They have very few full hookup RV sites. All were taken for the 2 nights we wanted. We were told that they had W/E sites available, and we could dump on the way out. When we got there, the W/E sites were actually on the road, next to the curb, one behind the next. So, there was no way to get a truck in to hook up when we went to leave. We ended up taking two spots at the front of the curb. Then, the grassy area outside these spaces was where folks walked their dogs, and it appeared that no one picked up after them. When we went to leave and dump, we found out that the dump station they advertise, doesn't exist. We won't be back. - ta96silver

Very very tight spaces. The RV section is an afterthought added on to a very very old mobile home park. We were going to stay 2 days - stayed only one. Needed lots of help to get out of our space. If we weren't visiting our grandson at the University we wouldn't have stayed. Didn't really feel safe - wouldn't return for any reason. The only redeeming feature was the friendliness of the woman checking us in.
If you have any other option, use it. - LJ Myers

This huge park is well maintained, although we did not use the bathrooms, so have no comment about those. Lots of basically tidy long term residents, separate from the nightly sites. A few sites along the river. Close to the U of O, fairly close to downtown Eugene. - wamttraveler

We came here about 2 months ago for a visit and never left. We’re in a 2015, 37ft motor home and there’s plenty of space. The property is maintained nicely, and the people here are absolutely the kindest, most fantastic group we’ve ever met along our travels. This is a safe (security cameras and owners on property), family oriented park and community. The surrounding areas have the beauty of the river and mountains but also the city is only 10 minutes away. Here you have the best of both worlds. There’s a few different areas designated for dogs on the property as well as a community garden and a little apple orchard. Eugene Mobile Village and RV Park is a gem. - EMPH
May 2018 - $37.00
The advantage is that you are close to the U of Oregon. Otherwise, it's dirty, rundown, crowded. It's really a lower end mobile home park, with a few RV spots. - sse
Jun 2017 - $30.00
There are four temporary sites available for nightly rental. This was near our route and local family. It's mostly an mobile home park. Overall it seemed quiet (with a generous curfew) and well kept. There was a wide range of age. Some units were rather old and then again, some were very new. - LenVT

Lovely park, set out around a large lawned park area. Office staff were very good. Our site was concrete with full hook ups. There were some full timers, but all the RV's were in good condition. We liked it, and would definitely return. - JeffK

This is one of the best parks that I have stayed in during my 1 1/2 years of traveling around the US. The park was setup by an ornamental horticulturist. Beautiful plants, trees and shrubs throughout. The staff is great and worked with me to extend my stay while I bought a house in town. Best of all, they have great WiFi. I even streamed some shows and movies. - GerryBrown

This is our 2nd stay at Deerwood. Only there one night this time but DID have friends over for dinner. We had rigs on both sides of us, one side having an outdoor gathering too. Minimal noise from next door. Hardly knew they were there. Park supports and incorporates paper, cardboard, aluminum, plastic and glass recycling. Family owned and operated - shows pride of ownership. Quiet at night. Each space has round metal table and 2 chairs. Nice/large open area in middle of loop. Friendly. Nicely landscaped and maintained. Did not use park facilities so cannot comment there. No hesitation recommending this park.
Close to Eugene/Springfield but far enough out to feel like one is in the country. Next to Highway 58 and I-5 so a bit of truck noise - but lower elevation than the freeways so noise is somewhat buffered. - User2747

