Beautiful area with many hikes, shopping, site seeing, and lounging on the immaculate beach just a few steps from the sites. The park is very clean with a large grassy area for games, running with the dogs or just sitting to enjoy the beautiful view of the waves crashing on the beach just below. A fire pit is available and activities are planned by the friendly staff.

It would not be a place for young children as the intent is to provide a quiet and relaxing retreat. With a fitness center, full laundry, very clean restroom and individual showers, the lodge offers a place to gather with old and new friends.

The staff was helpful, polite and attentive. We were especially grateful for the "above and beyond" help with an issue with our 5th wheel.

We will definitely return to Sea Perch, and probably much sooner than we would have thought! We camped at Sea Perch RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

As others have said, you are paying for the view and access to the beach. However, this is one of the nicest resorts we have stayed at for other reasons. The staff is extremely friendly. They have a gorgeous recreation building with a pool table, a living room area and an upstairs with couch/chairs that allow you to look out at the ocean. They had a happy hour and provided food on Saturday. Our site was plenty long and wide for our 40 ft RV and tow. We pulled into the site since we could see the ocean (not oceanfront, though). It was a little tight pulling in due to the building being so close, but we managed. Backing out was easier. My only complaint is that I would have appreciated knowing there is no cell service here before I came. They do provide a telephone free of charge for local and long distance calls, though. Their WiFi was the best I have ever had at an RV park. (They just put in another repeater station up front.) Other services were good and we could get satellite. I also could get some data on my air card and phone but it was slow. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, as it's all about location, location, location. We camped at Sea Perch RV Resort in a Motorhome.

GREAT bakery in Yachats which is about 10 minutes north of the park. The dune buggy rides at Sandland in Florence are really fun as well as the shops in Old Town Florence.

You pay for the view. This is a very nice park and my wife loves the beach so she really enjoyed it. Sites are a little close together. We were in a TT and next to us was a MH. We backed in, they went straight in therefore their slides were within @ three feet of us. Fair wifi, no cell service and cable is all analog therefore grainy. Might stay here again. We camped at Sea Perch RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Location, location, location - this is at least twice the average of what we pay for a campground but front row on the Pacific Ocean can't be beat! We made our next reservation before we left. For a private campground, there was decent space between sites. We were in a trailer so had to back in and had an RV next to us so pull in but they were nice folks and we didn't mind having our doors face each other. The people in the office were friendly and helpful and directed us in to our site. Sea Perch has a nice clubhouse which can be helpful in case of cabin fever, as the Oregon coast can be windy and rainy. My husband used the restroom and showers and said they were clean as a whistle. Our site had great views for whale watching and easy access to the beach; the park models here might block some site views but heard a rumor they were being sold and moved out which would be good. Yachats is a fun little town with good restaurants and a couple of nice shops. We camped at Sea Perch RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here for a week in the winter. The week we stayed, there was only a couple of RVs here so we got a great site. The price is high at this park; you are paying for the view and wow what a view it is. The bathrooms are probably the nicest I have ever seen at a RV park. It's a small park and when its full there is not going to be much room between rigs. There is no cell service here at all. Overall this is a great park at a great location along the Oregon coast. We camped at Sea Perch RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Stayed here two nights in one of the front-in spots overlooking the ocean and the thundering surf. The site we were in was extra wide and long, making our 34.5 ft motorhome with 2 slides easily fit. Having one of the oceanfront sites was well worth it. The view is amazing, which they illuminate at night so you can enjoy the surf day or night. They have a nice clubhouse with pool table and viewing area, work-out room and a nice living area. We would surely stay here again. When you pull into the resort, it is unclear where to park the RV while you register, and it seems that there is only room for one RV at a time. We had reserved our site in advance, and if I were pulling in again, I would have just gone down into the park and parked in our site. Other than that, it was all good. We camped at Sea Perch RV Resort in a Motorhome.

