24 RV Parks near White City, Oregon
Oct 2018 - $35.00
Good elect power. Water pressure a little low. Grass next to spots. Nice and quite. Now i'm a 43 for class a so the lots were not level at all for me. The trees are overgrown so hit the rv and are in the way to get out of the pull thru Will not stay here again because of my size. - neilontheroad
Jan 2018 - $36.00
Again we stopped here on our way south. Same as before, just a place to park and not have to unhook. Spaces nice enough. Just an average place for a night. Would stay here gain, but Costco moved, so we may find another place. - Kalama Traveler
Jun 2017 - $35.00
Stayed a month. Quiet park, level spot, large enough to park RV tow vehicle and car. Good park. Would stay again. - JW Black
Jun 2017 - $30.00
This park is a real mixed bag. It is an older park and the sites vary widely. They are gravel, most would appear to need significant leveling, and some are very close together, others more spacious. It appears that they have many long-termers and that they get the spacious sites and the overnighters/short stays get the ones that are close together. The grounds are lovely and very well kept. There are lots of trees which is great for shade, but they also make some of the sites difficult to maneuver. At our site, #14, there were trees on both sides of the narrow gravel pad and the pad was very unlevel. It took a lot of doing for us to both get level and position ourselves so that the side and back slide would both clear the trees. I would probably think twice about bringing a big rig with a tow car in here. We just overnighted and didn't use any of the facilities but the pool looked very inviting and there is a nice duck pond with a trail around it and lots of space for recreation. The wi-fi didn't work, but Verizon signal was strong. At $30 for an E & W site, I thought it was a good value, and would return again. - Pdxjoanne
May 2017 - $30.00
Pretty setting with trees, lots of trees. Several difficult narrow turns if you are long. No AT&T coverage (unless you walk to the hill by the road and maneuver to find maybe 1-2 bars). Water/electric but no sewer in my site. They do have their own tank pump they use 2 days a week. Did not do a very good job with my trailer. I will not return to Medford Oaks. - Ella18
May 2017 - $40.00
Water pressure was 40 pounds. This facility has very nice trees, and is quite attractive. There is a sizable pond with ducks, as well as a swimming pool. On the downside, it is far out of town. The WI-FI is a puzzle. When I was able to get on, it worked fine, but I spent hours on each of several occasions trying in vain to get on. It is very frustrating, because we use our computer to pick the next place we will stay. Several long term stay people advised me that they gave up on the WI-FI and purchased a wireless hot spot. As I checked out, I advised the woman at the desk that there is a setting on wireless routers that limits the number of devices that connect to them at one time. I noted that there was a computer and printer sitting there, which would take up 2 connections, so if the router were set to "5", people would have difficulty. I wondered if that setting should be checked, because that would explain my difficulty. She replied that they had consultants advise them in the past, they put in four routers, and that was all they were going to do. In other words, they have given up on solving the problem. As I write this, I am near Redding, CA and have great WI-FI. The owner's here have figured out how to provide this service. To make matters worse, we could not get T-Mobile service in this remote location. It's a pretty spot, and if they had better WI-FI, it would be excellent. - Bill from Seattle
Apr 2016 - $30.00
This is a fair ground with a few power poles for electric, a dirt parking lot with horse poop all around. Camp Host was rude and all but call my husband a liar. We paid a premium price for nothing we will never stay here again and will consider never coming to southern Oregon again. They are putting in an RV park next to the fair grounds. I would have put no stars if that was possible. - sherryh1014
Dec 2018 - $38.00
The lady that checked us in was very nice. Our site was long enough that we didn't need to unhook our toad. All the sites are paved, beautiful grass. We didn't notice noise from I-5. We will stay again in the future. - GypsieGenoes
Oct 2018 - $38.00
Very clean park. Each spot has its own grassy area, picnic table and fire ring. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers on site. $2.00 a load to wash and $1.50 for 30 minutes in the dryer $0.25 for each additional 5 minutes. - pshep
Sep 2018 - $40.00