I stay here often whenever I am in the area or passing through because I like the large sites and pleasant atmosphere. Also enjoy the clean laundry room with multiple machines And yes, there are very occasionally people walking through the campground, but none have hung around or bothered me. (They are apparently homeless people camped in the woods area farther down the river, but not close to the park to my knowledge.) If you have been here before, you will be happy to know that there are new, less-grumpy, camp hosts. - judy_online
Aug 2018 - $33.00
As an overnight stop, on our way to our destination, this was a very nice park. Paved roads, trees, grass, clean sites, good utility hookups. We had FHU pull thru. As others have said, staffed office hours do not coincide with check-in times. That being said, we arrived around 3:00p and had absolutely no issues driving right to our preassigned site and setting up. I only have a couple of "nits". First, the shower/laundry facility is kept locked. Since there is no one to check you into your site, you'll need to track down the host or office staff to get the code. Second, there were a few transient individuals roaming through the park. One came traveling through out of the bushes behind our site. We didn't experience any issues, just a little unnerving when you don't see them coming. Would definitely stay again. - RapidEdward
Jul 2018 - $30.00
Small campground consisting of 32 FHU RV sites with cable, 2 group camping and 8 tent sites. RV sites are a mix of back-in and pull throughs, nicely paved and spacious with a picnic table and fire ring. Interior roads are paved and easy to navigate, although a bit narrow. All of the sites are accessed by a one-way loop, and we had no issues backing into our site (#32) with our 40' fifth wheel and tow dually. The entrance to the park diverts you through a parking area before arriving at the camp office. As others have mentioned, the office has strange hours, especially since they are closed 2-4 p.m. but check-in is 2 p.m. or later. We arrived at 1:30 and had no issues checking in, but we also had reservations. No information (i.e. map, cable channel list, etc.) was provided at check-in except the bathroom/laundry area code, which we were told not to disclose to anyone who asked. Presumably to prevent homeless people from accessing the facilities. The park has a day use area and our site was the closest to the parking area. We noticed one guy parked there every single day and stayed in his vehicle (in 100 degree temperatures!) until they closed the gate at dusk and he left. Some sketchy people rode bikes and skateboards through the campground, which put us on alert to lock our bay doors and not leave anything out (read previous reviewer's posts). First park we have stayed at that gave us an uneasy feeling, which is sad because this is a nice park. There is also has a boat launch and you can easily access the McKenzie river to fish, float or swim. Lots of blackberry bushes and you can pick as many as you want. Bathroom/laundry area is newer, with 4 private unisex toilet/shower combinations and 3 washers and dryers. All were kept clean. Utilities worked well and Verizon service was fair to good. Free wifi provided was slow. Ice and firewood sold at the campground office. Although this is a great park, we would probably not stay here again. - RVIN 24-7

May 2018 - $1.00
As others have noted, this is not a public campground. It is for those who are in for service at Cummins. There's 6 sites, all paved, and room to park your tow in front or off to the side in front of the office. This parking is first come, first served. If there are chairs, cones, or hoses left in the site, be polite and do not take it - that coach is in for service. Check in with the receptionist at the office, prior to parking in any site. Restrooms in the office area are clean. The gates lock at night, so be sure to get the access code if needed. - DiplomatTraveler
Apr 2017 - $1.00
Stayed 3 days while getting work done on coach. Water and 30/50 amp There is a restroom with a shower in the customer lounge, open during business hours. Paved RV parking isn't real level but had no issues using on board air ride leveling. Dump station @ Camping world 2 blocks away, or there is a pumper truck that can be called out. - Saddlesore
Apr 2015 - $1.00
First... this is not a campground. This is a place to stay while you are getting your rig worked serviced or repaired. There are six sites with water and power. The wifi is really fast. There's a nice lounge to wait while your rig is repaired. Don't expect quiet... this is a truck center. If you need it, this place is great! - KampingKris

Not much more to say. What everyone has said it on the mark. Power and water are good. I have a 43' rv and fills up the site. Had to back out because the roads are too narrow. Park is old and lots of junk all over the place from the long time stays. Because I have to hook my car and back out I will not stay here again. Came here to get work done on my rv. - neilontheroad
Apr 2018 - $40.00
Older park, narrow sites. It's off the I-5 freeway about 3 blocks, so you don't notice the freeway noise. The staff members are friendly. Overall, this park is somewhat dated, and not maintained to exacting standards. It is, however, in a nice setting with lots of mature trees and grass. For us, it is a much better place to stay than its much newer counterpart on the east side of I-5, which is right on the heavily traveled freeway. Having stayed at both parks, if you want a quiet night's sleep, choose this one. - yblaw
Aug 2017 - $28.00
Old park with many permanent residents who keep junk under/around their rigs. Most sites don't even have septic, and the dump station is a little awkward to get to. This is an ok place to spend a night or two, but if you're looking for a week or more, find something else. Cable is intermittent, wifi drops suddenly and stays down for hours. Restrooms/showers are old and need an upgrade, but they are clean enough and there is plenty of hot water. Laundry is relatively cheap, and the driers are good. - m0rstar

