Sep 2009 - $20.00
This is only 20 minutes from our home and it has taken us 2 years to get here! I wish we had come sooner. We biked the tow path to Stockton and crossed the bridge to Dilly's Corner. What an amazing weekend skipping rocks on the Delaware and hiking & biking the beautiful area. We cannot wait to come back. We choose site 15 as other reviewers said it was spacious. We agree. It was near the bath/shower house and was close to the path to the river. We will come again. Most everyone was friendly, no rif-raf. Great family camping! Finally a place in Jersey we would venture back too. - Rkidsluvcamping
Aug 2008 - $20.00
This is one of our favorite campgrounds. It sit on the Delaware river. It might be a little tight with a big trailer 40'. We had a 21' fifth wheel toy hauler and had no problems. We had site 15 which is a huge site and we parked 2 RV's on it. Site 44 is also another nice site. - Jodee
Jun 2008 - $20.00
This place was excellent! Level sites, mostly quiet. Sandwiched between the DNR canal and the Delaware River. The bathrooms were very clean and the showers had loads of pressure and space. Plenty of cheap firewood for sale around the park. Frenchtown is nearby with some great shops and places to eat. We will be going back in September for another kayaking trip. - kleoette

Jun 2018 - $25.00
We spent the summer of 2018 on site #76. Our monthly rate was $745.00 and our electric was .17 cents per kwh. The site was a pull in and set up for a cabin or motorhome. Since we are in a 5th wheel, our hook-ups were on the wrong side. Fortunately we had enough water and sewer hose and Artie, the owner, lent us a 50 amp electric cord extension so we were in good shape. The entire area is heavily wooded which made satellite TV reception very difficult but helped keep our air conditioning needs down. Internet reception on the park WiFi was impossible at the site but we were able to pick it up if we went up near the office. We were way on a cruise for two weeks and between the terrific staff and some wonderful neighbors, we felt very comfortable leaving our home there while we were away. Crystal Springs was a very nice place to be and we would stay there again. The monthly rate was a bit steep considering our site condition but the area and the staff helped make up for that. Hopefully the pool will be finished this year and we will be able to enjoy it if we get back there again. - Helen C
Nov 2017 - $85.00
RV Resort?? More like the LAST RESORT. What a pit. One (barely working) shower for whole campground. No laundry, no amenities other then a overgrown pond.
Only good thing I can say about the office staff is they're rarely there: so the abuse they espouse is kept to a minimum. AVOID THIS PLACE unless of course it's your LAST RESORT.
Lots are very close and have a fire ring. Site surface is dirt. - Jeff AP
May 2013 - $20.00
This park is mainly privately owned RV lots, with park model units ( they look like log cabins). There are a few RV lots, but most are in disrepair. The developer is presently in a legal battle with the HOA, thus all rents have to be paid to the County Sheriff. Our rate is based on a monthly rate. I would stay away from this park until legal issues are resolved. The wireless worked well; TV is very poor; the cable is just an old fashioned CATV. - BillI

Every weekend is a theme. Great place for kids. We can take our electric golf cart and 2 dogs with us camping. They rent golf carts. Olympic size pool, 5 acre lake, camp store, daily activities. Down the Street from Great Adventure. Open April Till November. Let the Office know what size camper you have so they know your camper will fit into the site. Rally field is secluded area, you can walk, ride, bike, golf cart to activities, store, etc. Close to some beaches. - Gottobefree59

Holy cow, is this place disgusting! We took our niece and nephew on their first camping trip to what we thought would be a nice local campground and we could not have been more wrong. The first thing we saw when we entered the ground was the pair of overflowing dumpsters. If the sight of it wasn't enough, the smell sure did the trick. Hoping it was a one off issue, we continued. When my niece saw all of the run down RVs, many listing to one side in the soft, sandy soil, she asked if this place was "safe". I could not assure her that it was. But it was really the dueling confederate flags that sealed the deal for her. All this before we even got to the site. So for the sake of brevity, I will say this. The site was horrific. Garbage everywhere and absolutely nothing between us and our neighbors who themselves did not look too thrilled to be getting company. Needless to say the excitement of our trip was rapidly fading. I went back to the office and ever so politely requested a refund. Without a hint of hesitation,I was given just that. Even they aren't going to argue that the place is a mess. I firmly believe the only way they survive is because of their proximity to Six Flags Great Adventure which ironically enough, is the Timberland Lake Campground of amusement parks. - Adrian'n'Rocky
Aug 2019 - $163.00
Worst service ever. Came in with my 3 kids and when i went to my camp site there were people in my camp site. There was animal droppings everywhere and the parks for kids were filthy. Bathrooms were a mess. When i went to the office they gave me such a hard time and told me that i had to leave after i had already paid! At first they said they would not refund me. But after i told them i would take it to court they gave me my refund. Sad about the whole thing was that my kids were so excited and were devastated when i told them we had to leave. Most worst experience ever!! - von torres

