It was not a pleasant stay. No shade to cover RV from direct sunlight, temperatures inside the camper (with 2 roof mount a/c's on coldest temps) easily reached 85°+ it was miserable living in my home. The lots are laid out in a disorganized manner, large lots, & lots of grass cuttings brought inside from the flip flops or pets. - sparksarehers

We arrived after hours and for some reason the park owners insisted on meeting us and leading us in ( I think so they could collect their money). They asked us what year our rv was for some reason, but when we got there we noticed more 70 and 80 model units there than newer ones. They parked us in the middle of a field. The hookups were placed so far away that we had to go buy extensions for everything. There is no dumpster on site and the website advertises that they have trailer side trash pickup. We were informed that we are responsible for our own trash and not to leave it outside!! They don't have a laundromat on site either so be prepared to find one. We were there during the rain so the rv floor got filthy from all of the mud! I would not recommend this park, they totally over sell it on their website. - Tyh

While this site was roomy and quiet, the roads were rough and needed graded. We had convenient hookups for a toy hauler. There are no trees for the RV sites, and the ground is very sandy, but the scenery is pretty. We never could find the trash dumpster, but a call to the owner would have taken care of that. We arrived late to check in due to two blowouts in the extreme heat. We felt our hostess was in a hurry to be paid rather than showing us some hospitality. If I were the owner, I hopefully would have been gracious enough to let the campers settle in and settle up in the morning. We stayed a week, and the rest of our stay was pleasant. - rhudyfam

An accidental find when we were thrown out of Charleston SC because of Hurricane Dorian. This is a brand new park in a delightful little town with a ton of things to do. The manager was so gracious and enthusiastic about all the things available in the area. Bath house to be built soon. Would love to have stayed longer. Small enclosed dog park made my puppy happy. - Shirley Gratto

park dirty and nasty, bathrooms/shower have mold on walls,no security, scary looking people out all night ,watched a drug sell outside our motorhome. 4 wheels loud and running fast. no speed limit. dogs pooping everywhere, no internet even though web site says there is. cable blurry. electric knocks out outside breaker. lots of trash- old boats, old campers with tarps around. food in restaurant terrible and charge too much. service awful. Will never go back if we have to stay over night at Walmart first. - campingmanna
Jul 2017 - $65.00
Small lots of permanent campers, old campers with tarps and plastic on top. Old boats not running, cars and trucks broke down, construction trailers sitting around campers. Nothing for kids to do. Office closes early, no security. People from restaurant walking around with open beer. Watched couple walk from restaurant and get on boat so drunk they had a hard time getting it running. Stayed inside because of drunks fighting at a site next door. Dogs run loose with no lead and owners don't clean up. Left early next morning. They don't give refunds of any kind, even emergency. - grandma1