Sep 2018 - $58.00
We don't typically review overnight spots unless they were stellar or we had a concern. Here, we have a concern. We stayed one night in a 40 foot fifth wheel. So first let me say this is a large and relatively new campground. They have an assortment of site types, all pull-thru, some with patios and water features, etc. The park is clean, the sites are nice, paved, and level. The park is convenient to the highway but perhaps too convenient. That is our concern. This park is right off the highway with no trees or walls to serve as a noise barrier. One of the off-ramps is right next to the campground. We have a well built and well insulated RV and for us the noise was bothersome. We are not typically bothered by street, train, or neighbor noise but this one was bad. - Moe and Flo are on the go
Jul 2018 - $58.00
A little pricey but otherwise an excellent place to stay. Conveniently located to I-5 so the amount of road noise depends on the location of your campsite. Check-in was friendly and efficient with lots of information and a nice small store. Roads are wide and paved as are the campsites so navigation around the park is easy. Sites are FHU, long, level, paved, angled, and adequately separated by grass and landscaping. The laundry rooms and bathhouses are clean and modern. The fenced dog parks are small but there was plenty of green space for walking a large dog. - JoyceM
Jul 2018 - $58.00
We've stayed in other Premier Resorts in Oregon and Washington and they rank near the top of the many places we've stayed. Clean, neat, well maintained with friendly cheerful staff. Sites in this park are spacious with grass, trees and small bushes at each site. Sites have level concrete pads. Utility hook-ups are well placed. Wide asphalt interior roads are easy for big rigs to navigate. Others have mentioned the continual noise from nearby I-5 freeway; however we were in a site about as far away from I-5 as you can get so the noise was somewhat abated. This park is very popular with overnighters and short timers and tends to fill up most nights, so reservations are a must; especially on weekends when the nearby University of Oregon Duck football team has a home game. Take a look at some of the other reviews for the myriad of things to see and do in the area if you have some extra time. This is our third time to stay here, and we'd do it again. - boardman

Jan 2019 - $35.00
Park is very close to I5 and very easy to find. It is very clean and well laid out with wide paved streets with easy entrance/exit to the street. They offer both pull-thru and back-in sites. Our camp site was level, with dirt & gravel, and 50 amp full hookups. Water pressure was wasn't the best we have had and hookups easy to use. It was about 65 feet long, which was longer than our 40ft motorhome with toad and was plenty wide. We had no problem getting satellite service. We also had ok Verizon cell service. The staff was very helpful. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and will definitely stay here again. - don-marg
Nov 2018 - $36.00
Easy to get in and out off the interstate. Easy to navigate with the park. Interior roads and sites are gravel. Site gravel was high so site was good even with heavy rains. Utilities worked well. Wifi was great. I did experience a check-in problem because my paperwork was not on the door as promised when the office was closed. I asked a resident and found the on-site manager and got it worked out. - cwier
May 2018 - $42.00
Very close to I-5 (you can see it from the exit). The pluses: I think they have the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen. They also have a nice store with a nice beer selection. Wi-fi was good. We stayed here because of its close proximity to Alesong Brewing & Blending in Lorane. I don't see this park itself as a destination, or am I aware of much to do in Creswell or the surrounding areas. I could see stopping here for the night, but not much else. The park had very little in terms of things to do. Pets are welcome, but there wasn't any grass to run our dog around in (except for the small grass strips between RV sites). Overall, it wasn't a good value for the price and I probably won't stay again. - NotSoPro

