If you love the beach, this is the place for you. Although you have to book "WAY" in advance if you want one of the 9 beach front sites. The rest of the sites are nice and big and on concrete, and cost less, but if you want an unobstructed view of the waves and sunset, then sites 1-9 are for you. I called up 5 months in advance, and said do you have any of those 9 beach front sites available, and she looked, and said she had 5 nights available in June on one site, and I took it. If your 5th wheel is 40 feet long or more, do not pick sites 1,2, or 9 you will not be able to get into them. Even site #8 that we were in was a challenge for our 42.5 long 5th wheel and long bed dually. The camp host was an ex-truck driver, so he guided me into the back in site. It took as about 6 maneuvers to get it there, and about 4 to get it out when we left. But it is worth it. Parking was nice, because you would just park your truck to the side of the front of your 5th wheel, because the concrete pads are so wide, see attached photo. They also have a nice game room with pool table etc. and workout room, which I used every day. We camped at Sea Perch RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

There are so any hikes and things to do here. We went to the Sea Lion caves, and the Heceta Light house, and then did a bunch of trails at Cape Perpetua down to see Devils Churn, and Thors Well, and the spouting horn. For Breakfast, there is a great little place in the town of Yachats called Beach Kitchen. Then for dinner, Ona's

We stop here for a 9 day vacation on The Oregon coast. We had the best site in the entire park. The back window of our 5th wheel had an amazing view of the ocean. Unfortunately one of our slides in our rig broke. After only being there 1 night we had to leave. I was not expecting a refund but when I went to the office to let them know we would be leaving early they were so kind they gave us an entire refund. They could not have been any nicer to us. We hope to go back to this park. We camped at Sea Perch RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

Small, but very well maintained RV park located directly on Sea Rose Beach. All sites are concrete, level, double wide, with the option to back-in or pull-in depending on your type of rig. There are 29 sites here, and 2 are camp host sites. Sites 1-9 are oceanfront with unobstructed views and farthest from the highway. Sites 15-29 are in the middle with a limited view of the ocean (RV sites are parallel to each other). Sites 11-14 have a good ocean view but are VERY close to the highway and are tight to get in/out of so keep that in mind when booking.

We stayed in site 14, which we backed into (we have a 5th wheel), but our utility connections were on the wrong side, so we had to run connections underneath the rig. Most sites have a shared pedestal that works for either back-in or pull-in. The view and easy beach access is what makes this park special (and you pay a premium for it!). Utilities worked well but we had no usable cell service. The park does provide secured wifi which worked great! If you need to make a call, they have a private "phone room" where you can make calls (even long distance!) for free.

The park has a very nice clubhouse with sitting areas, pool table, foosball and kitchen, along with two private bathroom/showers (one per gender) and one unisex bathroom. Bathrooms were clean, well-appointed and nicely decorated, but could use better lighting. Staff and campground hosts were nice and helpful. On Saturdays, the owners have a community dinner for their guests in the clubhouse, which was a great way to meet other campers in the park! A dozen cable channels were included in the price, but we found most to be fuzzy/grainy. Office area is nice, and they have a small selection of beer/wine and apparel for sale. We enjoyed our stay and would return if we could get one of the beachfront sites. We camped at Sea Perch RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Devil's Churn and Thor's Well are very close to the park and best seen at high tide. Thor's Well is not clearly marked from the road but is part of Cook's Chasm so park there and take the hike down. Go up to Cape Perpetua, which is the highest point in the area for great views of the ocean.

Yachats is about 6 miles north with a few restaurants, but they have no gas/diesel available there. We drove south to Florence (about 18 miles) to get diesel and bought groceries at Fred Meyer.

This is a first class facility. It is situated beach side with great views. On arrival on a Sunday we were greeted immediately by a jack of all trades, very friendly and welcoming. He led us to our site and spotted us for a back-in. Site was plenty long and very wide making for easy maneuvering (some sites looked like they may be more work to back in to). Site was concrete and included a generous patio and picnic table. Utilities were modern and provided excellent service. Wifi was good, not great. Cable TV was limited to about 15 channels, some with grainy picture. Bathrooms/showers/laundry were in the well maintained clubhouse and were being maintained to an excellent standard. Clubhouse was very comfortable with big screen TV (Direct TV) and an exercise room. Being on the ocean there was a fair bit of wind but fantastic views of the sunset. We camped at Sea Perch RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Yachts is about 6 miles north and has a nice variety of restaurants. 17 miles south is Florence a neat little town with a must-see historic downtown area, also with a nice variety of eating establishments. The entire stretch of coast is scenic with many places of interest to see, and many places for hiking.