We stayed in a back-in site, J3, at the back of the park, which is quieter and not a problem for us to back our 31ft 5th wheel trailer into. Spots are on a diagonal to the park road, and do not feel too close to neighbors. Some bushes between sites. Rows L and K are closest to I-5 and highway noise. This park is operated by the county park service and is adjacent to several public fishing ponds that are pleasant to walk around. The park is next to county fairgrounds, within walking distance if there is an event happening while you stay. BBQ and Brew event while we were there. Excellent wifi, no cable TV and we could get only a few OTA stations. Clean and well-kept grounds. Quiet at night. About 7 minutes north of Medford, in the town of Central Point. Would stay again. - TheBreeze
Jan 2019 - $45.00
We have stayed here multiple times, either traveling south from Seattle or while going to plays in Ashland. It is a nice park with a creek along one side of the property. Paved sites with grass in between and a picnic table. Spaces are a little tight. Good hookups with cable TV. A lot of long term residents, but they save a bunch of long pull through sites facing the creek for shorter stays. Also some nice pull in sites right on the creek for smaller RV's. Easy access from I-5 but no road noise. - thyde
Oct 2018 - $47.00
We had a long pull-through site that was asphalt. Some grass but also a lot of dirt that got muddy. There was plenty of room for slide-outs but sites were close enough that our picnic table was close to our neighbor's hook-ups. Very clean laundry facilities. The machines were older but in good working order. There was even an iron & ironing board. Many people here appear to be long term residents but most RVs were well taken care of. The person who checked us in was friendly & helpful. This RV park is very close to the interstate but was surprisingly quiet. Trees & a large building & shopping center help block any traffic noise. - storms
Aug 2018 - $40.00
The park was difficult to negotiate with a large motorhome and tow car. It is an older park with limited space. The staff was friendly and competent. The entrance was a little difficult find in behind a strip mall. - Shadoe
Aug 2017 - $53.00
Bottom Line: it's a good overnight stop close to I-5 and I would use it for that again. Good: Its close to I-5. No noise in the trailer from the freeway. Clerk at the desk was friendly and helpful. Sites are reasonably spaced and long and level enough that you don't have to unhook. Others: Price is way too high! Showers and laundry weren't a disaster, but they weren't clean either. I wouldn't let my kids swim in the pool...it looked dirty. There was a lot of small trash in the campsite. The picnic table was so rusted, it looked unsafe to use. - Josh H
Apr 2017 - $52.00
Having stayed here before, we had to stay here 1 night as there weren't many options to choose from in this area. This stay was worst than previous stays. The park is a short drive from I-5 (Exit 24: Fern Valley / North Phoenix Rd) along multi-lane busy roads. There is major interchange construction so access is changing during the project. The park is located behind the motel. Registration is in the motel's office. The majority of the sites appeared to be LONG term. The condition of the long term sites really impacts the overall appearance of the park. One of the term tenants appeared to be park maintenance. The sites are a mixture of back-ins and P/T's. The interior roads and sites are paved. The few P/T's that were available are angled so there are easily accessed. But there are some trees at the exit end of the sites which are growing so they are starting to encroach on the lane of travel. The interior roads and turns are adequate that we didn't need to disconnect the toad until we got into the site but we disconnected to make getting in easier. The P/T sites were long enough for coaches & their toads. This park understands the simple concept of the importance of a flat, level site as the sites were level and flat. Distance and a short fence around the utility connections establish privacy between the sites but there isn't much privacy as the sites are close to each other. They have full hook ups - water, electricity (50/30/20 AMP), & sewer. The utility connections were easily accessed. The sewer connection was at the ground so it was easy to establish a downhill flow. The sites have a metal table but no campfire ring. There are a few trees scattered around the park so satellite reception would be dependent upon site assignment, your dish configuration and the time of year. Didn't try to get any broadcast channels. The park provided WiFi was adequate. The access point was located in the pool area. - bsb814
Jul 2016 - $48.00
This RV park's daily rate with Good Sam discount is $48. I do not see any amenity that would justify such a high daily rate. They do have a swimming pool but does not justify such high daily rate.
The sites are paved and level. There is no shade at any of the sites and offers good satellite reception. Long term resident sites appeared trashy and not well maintained. The bathrooms are clean but the ventilation is non-existent which caused the doors to be propped open. It is very hard to have a relaxing bathroom break while listening to conversation in the laundry room which is right outside the bathroom.