We initially signed up for weekly stay but were so impressed with the cleanliness and landscaping of the park we changed to monthly. Beautiful views of Dexter Lake from many of the sites. Both camp managers have been very courteous and helpful in addition to fantastic outgoing personalities. They have initiated potlucks and other functions that encourage everyone to participate and get to know your "neighbors." I would recommend this park to anyone. - Laura Bertrand
Jul 2018 - $33.00
We had to extend our stay by two more days after our one night reservation. The lady in the office was very accommodating and moved another smaller camper to another site so we would not have to move. When I went to plug in the electric a yellow jacket strung me. I contacted the office and they immediately sent the maintenance man to take care of the yellow jacket. On my walk I checked out the laundry. While it is small it is clean and the prices very reasonable ($1.25 to wash and 25¢ for 15 min to dry) We did have an issue with the 50 amp breaker popping off twice during our stay but it was usually hot so we had two A/C's going plus TV and computers then the microwave so probably our fault. Nearly every RV site has a view of Dexter Lake across the street. You do notice the traffic some if sitting outside but the train is far enough away that it didn't bother us as we never heard a whistle. There are many 'permanents' living around the perimeter but all we saw where nicely kept up. - clarksark
May 2013 - $33.00
When we arrived we checked in at the office with a woman employee. She appeared to be pleasant and helpful until I voiced a objection at her comment regarding no large dogs were allowed. When she saw my disbelief she then said, "If you are nice to me I may make a judgement/decision to allow your dogs, at my disgression." Someone such as the owners of this RV park need to teach the following business principle to their employees. The customer pays and is therefore not the one that has to be nice! The business owner wants your money and business, so therefore she or he goes out of his or her way to accomodate you! AND furthermore in Tom Stienstra's latest West Coast RV camping guidebook he states that pets are allowed with no restrictions! And even if this is true, it makes no sense to allow only "small" dogs when its a breed specific issue. The employee further added insult to injury with her lame comments about the owner having to pay extra insurance for allowing pets. DUH! of course they do and that is not relevant to me nor is it of any business of hers to tell us that. And they charged us extra for the pets, so there is the "insurance" costs. Later we saw many dogs as large or larger than ours. The whole incident turned me off completely. In my small business I would fire an employee with her attitude. The park itself had no shade, small pull-thrus and crooked sites. Won't go back again, next time we will boondock. Unfortunately there are no hook-up alternatives near Dexter Lake. - gemsinger

Sep 2018 - $45.00
Recent previous reviews are accurate. Picnic tables at all sites. Entry signage of highway 99 is poor - it's clearly an RV dealer but no entrance is designated specifically for the RV park. At my back-in site the sewer connection was at rear and water/electricity in middle of paved site, with well cared for grass surrounding the concrete. Water spigot had back-flow preventer installed, with an odd protruding center pin that penetrated into the gasket screen of my pressure regulator, bunging it up. Wifi was very good - video capable - and OTA TV included the 4 major networks. This was the only park near Eugene with last-minute spaces available on the weekend the Ducks played Stanford. Guaranty employs a private security vehicle which made frequent nightly rounds through the park and adjacent dealer/service grounds. - TheBreeze
Aug 2018 - $45.00
Very nice newer park. Only been open for about 8 months. Finally someone built a NEW park. Guaranty is a huge RV dealership with the park setting behind the sales lot. Not a park you can see from the road unless you know it's there. Pull-up in front of store and register inside. They will direct you or lead you to your site. Excellent store with just about anything you want-or need. Pads are concrete with grass all around. Most sites are pull-throughs with a few back-ins. - Ellipse06
May 2018 - $42.00
Owned by the local dealer (Guaranty RV), and is behind their sales and service facilities. We stayed 4 nights after we picked up our new motorhome. Made reservations by phone. There were multiple check in parking lanes but most were full with delivery units or service units, it seemed. Roads are paved. Mixture of back-ins and pull sites with most able to handle attached toads. Full hook ups - water, electricity (50/30/20 AMP), & sewer. Picnic tables not set out yet on all sites, but I imagine you could go get one (near the front restrooms where they had them stacked). Quiet for us, but we're well insulated. Auto search for OTA TV found plenty of channels, include all major networks. Pet area next to the central restrooms. RV Store and restaurant on-site, but limited weekday hours. RV park just opened this last Winter, so it is not generally known about yet. Not too many campers, even on a weekend. Can hold 55, and there were maybe 20 spots taken for the weekend. Mostly used for motorhomes passing through or there for service or pickup from the dealer. - Logancalcom
