were bad. There are no overflow parking spots. People just parked on the grass. There are also no group sites in this park so chances are very good that you will have 3-4 families in a space by you.
Too many kids and adults yelling and playing loud music. Worst experience ever! - Hmcarlson30
