We came here for an overnight stay. The park is clean, even though it looks dated. The roads are gravel, with our site being dirt and grass, with a little gravel. By the time we got our tow off the road, our driver's side back slide was in some tree branches. So, by the time we moved up, we had to use a longer hose, to connect to the water, and our electric cord was just long enough to reach. They had cable TV connection, but don't know if it worked, as our TV coax wasn't long enough. Our satellite TV worked well, and we couldn't get any channels with the OTA antenna. - Bbtj

Decent park, a little on the rustic side, but with full hookups, right on the Susquehanna River. Friendly place with a tavern on-site. Room for various size rigs, also tent camping & some cabins. Roads are gravel and sites are grassy, some pretty muddy. We had heavy rains & water pooled in our site. Nice swimming pool; good access to Williamsport & Little League World Series facilities about 15 minutes away. - R_Hill

Great little park situated on 8285 SR87 near Williamsport, Pa. Located on Loyalsock creek. Newer park, nice restrooms and showers and a friendly owner operator. AT&T cell service not good, but park has Wi-Fi. Could use a picnic table at each site. Very nice area. - walt66

Newly bought motorhome and first time use. Took our daughter and grandchildren on a weekend camping trip (October 12,2019). Park was extremely clean, quiet and a friendly environment. Staff was courteous and helpful. The general store was well equipped with reasonable prices. Our site had 20/30 amp, water, cable and wifi. Our site did not have a sewer hookup but was not a problem since they have a several lane easy accessible dump station before you exit, Our lot was #207 (back in) it was level within reason, ample space to fit 30' plus car with plenty available space, picnic table and fire ring. Like I stated this was our first rv experience and we were not disappointed. I hope our next adventure measures up - John Baldoni
Aug 2019 - $80.00
Stayed here while going to the Little League World Series. The staff was very professional and gave us a lot of useful information about the Series. Our grandson and his buddy had a great time fishing, miniature golf and using the play area including the zip line. Our site was M10 which had a patio, fire pit and a table, 6 chairs and full hookup. The campground was easy to find and had a great view of the surrounding area. - Ron 2615
Jun 2019 - $54.00
Stayed here one night while traveling through area. The park was clean and the site, M-3, was level gravel, with shade. There was a fire ring and picnic table. Full hookups. Good WiFi and Cable TV. The staff was friendly and helpful. We got propane here easily. This is a large park with what appeared to be a lot to do for children. Golf cart rental was also available. - PBD

Deciding on Haleeka was purely because of the very positive reviews here on RVParkReviews. Unfortunately, we had a very, very different experience. First, we have a very small motorhome (23-feet) and the entrance to the the park was quite small; our sides rubbed on plants on both sides as we entered. It is also directly on a 2-lane highway, making me a bit nervous to have to slow down enough to get straight down the narrow driveway. When we arrived an older couple said their son usually takes care of the park, but he was out of state. They showed us the site we were supposed to be in, but the person in the run-down trailer next to it had quite a bit of trash and it had cascaded over into the site. Instead, I was shown another site. In this one, the sewer pipe came out of the ground and extended for about 10 feet and ended in a pipe opening that would not take a thread and, because it was pointed along the ground rather that straight up to the sky, just placing our sewer tube into it would have caused sewage to leak on the ground. Then I discovered the water faucet was dry, and told him that the site was unacceptable. He then offered to put me into another site with only electrical and water and would tell the run-down trailer person to clean up his trash. All of these things caused me to just say, no thanks, we'll be moving along. While the park landscaping looked nice, all but 5 of the sites were occupied by other very trashy, run-down trailers that looked like they hadn't moved in many years, and I just didn't feel comfortable. Also, when I asked about the WiFi, they first told me they had no idea what that was, and then said their son took care of that sort of thing. Overall, this RV park was not for us, so we moved on and found another park in the area. - RobtL

This was a great campground! We would stay here again anytime! The staff was great and the restrooms were in great shape. Very nice park! We'll come back again! - yankfan8453

Small park on a small creek north of Williamsport PA. Resident manager. Our 37 foot 5th wheel just did fit into largest available site. Very quiet, most RV sites are wooded, about 1/3 are located along the creek. About 2/3 of sites appeared to be seasonal campers with a few apparently permanent residents. Water is lightly sulfurated, use bottled water for drinking. We stayed about a week and found the facility clean and relaxing. No satellite friendly RV sites. - jwkinneyjr

Very nice park - lots of activities for children but also very relaxing and quiet for the adults (during the week anyway). The staff was very helpful and they went out of their way to help with a flat tire. The only negative was the mosquitoes - the park is next to a nice creek and it does bring these pests. However, we will definitely stay here again when in the area. - Larry 1126
May 2018 - $28.00
There is road construction before the campground. Follow the instructions on the website. The road to the campground is bumpy but that's part of the construction. We are in a very wide & long pull through. Full hook ups, cable (lots of channels), wifi (OK), weak Verizon. Gravel with picnic table & fire ring. Very quiet. - jcpjane

Campground was clean and very friendly staff. Kid orientated but it was very quiet. The pool looked very clean but it was too cold to actually get in it while we were there. - Amanda_Glad

Drove in. Drove out. Didn't even bother! The place was ill kept and generally run down. The sites were very close together and extremely small. We saw a no amenities at all. I don't think our motorhome could have fit in any way shape or form in any of the open sites we saw and we pretty well drove through the entire place. In general it looked more like a seasonal hunting camp then a campground. Roads on the site were in very poor shape and the access road looked like it had been bombed and strafed. - F4Jock