View, view, view. It's all about the view here on Sea Rose Beach. If you love the beach, you couldn't ask for a better place to visit in an RV. Lovely, large spaces, expansive views, comfy and well-appointed club house with fitness center. Front desk help were helpful and friendly with great tips on local attractions. They even offered to back up our fifth wheel into the space! Close to the charming and quaint town of Yachats and most amazing hiking trails on the Oregon Coast. No RV park is perfect so I must mention the minuses. Terrible WiFi. Also my husband fell off the picnic table seat on our pad because the ocean air had eroded the wood underneath. To the park's credit, they immediately replaced the entire table, albeit with eroding paint, however, the wood was sound. Great value, overall, and we would return in a heartbeat. I only wish that they would sell their spaces again because living here would be a dream come true. We camped at Sea Perch RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Difficult to rate "value" as it can be so subjective. For us, the $75 per night was a real stretch to our budget but what we received for the money were the things we appreciate in a park. Staff were excellent. Sites are large with updated hookups etc. Park is paved making it very clean. Large area for pets. 50 steps to the ocean beach which is breathtaking. Wifi good...cable good...all is good when you camp here! We will be back. We camped at Sea Perch RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Beautiful area with many hikes, shopping, site seeing, and lounging on the immaculate beach just a few steps from the sites. The park is very clean with a large grassy area for games, running with the dogs or just sitting to enjoy the beautiful view of the waves crashing on the beach just below. A fire pit is available and activities are planned by the friendly staff.

It would not be a place for young children as the intent is to provide a quiet and relaxing retreat. With a fitness center, full laundry, very clean restroom and individual showers, the lodge offers a place to gather with old and new friends.

The staff was helpful, polite and attentive. We were especially grateful for the "above and beyond" help with an issue with our 5th wheel.

We will definitely return to Sea Perch, and probably much sooner than we would have thought! We camped at Sea Perch RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Truly the jewel of the Oregon coast. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 is because the manager and host were somewhat less than friendly. Other than that, the bathrooms were spotless, the sites were wide and long, and the Wi-Fi adequate. Beautiful ocean views, and very little highway noise. We'll be back again next year! This was a great find. The resort has many amenities like a beautiful club house, right on the water, private showers and great management. This was our most favorite place on a six month RV trip. Be sure to check out Sweet Water Falls in Mapleton, a great hike. Would love to visit this resort again. We camped at Sea Perch RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This location is wonderful. Campground has direct access to an almost deserted beach. Clubhouse is second to none and the amenities are excellent. Showers are pristine and the laundry is the best I have been in. We stayed in space 13 and the camp host even backed the trailer into the spot. He admitted it really is too small for a 38' 5th wheel. The one downside keeping this campground from getting a perfect 10 is the sewer hookups for trailers and the sewer vent pipe for the whole park being directly adjacent to this spot. Don't stay in #13 unless you are keeping the west windows closed or are not in the trailer much at all. Sewer gas can get "smelly". We would definitely stay here again, just a different site. This is one of our favorite RV parks to visit. They are taking away more and more of the RV oceanfront spaces to put in Ocean front villas, which is going to limit the ocean front access. There are spots overlooking the water that are on level, concrete pads. They just added flood lights so you can see the waves and the beach even at night. There is a large, open club house with a full kitchen, pool table and work out room. Plenty of space to meet up with a group. No cell phone reception, but internet and Skype can make up for that. Great place to visit if you love the ocean because from your site you are surrounded by it. No better view at any other park we have stayed at. We camped at Sea Perch RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Great park. Huge sites, easy to back in. Wonderful ocean view. Quiet park. The clubhouse was terrific. Yachats is a small town but you must eat at the Drift Inn. Live music nightly and exceptional food. We stayed in a 40' fifth wheel and had no problem getting into the site. Wi-Fi worked great, no problems. Cell phone is iffy. We will be back if in this area. This was the 4th time we've stayed here, but the first since they remodeled the sites. Now they are all full hook ups on nice large cement pads. We are sad to see them selling the sites, though they are selling very slowly. We stayed ocean front, so pretty expensive. You don't need a pool or other extras, the ocean is within feet of your RV. The new club house is great. Our only complaint is that most the sites ocean front are intended for their models or for motor homes, so our fifth wheel had the sewer hose located just in front of our entry door. And it didn't smell so good. Ours was the only site that seemed to have this problem. If we're back in the area we would most likely stay there for a couple of days to be right on the ocean again. Beautiful! We camped at Sea Perch RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This RV Park is right on the Pacific Ocean with spectacular views. The afternoon we pulled in we spotted whale spouts off shore. On one of our early morning beach walks, we saw a bald eagle on the beach. The RV spaces are very large with excellent WIFI. They have a new clubhouse with a game room, fitness center and lounge area. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to answer all our questions about the area and help us with any problems we had. We would definitely stay here again.
