6 RV Parks near Regina, Saskatchewan
Aug 2019 - $40.00
Pull through sites are VERY tight and not at all level. I had to use blocks under the front jacks to get close to level and the front wheels were off the ground. The utilities are poorly placed at the rear of the site. If you are towing you would need extra long hoses and cords. The sites themselves are mostly dirt with a little bit of gravel. Just a no frills, poorly laid out, campground, charging premium prices. - lllkrob

Had seen poor reviews for this campground, but that it had a new owner, so decided to try it because of its close proximity to Regina. Glad we did. Owners were pleasant and helpful from booking our reservation to answering all our tourist questions. Laundry room and adjacent bathrooms are newly renovated and very clean. There are washers and dryers, 3 loonies to wash, and 2 to dry. Our only complaint is that the large pull through sites are very close together. We didn't have a picnic table, but there wasn't really room between us and the unit next door for one. Sites are mostly dirt, with some gravel and weeds. Would have given a better rating if sites were wider and better maintained. - JamulGMA
Jul 2019 - $45.00
Coming from the east you need to make a wide loop around to get to the park but it is well signed. Interior roads are gravel as well as the sites. Our site had utilities on the wrong side but they worked fine. Wifi worked well enough for basic browsing. Large shower and restroom building was clean. Traffic noise is constant from highway so bring ear plugs. - cwier
Sep 2018 - $50.00
We pulled in at 6 pm and was shocked by the price. This is an old park in desperate need of upgrading. I paid for 50 amps but the breakers are actually double 20 amp instead of double 50. In the morning when everyone is using electricity the voltage dropped to 104 volts. The whole campground is run down. There is no place to hook up your toad and no place to park while you register. I would never stay there again. - moisheh
Jun 2018 - $30.00
This is an older, very basic park. What it has going for it is it's location, close to Regina city centre and all things shopping. The park is tired looking, but on the plus side the office help were friendly and gave us a discounted rate, the site was long enough for our rig and toad, there are a lot of trees, and the park is close to the highway but not too noisy. - Travel_IMHO
Jun 2018 - $37.00
Older park, right off Hwy 1. Our space was partly shaded. WiFi was very good, if sometimes a bit slow. We stayed two days and the highway traffic never bothered us. If you like TV, you'll need satellite, because we could only find two stations, one good and the other so broken up we couldn't see or hear much of anything. It was a good staging site for visiting Regina, with much of what we needed just down the road a mile or so. We'd happily stay here again. - L'Andante
Jun 2018 - $32.00
The 3 mile gravel entrance was probably the biggest negative and first impression. The sites are all back-in, having level gravel pad, good space between sites but field grass between sites with bare dirt in spots. Each site has 50 amp service only (no breaker) so bring adapters if something less is required. No WIFI at our site. The staff is friendly and cooperative. The RV Park is isolated from the golf course with a card reader on the road I think mostly for parking control of the golfing public. Many of the sites, all neat and managed, are filled with summer residents enjoying the isolation but not too many workers. Showers were hot, clean and comfortable. We visited early June so the sand bottom lake hadn't been filled. Looked like a nice vacation playground. We had plenty of grassy walk areas for the dogs. - Metro Johnson
Jun 2019 - $45.00
Very friendly and helpful host. The facilities and grounds are in dire need of upgrading. Non-potable water with poor water pressure. No site markers. We parked in a drive through that was actually 2 sites back to back. We would not stay again. - Terry Custer
Jul 2016 - $20.00
First the good points: it was cheap (that's about it).
Now the bad. The washrooms were closed "because of the road construction"! Really!? To be fair, I suspect this was a good campground at some point but is no more. I wouldn't be surprised to hear it's closed after the road work is finished this season. It looks like the road is coming nearer to the campground. We had a rain storm the night we were there and very nearly got stuck in our camp spot, lots of mud. What, they've never heard of gravel!? The 30 amp outlet was fried, I'm surprised it worked at all. The water was safe, says the guy we gave our money to, but it smelled and tasted of iron, maybe the water maybe the pipes.
We will not be back.
It's too bad there isn't a decent campground near Regina. - cachencouple
Jul 2015 - $28.00
The park has been greatly updated since our last visit in 2013. Very friendly service and nice spot. Tons of grass, dog friendly, and lots of open spots. Very quiet! Close to Regina. - Lynn Campbell
May 2019 - $33.00
Nice small campground right off TransCanada 1 and near Regina for touring. Extremely nice owners. Has a fenced dog run which is exceptional for Canada. 2 level 50 amp big rig pull thru full hookup grass sites. Others with 30 amp. Pool and good wifi. Would stay here again. - teepee51
Aug 2018 - $29.00
Small campground on acreage behind a house. The sites are laid out in a hodge-podge manner. It looks like that over time as they had a few extra dollars, they would just go out and throw in some utilities and call it a site. The dump station is very hard to get to, you have to circle through about half the site after dumping. They tried to assign us a so-called 50 amp site. The electrical hookup was inside a building about 45 feet from our site. They wanted to put in their 50 to 30 pigtail, then add their 30 amp extension cord, then convert back to my RV with a 30 to 50 pigtail. We declined and chose a FHU30 site instead. The workamper managers were friendly and very good to work with. The whole setup is strange and really rundown. The showers and laundry were clean, but very old and worn. AND no, we will not be back. After re-reading my comments, I just dropped the rating another star to 3. - dehdave
Jul 2016 - $25.00
We pulled in around 8:00pm andwere lucky to get one of the last spots. It was a quiet campground with family and pets! We were thrilled to see they had a beautifully maintained dog run. They had firewood available and we woke up for a morning swim in the heated pool. As a tenter it was nice to see they had laundry facilities as well as a dishwashing station. The staff were extremely accommodating and we would recommend this campground to anyone needing a place that feels like home for the night. - Pinkham
Aug 2010 - $30.00
This town run campground has many shady sites. The washroom is uni-sex and has a single toilet, and single shower. There is a good stout door that locks for privacy. It was extremely clean and had supplies available. The sites are small so anything over 30 feet may have a problem. There are 13 non serviced sites. The serviced sites have both 30 amp and 15 amp outlets with breakers on the pedestals. The water supply is way up in the air and has good pressure. Fire wood is available. The weekly rate is $150.00 serviced; $100.00 non serviced. The monthly rate is $500.00 serviced; $400.00 non serviced. Fees are paid on the honor system and checks are accepted. Check out time is 1:00 pm. There is a dump site. The entrance location is 50.65341,-104.863411 Email: firstname.lastname@example.org I would stay here again. - User3761
