Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean and quiet. Tight roads and tight sites. Laundry quite nice. Verizon excellent. Cable TV was mediocre. Internet was good for checking e-mail, not much more. It gets really old for almost every RV Park to claim they have good WiFi. The sad truth is VERY few have adequate WiFi for anything beyond checking the weather. All that said, this park ticks all the boxes. Portland is 20 minutes away. Good local restaurants. World Music of Speed 5 minutes from the park. We camped at Pheasant Ridge RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Lots of trees, off I-5 far enough no noise. Easy access, trailer and tow vehicle fit in pull through. Across from shopping and Costco. Second time here, will return. We camped at Pheasant Ridge RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

This park is in a good location, south of the Portland Metro. Very easy to find. Concrete level pad, Full Hook ups, small grass area. Pwr/cable in good location, well maintained. No benches. Major drawback!!. We weren't told about the Bathroom renovation going on till after we made our Reservation. They had men/women on 2 hour windows of using the same bathroom/showers the whole 11 days we were there. if they had told us this, we wouldn't have stayed. We weren't the only ones complaining. Also, this time of year the pine trees were spreading pollen with every wind gust. All vehicles got a yellow/green coating. Be aware of the seasons that you visit this park. The laundry, while clean. Was extremely busy most times, we did ours in town. We would stay here again during a different season. We camped at Pheasant Ridge RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

I would review this park lower, but there is little competition close to Portland, and that's where I need to be when I visit. The parks off I-5 on the Columbia are too hard to get to in traffic, and feature lots of full-timers, plus sketchy neighborhoods. As others have said, the sites are narrow, and the "lawns" sloped, so unusable. With a 40' RV, there is barely room for a toad. If you like to live "outside" your RV, there are a few sites at the bottom, but they are rarely available. I have never been able to get a satellite signal here, due to large trees strategically placed to block the clear sky south. The people that run/manage to place are, to put it kindly, surly, unfriendly and all business. Don't even ask for a late checkout; you won't get one. Plan on reserving two weeks or more in advance, because with few alternatives, this is it for decent RV parks in the Portland metro area. We camped at Pheasant Ridge RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Beautiful atmosphere but very tight roads and sites - we have 4 slides and there was no room to set up chairs to sit outside - lawn sloped to much. Barely room to park our toad. Good water pressure, lots of cable channels. We camped at Pheasant Ridge RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Nice clean park. Convenient to I-5 yet quiet. One would think for that price the sites would at least have an outside table but sites are too narrow. Roads are narrow too. And we had to position the rig in order to put slide out so it didn't hit electric pedestal. We were camped in 28' fifth wheel. We camped at Pheasant Ridge RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice park, if a little crowded. Expensive, but not overpriced. Nice landscaping, quiet at night, and ample room between sites. Sites are not long enough, though, for parking 2nd vehicle in many places. This led to the crowded feel, and made it a little difficult to navigate through park. Though the sites are built into the side of a hill, my site was perfectly level - very impressive. Overall, very modern and well-kept, nice amenities. Its a nice place for an overnight, but I don't know that I'd stay here longer, as it just felt a little claustrophobic. Maybe when the park is not full, it wouldn't be like that. Price included lots of cable channels. Wifi was so-so. We camped at Pheasant Ridge RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Extremely clean and well kept park. Workout and inside pool, both clean and well kept. Staff are helpful and nice. Park is easy to maneuver a rig that is 37', there are many pull through sites. There are no tables, very small sites, while the RV pads are cement, level and long enough to park the truck in front the rig. The small well kept grass area was not level and unusable, although our dog enjoyed the cool grass. Full hook up, included WiFi throughout the park, and cable available. We camped at Pheasant Ridge RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Pull-through and some back-in sites, all paved with paved roadways in the park. Grassy strips between sites with mature trees and landscaping. This somewhat qualifies as a "resort" as it has an indoor pool/jacuzzi, a small exercise room and a large grassy lawn behind the office. There's also a well-stocked cnvenience store in the office (closes at 6pm though). But no picnic tables or fire-rings in sites. We were amazed at how quiet this place is... almost "dead" in the evening even though the 100+ sites are almost all occupied. This is a good base for exploring the northern end of Willamette Valley. Plenty of shopping, as this area is essentially Portland exurbs. We camped at Pheasant Ridge RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

If you are looking for winery tasting rooms, look to the Dundee area (20 minute drive) or McMinnville (a little further) for lots of options.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Park was clean, wild blackberries everywhere!!!. Sites seemed to be deisigned right before slideouts were invented, Very narrow and there was not even room for a picnic table. It was also difficult to park our PU on the site with our 40 ft 5th wheel. Biggest problem was the fence posts placed at the exit of about half of the sites to keep vehicles from going on the grass as you leave. I do not want to try that maneuver again. I would not hesitate to stay there if I had a smaller rig. No playground or off-leash dog park either. We camped at Pheasant Ridge RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Office was not easy to find. Excessive speed bumps. Sites on hillside so excess drops and sloping interior roads. Narrow interior roads. We had a pull thru that you had to back out of due to narrow roads at the front of the rig. Utilities worked okay but WiFi poor at best. Tow vehicle only fit at angle on lot. This obviously once was a very nice park. It appears that recently it has be allowed to go down hill. We were told the grass between spots was dead because of the water shortage. We have been in the Pacific North West for several week and this is the only park with dead grass. Our next stop 40 miles away has lush green grass. Some of the spots have nice chipped bark between spots, but most don't. Marker light are broken and lying on the ground. The park is mostly full of permanents who are allowed to place drying racks outside their units to dry their laundry. The roads are very narrow. We camped at Pheasant Ridge RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