No, we won't be coming back here because of the high daily rate and we don't feel we got what we paid for. - gartail
Aug 2018 - $38.00
Rate includes 10% KOA discount. The site was a pull-thru with 30 amp and water. The site was level dirt and long enough to keep the car attached. The sites were close together, but the park had some fences to aid privacy. We had good Verizon cell and internet reception. The trees blocked DishTV satellite reception. There is easy access to the park from the Interstate. Okay for an overnight stay. - Dave51
Oct 2017 - $42.00
I never received service the office was closed at 1 PM when we arrived. It's a great place to just spend the night. We've stayed twice. Dirt pad. Pool, playground. Clean nice bathrooms. Shaded spots. - Ncogneeedo
Aug 2017 - $41.00
Had gravel, pull through site. It took one 2" board and one 1" board to level the trailer side to side. There is grass on both sides of site. WI-FI and AT&T work well. Camp K-9 was full of stickers. Only used it once. Cable TV worked well. Nice small pool and play ground. Very smoky from forest fires. Office staff were friendly. There are trees that will provide shade depending on the location of the sun. My rig is 50 ft long when connected. Site was long enough that I did not have to disconnect the truck. Would stay here again if traveling on I-5. - travelcouple
Apr 2017 - $15.00
This is a permanent resident park with just a couple spots available for a one night stop while traveling through the area. A place to spend the night cheap, nothing more. That said, we were pleased with our stay. Due to a truck problem we had to stay two nights. Manager was very understanding and worked with us on the rate. Lot of maintenance work under way, mowing, fixing up laundry and restrooms. This park is just a couple hundred feet from I-5, so a lot of highway noise should surprise no one. We would stop here again for an overnight. - PawPaw
Oct 2016 - $31.00
Some of the reviews I read said stay here only as a last resort. I say keep on going!!! This Park as they call it was 95 % full timers, people who live there. I'm trying to think of a word that would describe the entire park, and slumy is the word I come up with. I wouldn't walk around at night, that is for sure. The sites for people just passing through are just gravel. Nothing more. The pool looks like it has not had water in it 10 years. The tennis courts, yes there is a tennis court at least that's what the sign says, is just busted up Asphalt and no net whatsoever. No amenities whatsoever . I wouldn't stay here again even if they paid me to do so. Keep on going. - Westie mom
Jul 2015 - $15.00
"Seedy". Manager in the PM was rude and unfriendly. Person on phone in AM was pleasant. Pool empty. Quiet. Grass spaces. Right off fwy. For cost an overnight stay only. Park for sale. Pretty rose garden. - Havasu Travelers
Jun 2016 - $35.00
Highly overpriced. The campground is probably at least 95% permanent residents and there are many mobile homes with various older RVs mixed in. Quite messy and dirty - clearly no rules regarding the appearance or maintenance of the residents outside areas. The sites are narrow and packed in - neighbors are very close, cats are running around.
The river is below the park, and the highway is very close by. Quite a bit of road noise.
WiFi is open and quite slow.
The whole park needs maintenance. The restrooms could be cleaner.
One of the residents helped our kids unhook a small fish by the river, and was very nice to them - and came by our RV after to say hello. Very positive ex-service person with a great attitude. That person saved our day :-)
Would not come again, though. - International tourist
Mar 2006 - $17.00
Beautiful, older park with views of mountains and river. Each space is huge providing the occupant with their own "yard", giving plenty of space for privacy. Owners are very friendly and knowledgeable of area interests. Rates are very reasonable and park is kept clean. Would definitely stay there again. - txtransplants
May 2018 - $43.00
We had a wide site overlooking the Rogue River. There was a campfire every night for everyone to gather. The owners were so welcoming. Safe and clean RV park. Will definitely return! - Cheryl Jones
Nov 2013 - $32.00
They said big rigs OK' however unless you want to tear the roof off your RV, I recommend you stay clear of this park. They told us it was a RV park; however, I think we were the only transient RV in the park and judging from the leaf accumulation and low hanging tree branches on all the roads, there hasn't been an overnighter in some time. The staff was friendly, but that is the only nice thing I can say. We damaged our ladder from trees and both entrances are bad, but the south entrance is almost impossible with a RV. The front is accessible, but you will drag branches on the roof. I promise, we will NEVER return. - flyturbo60