I'm not sure that I can say to do this place justice. We stayed here one night and since we were off season (Jan 2) we had our choice of lots - and why wouldn't we take the one right overlooking the ocean! Lots were lovely and wide - amenities were great. It was pricey ($75.00/night) but well worth it for the view alone. We arrived late in the day so didn't get to enjoy the view as much as we would have liked but this is a beautiful park - wide concrete lots with enough room for the toad - what more could you want! Would definitely come back again - even with the high cost. We camped at Sea Perch RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Now this is a resort. Right on the beach and concrete level sites with electric both sides. Everything is perfectly maintained in this park and the management is diligent in keeping it that way. Great WiFi signal at site. Too far to walk to town but only a 10 minute drive. Beach is hemmed in by rocks so only about half mile long but oh so gorgeous. We stayed here while traveling through with our 3 young children. This has been one of the nicest places we have stayed in, all sites are very large & really well presented, the owners are incredibly helpful & a few steps to the sand / beach. WiFi was excellent. Highly recommended! We camped at Sea Perch RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Rate was high, but then we paid for the view. We were ocean front and definitely enjoyed that. Site is wide, level concrete pad with stones in between sites. From the front of the ocean sites to the beach was grass. Translation: no sand in coach. There were steps down to the beach at some point, but I guess they were washed away and not replaced. You can still access the beach, but for those with knee issues, etc, it can be challenging. All hookups and WiFi were excellent. The Club House was huge with a nice exercise room, sitting areas, laundry, kitchenette, and one public phone which allows you to place long distance calls free (no ATT or Verizon cell signal here). The biggest disappointment we faced was that you expect privacy for the price you pay. The oceanfront sites were designed as "pull ins". However, the utility posts are double. Therefore, trailers can back in and share a post. The end result is you could end up with a "buddy site" as we did. High price to pay for no privacy. Based on the price and shared posts, we probably would look elsewhere if in the area. We camped at Sea Perch RV Resort in a Motorhome.

My cat loves watching moving water, so I paid big bucks for a front row seat so my cat could enjoy watching the ocean and he didn't even look out the window once! Lordy! Rate I'm showing is winter rate with Good Sam discount plus taxes/fees. This park deserves a 10, but I don't like giving 10's, so 9 it is. I wish I could split hairs and give it a 9.95. If you are traveling in the winter, it's worth it to pay the bucks to stay at this park. Even the "cheap seats" (translation: still pricey, but not as pricey as ocean front) aren't bad. Don't know if I'd want to pay the summer rates! Remember during dial up days, when RV parks had modem rooms? This park had one, and they converted it to a "free telephone" room. Cell phone service, regardless of provider, is spotty, so this park provides a free telephone for people to make calls of 10 minutes or less. Laundry Room was clean and shining, $2 to wash and $1.25 to dry, not bad. Club house was beautiful, with a great exercise room. One problem: If you are going north and haven't set your GPS for this park, you might not slow down in time to make the left turn in the right spot. I picked this park on driving by "oh, that looks like a good place to stay" and I pulled in and had to make a U-turn to get into the park. One last thing: It does get windy there! We camped at Sea Perch RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Truly the jewel of the Oregon coast. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 is because the manager and host were somewhat less than friendly. Other than that, the bathrooms were spotless, the sites were wide and long, and the Wi-Fi adequate. Beautiful ocean views, and very little highway noise. We'll be back again next year! Location is Great! The private beach is wonderful to watch the sunset, and just take long walks! Park is small, but we didn't have any problem backing in or out. A few trailers did. Office staff very friendly and very helpful and informative. Super club house. Nice decor. they keep it immaculate. Lots of places to visit close-by. Loved Cape Perpetua. We would love to give this place a 10. It is a little isolated, but it is just beautiful. I would have loved to have swam in a pool or sat in a hot tub, but overall the view is just gorgeous. The beach goes for miles. We loved our beach walks with our 2 dogs, they could run forever.... The bathrooms are clean and spa like, and the Club House was very well maintained, as well as the grounds. Offers a game of pool and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, as well as the state of art exercise equipment. People were fairly friendly. The managers were nice and helpful. Be prepared though, the wind is like nothing we have ever experienced. When new people arrive, the first question is " is it always this windy or does it die down?" We were there for 3 days, and NO it didn't die down... But we still thought this RV Resort was worth staying at. We will have memories that will last a life time. Thank you Sea Perch. Wow! This RV park has it all. Right on the ocean with a number of sites looking over the beach and ocean. Well worth the extra dollars. The pads are concrete and level, and the road is paved. Good grass space between sites. The clubhouse is a beautiful facility with great showers/toilets, pool table, laundry, and kitchen. Be aware there is no cell phone service, but there is a free land line phone in the clubhouse. Owners are on site and very helpful and friendly. Couple of nice restaurants in Yachats, mainly seafood. We used this as a base to travel up and down the Oregon coast and just to rest and enjoy the view. Gorgeous sunsets, but the wind can blow pretty hard. We were on an ocean front site and a couple of days the wind blew in from the north west, so we pulled in our passenger side slides when we went out for the day. This RV park is south of Yachats, so keep going, even if the GPS says you have arrived. We shall definitely return to this gorgeous RV park in a beautiful location. We camped at Sea Perch RV Resort in a Motorhome.
