Jun 2016 - $1.00
It was not a pleasant stay. No shade to cover RV from direct sunlight, temperatures inside the camper (with 2 roof mount a/c's on coldest temps) easily reached 85°+ it was miserable living in my home. The lots are laid out in a disorganized manner, large lots, & lots of grass cuttings brought inside from the flip flops or pets. - sparksarehers
Jun 2013 - $50.00
We arrived after hours and for some reason the park owners insisted on meeting us and leading us in ( I think so they could collect their money). They asked us what year our rv was for some reason, but when we got there we noticed more 70 and 80 model units there than newer ones. They parked us in the middle of a field. The hookups were placed so far away that we had to go buy extensions for everything. There is no dumpster on site and the website advertises that they have trailer side trash pickup. We were informed that we are responsible for our own trash and not to leave it outside!! They don't have a laundromat on site either so be prepared to find one. We were there during the rain so the rv floor got filthy from all of the mud! I would not recommend this park, they totally over sell it on their website. - Tyh
Jul 2012 - $50.00
While this site was roomy and quiet, the roads were rough and needed graded. We had convenient hookups for a toy hauler. There are no trees for the RV sites, and the ground is very sandy, but the scenery is pretty. We never could find the trash dumpster, but a call to the owner would have taken care of that. We arrived late to check in due to two blowouts in the extreme heat. We felt our hostess was in a hurry to be paid rather than showing us some hospitality. If I were the owner, I hopefully would have been gracious enough to let the campers settle in and settle up in the morning. We stayed a week, and the rest of our stay was pleasant. - rhudyfam

My husband stayed there for about 6 months while working in Myrtle Beach. Great place for kids to play outside not any equipment but large grassy areas and very quiet. Lots of shade we enjoyed it there a lot. - sureshot80

We loved our stay at Little Pee Dee! It's conveniently located near I-95 in northern South Carolina, but it's far enough away from everything that all you really hear is silence. There is usually a lake, but at the time at that we were there, they had drained it for repair work on the local dam. It's still a beautiful view of the grassy lake bottom. I loved watching the sunrise light it up from our site. There are 50 campsites, about half of them have electricity hookups. All of them have their own water spigot. There is a dump station and a dumpster located at the entrance to the campground. Cell service for Verizon was great and consistent at about 2-3 bars for 4G LTE. AT&T cell service got 1-2 bars for 4G. T-Mobile was non-existent. We would definitely stay here again. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet, loved the layout, the convenience, and the ranger and camp hosts were great to talk to! - technogypsies
Jul 2017 - $14.00
We stayed for four nights and really enjoyed the peace & quiet. It's a small campground, with 50 sites, 32 sites with water and 30 amp electric. No full hookups. Utility connections are old but worked fine. Water connection for our site was pretty far from the motorhome water fill valve. We connected a second water hose so no problem. Our site wasn't level, requiring several leveling blocks. Excellent OTA television reception. Fair to good AT & T cell coverage. No wi-fi. Dump station and trash dumpster both easily accessed as you leave the campground. Bathrooms and showers are old but were cleaned frequently. Roads and sites are sand. This is an awesome campground if you're looking for peace & quiet. But there's not a lot to do with the kids because Lake Norton is gone; the dam collapsed and hasn't been rebuilt. There's a nature trail and that's about it. Bring bug spray because the mosquitoes are aggressive. Price reflects in-state resident senior discount. We'll stay here again, most likely after the dam is rebuilt and Lake Norton is back again. - tomnorman457

Absolutely beautiful little park situated in very natural surroundings. Road winding through the campground is packed sand/dirt, as are most sites. Loads of trees and shade. That said, this may not be the best park for the larger rigs. Most sites are fairly level but some definitely will require some effort. Most sites enjoy deep throughout the day. Comfort stations are old and showing their wear, but they are clean. OTA TV signals are good, Verizon reception is on the slow side. - aowcarol