We were looking for a place to stay close to Knoebels amusement park and I found this campground online. I called and asked how far away from Knoebels they are and was told about 1/2 hour. Actually it is more like an hour away. We rented the Green Cabin for $120 + tax for a Friday night. The road to this cabin was in very poor shape. And it is not a cabin, it is an old house with very old disgustingly stained and dirty carpets all over. No air conditioning. Small TV with an antenna, not any clear channels. Toilet did not flush properly. Shower did not drain properly. Not enough hot water for two people to take a short shower. Water from the sink was brown and full of dirt particles. Furniture was old and it smelled bad. The kitchen was clean. In their restaurant there was just the owner and no menu or prices. We were told we could have spagetti or burgers. Without any prices on site we decided to look for food elsewhere. We drove 15 miles to find a pizzeria. We looked for fishing poles to rent and owner told us we could borrow some and they were outside by the restaurant before we left out to eat. They were gone (as was the owner!) when we came back. So no fishing. No activities, except nice playground for the kids. (Everything needed to be cleaned and wiped off). Next morning we left around 7am, left the key in the office and rung the bell but nobody answered. Still sleeping I assume. This campground is just for the locals with their own RVs, not for the visitors. Oh yes, public restroom had filthy soaked wet floors. Only nice thing about the cabin was the location, very private with little pond and a creek next to it. Overall very disappointing for the price we paid. - Kirsib

We stayed here for two nights and would never go back. I was glad I had a camper bathroom because the restrooms were filthy with clogged toilets. Our site was very small though I think all the best sites go to the seasonals because there were nicer ones. The campground allows noisy four wheelers which woke us up driving by at 2am. We got to witness a brawl between some of the campers and their dogs too! There's a reason this place is so cheap. Caveat emptor! - anner

Stayed here for hiking and the Benton Rodeo. Sites are nice size and very shaded. Pool is a bit small for size of the park, but it was weekdays so was fine for us. To me the new owners are doing well, however, it seems that a little more attention to detail would really make a difference. We will be back again sometime when in that area. - Leggy
Jul 2018 - $53.00
Let's start with the good. The site was level, I did not have to put anything under any tires. The site was all stones, no mud even after it rained all night. The water pressure was good. The site was so shaded we had to turn on lights in the camper during the day with the blinds open. The camp store was average with the standard camp ground store stuff. The weekend we were there was wing weekend, you pre-ordered what you wanted and on Saturday night you went to the campground store and picked up fresh out of the cooker wings. Now on to the different, the sign on PA-220 is marked well to turn in, but you go down this gravel road for about a ½ mile passing 3 other roads. There was only one very small sign tell you to keep going straight to the campground. First timers to the campground would be confused as we were. Next you have to drive thru the entire campground to the very back to get to the office. There is really one road in and out so if you meet someone on the way someone is backing up a camper since there is no room for two cars on this road. Once at the office you have to make a loop around a flag pole to back to your site. Each site is different in which way you can back into it based on the way you are facing. Depending on the site you're in you might have to drive all the way back to the main road to turn around in a parking lot to have you rig pointed the right way to back into your site. I did not do this and tried to back into my site from the wrong way and it cost me my trailer trailer lights and power cord. I was not the only one I saw several other having to drive around or jack knife there campers to get them in based on their direction and how small across the roads were. DO NOT listen to the staff about which direction to be to back in, go with what you thin is best. I was lucky they had a hardware store I could get what I need to fix my trailer cord. - JWH_tng1

This is a family owned and operated campground and they work hard at keeping the campground nice and the campers happy. A nice mix of tent sites, cottages, RV sites and seasonal RVs. The sites are shaded with wooded areas between the sites. Has the feel of staying in a Pa. state park but not as primitive. The sites come in all sizes (no pull through) and most all looked level. Power and water pressure were fine. Wifi and cable tv were excellent. No sewer but, they have a tractor and tank that comes around on a schedule to pump you out for $8.00. They also have a free dump site by the office. There is a nice pool, dog park, game room, playground and store. They give rides on a hay wagon and an old firetruck. We camped for seven nights including July 4th. They had a full, family oriented, activity schedule. - Mardet

Arriving you see a large sign with posted rules in front of the office. Very few are enforced. Smoke is so heavy night and day from the fire rings mostly used by the permanent residents that it burns your eyes. Quiet hour starts at 11pm. We had to leave at 12:45am because of a large party behind us, that was still going on when we left. Of all our travels over the last 20 years never encountered such a bad experience. We will never go back to this campground nor recommend it to many of our camping friends. - User3547
May 2013 - $35.00
This is not a "resort" as in a Jellystone. It is an older campground. It is a place where 90% of the people are seasonal campers. But it is a place I will go back to again. The roads are paved and the sites are gravel, but level. The electric is a 30 amp receptacle and the water is shared with next site but with ample pressure. Park highlights: The park sits on top of a hill with views of the valley below, people actually only drive 5 MPH in the park, friendly atmosphere, clean, miles from any major road, railway, traffic, and we felt welcomed and safe. We will return again. - 1texan
Jul 2007 - $25.00
A trek up 5 miles of a winding, narrow road revealed a very rundown campground (though the valley view on the main road was beautiful. The buildings on the campground were very dilapidated (office closed at 5 pm for supper), the shower rooms dank and rundown, and the few sites available were surrounded on all sides by seasonal sites. It looked as though tent campers would have prime sites facing the view and would never have to go into the campground - my only concern would be the condition of the restrooms/showers. I would not recommend this to a "family" for reasons of atmosphere and safety, nor to a camper passing through because of the access. - Granite State Traveler