The owners are two of the nicest people you will meet. They have done one heck of a job recovering from the tornado that hit their campground- everything is super clean. Fun activities on holiday weekends - we will continue to go there. - Charlieb346
Jun 2018 - $47.00
The owners are the nicest people. Bathroom & showers are extremely clean & well maintained. Quiet, peaceful setting with lots of shade. I would highly recommend to give this campground a visit. Has a very nice pool also! - Charlieb346

Apr 2019 - $40.00
We stayed for one night as we had to be in the area and this was the nicest and most convenient RV park that we found in here. This is primarily a permanent residential mobile home park for seniors, but they also have a number of sites for nightly, weekly, or monthly stays. It is well maintained, clean, and pleasant. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The site we had was paved and level plus it had full hook up. We were near the office and the wifi was strong. There is no cable television hook up but there were many OTA channels that came in through our RV's antenna. The mobile homes and Park Models were all well maintained. It is not far from the exit and entrance to the PA Turnpike North/South Extension and easy to get to - in the middle of a nice residential neighborhood. Payment must be made by cash or check - they take no credit cards. Call ahead for reservations and availability. In mid-week we reserved the only site still available over a month on advance. Should we need to stay in this area again, we would go back. Route 309 (not far away) has many stores, services, and restaurants. Fretz RV is near by. - TimeTravelers
Oct 2017 - $40.00
Rate of $40.00 per night for full hookups, no discounts offered. Camping/parking here is akin to parking in a Walmart parking lot with hookups. Office hours are limited. Staff is friendly and willing to accommodate. As previously posted, all roads and sites are paved and level. Parking is parallel to the road and can offer a challenge to get into depending on the site and other units. Ambiance does not lend itself to outdoor activities such as sitting outside under the awning or BBQ'ing, although some did, zero privacy. All utilities worked as intended except the water was extremely murky, the color of weak ice tea. Maintenance had to come and purge the line. Every morning I had to run the water several minutes to get clear water. Although a convenient location, I would seriously explore other options before returning here. - ECM1
Sep 2017 - $40.00
As the names says, a mobile home park with some sites for RVs. Sites are arranged so you must parallel park the RV. Our site was next to Koffel Road and had constant loud traffic noise. Had to sleep with ear plugs. The site was paved and level. They have a small laundry with 5 washing machines that take quarters only, $ 1.25 per load and 2 dryers. No change machine, you must go to the office for change. Really strange and old electric connection . No cable or other amenities, such as table, pool, playground, dog park, etc. The park is set up for permanent residents not travelers. Wi-Fi is advertised, but we could not get connected. We could not find any other good choice for visiting the city, but we would try somewhere else next time. - starwind

In transit from NH to FL. Stayed two nights and toured the area. Large crushed stone sights, paved roads, clean bathrooms. Perfect for our needs. - Marty0987
Sep 2019 - $40.00
Lovely clean campground. Seasonals are neat and attractive. The campground has added a lovely koi pond outside the office & is landscaping the area. Good location for easy access to the RV dealers in Souderton. Very cordial staff. Shady sites. - Used2sail
Jul 2019 - $40.00
What a great RV park! Without a doubt, it is one of the cleanest, neatest, and well taken of parks that I have ever been in. Paved roads, gravel and grass sites, no trash, no RV's in disrepair, no weeds, very clean showers and rest rooms, and very friendly neighbors. There is no pool, or miniature golf, or kids activities, all which is fine for us, since we don't partake in that side of RVing. And why pay for it if you don't use it? The Oak trees provided shade from the hot afternoon sun, and with our awning out, it was comfortable enough to sit and read into the evening hours. And no bugs to speak of. The only negative is the volume of traffic on the road along the front of the park, but I slept well which is important to me. We plan to visit Valley Forge in several months and I sincerely hope that Oak Grove has a spot for us because I would not hesitate to stay there again. - Love To Travel 2

Sep 2017 - $52.00
We only stayed a weekend, barely used the restrooms, but saw enough to know this place has seen batter days. It's like it has the bones of a very nice resort: guard house (unattended for years), nice fences, large pool, wide sites, large grassy play area (used to be grassy), huge gathering hall, but now everything is in disrepair or needs maintenance badly. However, the staff here are super nice, eager to please, and helped us out when we got into a jam and had to leave early due to a family-related issue we couldn't control. That offsets a lot in my book. - ObjectsInMotion
Jul 2017 - $49.00
Rate reflects 8 nights. No discounts. I did not use any of the facilities. The pool is large and there is a wide open play area for children. They gave me a pull-through that wasn't quite ready for an occupant. They are updating the sewer lines so the connection pipe was quite high making it difficult to use gravity to empty the tanks. I opted to just use the dump station on the way out. Site numbering is a bit wacky. When looking at the park map, I counted five #1s. So each section has a #1. Confusing to say the least. The roads need some attention but overall, I think they are trying to overcome the previous bad reviews. The park was close to empty except for the long-term guests that pretty much had their own area. I did have some difficulty getting the Wi-Fi. Pretty quiet. - RVingMe
Nov 2016 - $50.00
This is a very busy camp ground. The spots are shaded and some, like mine was hard to level. The staff was nice to a point. - Vanslam
