This park offers all the basic services you need and friendly staff to take care of you. The short stay sites are pull throughs at the front and the rear is monthly or longer stays. Services are well located and the WIFI is fast and free. The park is located within walking distance of an outlet mall. Other services are also close. Access to I5 is very easy. This is a great overnight location when traveling I5. We will stay again when traveling I5. We camped at Portland-Woodburn RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

Our first stay at this park. Easy access from I-5, can be a little confusing as it is off the access road to the Outlet Mall, but our GPS took us right there. Nice staff. Clean park. Sites are not spacious but they aren't tight either. Quiet. Park provided cable was unimpressive. A few channels were clear, but most were fuzzy. That is my only complaint. Great for an overnight. Just a few miles south of the I-205 interchange if you use that to get around the Portland metropolitan area. We would stay here again. We camped at Portland-Woodburn RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

There is a Walmart on the other side of the freeway, and a Safeway down the road toward Silverton. There is an easy gate from the park to access the Outlet Mall Stores as well.

Sites are paved and level, but close. No problem unless you don't care to sit around your neighbors sewer hose. Satellite friendly (No trees). Tables must be requested, they come with a rental fee. The managers were very courteous and helpful. The highlight of the stay was the catered dinner they prepared for us the night of our Good Sam Chapters arrival. We will return. We camped at Portland-Woodburn RV Park in a Motorhome.

Extremely expensive due to the new price increase. Have stayed at many nicer places for less. A small pool and laundry are the only ammenties. Tight spaces for big rigs. They have all the regular rules, but don't enforce them. We camped at Portland-Woodburn RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

For an overnite stay on your way up or down I5 this is a good choice. Clean everything, easy in and out. We had a pull thru long enough for our 35 ft mh pulling a Jeep to stay hooked up. Picnic tables available to rent. Very quiet and there's a lovely Outlet center right behind the park you can walk to. Yes there are many long term guests but very neat and tidy. We camped at Portland-Woodburn RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

We stayed two nights, on our way through the Portland area. The park layout is convenient, though the roads can be tight for larger vehicles, especially those towing. The sites are level, paved, and are rather closely spaced, with a grass strip dividing the sites; pull-through sites are 50 feet long. Neither fire rings nor tables are available at the sites, although tables can be rented for an additional fee - management will deliver the table to your site. The pet walk area adjacent to the entrance/exit of the park is grass; waste bag dispensers and collection stations are available. The park has a high percentage of long term people who all seem to maintain their RVs is good repair and their sites are neat. The first two rows of the park appear to be reserved for short stays and are convenient to the pool, office, laundry, etc. Park is neat and well groomed. Washing of RVs is allowed for a small charge ($7.00) and a site is available at the back of the park (#127) reserved for washing of vehicles and is free. We are extended stay. 575.00 a month plus electricity is outrageous but the park is always full in the summer months as there is not enough parks in the area. Very narrow roads for larger rigs and tight parking. Small pool available but usually taken over by screaming children on weekends. Office staff is usually friendly but not helpful. Majority of park are full time residents. Most sites are well kept. Shopping and restaurants close by. Very clean showers and bathrooms. Parking a tow vehicle is difficult. Too tight. Tips for other Campers:

1) Woodburn-Portland Outlet Mall close by - no sales tax! 2) Great sushi across the parking lot 3) Starbucks and Elmers very closeby 4) First row of parking is easier to navigate when you are keeping your toad connected and usually kept open for larger rigs.

We stayed here in our 5th wheel in a pull through site. The site was very short for the size of our rig. We were able to navigate in and out, but just barely. The staff was very helpful at check-in, but did not take us out to our site. Later that evening I couldn't get connected to the internet and they were not helpful at all. All she would tell me is that it's the busy time of the day for their internet service and "it is what it is". We fired up our mobile hot spot and were able to use the internet, but burn up our own minutes data too. It's a very clean park with mostly full-time residents. The sites are all paved. We camped at Portland-Woodburn RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

We are long-term in this park. About half the spaces (mostly on the perimeter and north side) are long term. The spaces are adequate and the RVs are clean and well-maintained. But there are a couple of things: Many of the long-term spaces do not have parking for more than 1 vehicle; if you get one of these, there is a $40 per month charge for the extra parking space. Also, even though they have a few WI-FI hotspots in the park, in the 6 months I've been here I've never been able to get on it. Also, they do not have telephone landline service in the east end of the park. If you want internet, you'll have to use your hotspot. We camped at Portland-Woodburn RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

Stayed here 4 nights while visiting friends in the area. Park is mainly occupied by long term units. Most long term people had clean well serviced units and their sites were neat. Seem the front two rows of the park is for short term stays. Park is neat and well groomed. Most pull thru sites are not long enough to allow you to leave your tow vehicle or toad attached. Back in sites require you to park you vehicle in front of the rig and pull thrus allow parking behind your rig. Makes the street narrow but not blocked. Good Verizon, cable, park wifi slowed in the evening, but we used our Verizon Mifi. Would stay again if in the area. We camped at Portland-Woodburn RV Park in a Motorhome.
