Beautiful park. Lots are individually owned. Office and check in was great and staff was very friendly. Access to bike path from the park and biking to stores, restaurants, and the beach is very easy. Lots of great food nearby, some just a short walk. Publix across the street. Will return when it warms up a bit. Great stay. We camped at Hilton Head Island Motorcoach Resort in a Motorhome.

We picked site 371 and could not have been happier. Rates are a little higher than we like, but will return. Close to everything we wanted including the beach. Easy in, nice roads and #371 was nice and level and across the street from the beautiful pool. We camped at Hilton Head Island Motorcoach Resort in a Motorhome.

This park is a place where you buy the space and keep your RV there most of the time and rent your space out when you are not in residence. We liked it and Hilton Head a lot. Everybody in the park was very friendly. We plan on going back for at least a week in the near future. There are nearby bike rental places, and you can bike almost everywhere in Hilton Head including on the beach. After you check in they have valets guide you to your site and help you park your RV. We had a great time but two days was just not enough. Wife loves it and I like it a lot, we will be back. We camped at Hilton Head Island Motorcoach Resort in a Motorhome.

Our favorite place on the east coast. The campground is carved out of tall pine trees and the location is one mile from virtually everything including the beaches. They just raised their prices under new management t We camped at Hilton Head Island Motorcoach Resort in a Motorhome.

Our first time visiting Hilton Head and our first time at a "motor coach only" resort. We loved it! Easy to find off the Cross Island Expressway and close to grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, and the beach. All within a 5 minute drive. The park has beautiful landscaping and paved roads. You are escorted to your site after check in. Did not use the pool, but it looked clean and well cared for. The laundry room was very clean, $2.50 to wash and $2.00 to dry. Machines worked well. Each site here is privately owned, so there is quite a variety in the amount of landscaping, furniture, etc. on each site. When booking on-line, we were shown available sites (with photos) for the days we wanted to stay and were allowed to pick our site. We were extremely happy with the site we chose. Beautiful landscaping with palm trees and tasteful night lighting, high quality furniture, and a well maintained stamped concrete pad. Very private site. We had no issues during our stay. Can't wait to come here again! We camped at Hilton Head Island Motorcoach Resort in a Motorhome.

Hudson's Seafood restaurant was great, they catch their own shrimp. We enjoyed the Italian ice at Sunset Slush, a nice change from the usual ice cream! Publix grocery store is a 2 minute drive from the park, just across the mail road. Very convenient. Coligny Plaza and Beach are about a 5-7 minute drive.

$100 a night is highly overpriced, but this is Hilton Head. Our particular site - 290 - was excellent. There are privacy shrubs on each side, nice landscaping including hanging plants, and nice patio furniture (which we did not use, but added to the ambiance of the site). Additionally, walking around the park, most of the sites are attractive and well landscaped. All of the people that we met were very nice. The staff was helpful in guiding us to the site. It is a top notch motor coach resort. It was kind of nice not having all of the loud trucks that pull 5th wheels for a change! While the resort is extremely wooded and private, once outside the resort, you are close to everything that you need. We camped at Hilton Head Island Motorcoach Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:
The island is a great area for bike riding - really nice paths! If you plan to see the HH Island Lighthouse ($4.50 admission), which is in Harbourtown by the marina, plan on doing a bike ride through the Sea Pines Forest Preserve (and community). There is a $6 admission (per car) to get into Sea Pines, which you have to go through to get to Harbourtown (lots of shops there) and the lighthouse, but the bike riding in Sea Pines is awesome!

This was our first visit this year; we visited 4 times in 2017. Since we do not tow a car, biking is very important, and this facility is an excellent location for biking to restaurants, shops, markets and a beautiful beach. There are miles of bike trails all over the island that keep you off the major roads. Cable TV signal was strong, with good channel selection, Wi-Fi was weak and spotty, a complaint that we shared with others. There are only two men's room commodes in the clubhouse for the entire population, that's not enough. There is a general positive and friendly atmosphere with the staff and the people here. Each week there are bike tours and guided tours of the local areas that are fun and well coordinated. They are opening the snack bar at the lovely pool soon so you don't need to leave the pool area to find a nice lunch. The sites are well maintained and very clean. We will return soon. This is one of the best motorhome parks we have stayed in (They only allow Class A's in here). This is a private ownership park, so just a fraction of the 401 sites are available for rent. The sites are all tucked into beautiful Spanish moss covered oak trees, good separation between sites, most are very well landscaped which adds to privacy between the sites. Excellent wifi, satellite will not work on most sites due to the tree canopy, but they have excellent HD cable TV with lots of channels including HBO. There are two RV parks in Hilton Head one is on a marina as you enter the island, and is really far from the town of Hilton Head, while this RV park is "downtown" and close to everything. Great bicycle paths right from the park, shopping, supermarkets, are within walking distance. Beach is a mile away. The staff is great and friendly and help guide you to your site and help you maneuver in. The only real issues is that it is expensive and we were told that the rates were going up again after we left. So if you come here be prepared for sticker shock. Tips for other Campers:
Bring your bikes, Hilton Head is a very bike friendly town, with bike paths connecting the entire island. Savannah, GA and Beaufort, SC make great day trips, both about an hours drive from the campsite. If you like to golf this is a golf mecca. Also great jazz and other dinner/music venues on the island. If you want to enjoy any of these, make reservations way in advance as they are popular and fill up fast. If you can afford a lakefront site, get one, as there is no comparison to the others.

We were here for the first time last year and fell in love on our first visit. We ended up purchasing a site. The park is private, shady and close to all the amenities. We found the resort to be extremely clean. People are very friendly and the staff escorts you to your spot. There is a beautiful pool and spa. It's very dog friendly. They have dog stations in every loop. The best part is all the gorgeous palms, trees and scrubs. You really feel like you're in paradise here! The beach and restaurants are so close as well. If you love to ride bikes, this place is for you. We camped at Hilton Head Island Motorcoach Resort in a Motorhome.

Very nice, lush resort with many amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of trees and most sites will not be able to get satellite, but free cable and wifi are available. We were able to get one satellite to lock on. There are some limbs which need to be trimmed. 4 Bars Verizon, 4 Bars AT&T and 4 Bars Sprint.
Pull over to the right after the office to unhook your tow car and wait for escort to take you to your site. We

Nice park. Most sites are private owned but can be rented. Hookups were convenient and worked well. Were 45' so Interior roads are "manageable" just take it slow. Site we had was no frills with a table and chairs. Looked like they had been there a while. My one issue was we had a site next to a site that was being improved, so work activity was pretty constant from 9 to about 3 everyday. This included the use of a gas powered stone saw. For $80 a night I would expect not to have to endure this. We also arrived at a time when the trees were dropping pollen so needless to say yellow pollen and leaves were everywhere. We stayed on lot 311. It was near the clubhouse and had a lake view. Something very unusual in most resorts, our site was very private. Surrounded by hedges and trees but none over the coach. Site has padded furniture and a round table with an umbrella that has solar lighting at night. At night there is a nicely designed landscape lighting that makes evening sitting out very nice. There is no need to leave the resort for exercise. Very nice exercise facility. You can walk almost 2 miles within the resort and cover very little ground twice. Lake has fish if you want to catch and release. People are very friendly but not intrusive. Pool and hot tub are to die for! Lots of activities to participate in. Lots of things to do outside the resort too. Check out the restaurant deals! You can get a good meal for cheap if you shop around. Yea, they have pickleball too! The beach is to die for.
