May 2018 - $31.00
We had site 406...our 40' motorcoach with a tow barely fit. Campground's looking a little tired. LOTS of seasonal. I thought $31 rate with Passport America was too high! He said full rate is $54 plus tax??. - Comet Bar Express
May 2018 - $35.00
Stayed here coming and going, Many full timers. Would use again for overnite. - Lafitte
Apr 2018 - $20.00
Great overnight stop. Flat, clean sites, friendly staff. Yes, it's close to I 95,but when you're tired from fighting maniacal spring break drivers, close is good. I - John McK

Jul 2018 - $50.00
Just a basic RV park but it does have 50 amp, sewer and pull through sites. Only there for a night but camper neighbors warned us regarding drinking the water. AC ran all night otherwise the Interstate 95 traffic noise would have been an issue. They told us they had a pool when we booked in April, but by arrival in July the pool was lime green and closed. No WIFI, No cable. As a one nighter, it was easy to get to and just fine. - gmast
Jun 2018 - $32.00
Campground was right off the highway and is fine for just an overnight stay. Picnic table was broken and patio was unswept. Canadian geese left droppings on sites. There is no cable and WiFi was poor. We were able to pick up a few channels on our antenna. - Roger & Mag
May 2018 - $38.00
Nice stop on 95 easy in easy out. - toytowner

We have stayed overnight at this park before when driving on I-20, west of Florence, SC. There are about half "regular" sites and the other half are "equestrian" sites. There is a dump station. We always pick the equestrian sites since all are pull-throughs while the regular sites are back in. Our site, and most others, are somewhat tight for maneuvering. Campground roads are narrow and one needs to be observant when navigating. The campground roads are in dire need of grading. Over-the-air TV reception was good enough to watch the two football games on that day. Verizon internet worked well. The park was sparsely occupied and very quiet. The campground host was very friendly and helpful. We like having the electricity so will be stopping here on future trips east and west on I-20. We have only stopped for an overnight here. - Jay Rutherford
May 2016 - $15.00
A well worn, but nice area. Park has some unique features, but it is wild and rough. All sites are sand and the ones in the inner circle, where the restrooms are, can flood in rainy weather. We enjoyed the lengthy park roads which are rich in nature. The roads flood in heavy rain too. Most sites on the outer rim stayed dry while I was here. There is no gate, but Rangers do patrol regularly. Artesian wells developed by the CCC back in the thirties are a should see. Flies were a problem in this area as well as Bishopville. Mifi was good and we received a few OTA channels. Satellite would not work well here. - JC69
Oct 2015 - $19.00
Lee State Park seems to be a large area of pine forest with some trails cut through it. The CG has large back-in sites with 30-amp electricity and water. There is a dump on the way out. About half the CG is set up for people with horses although none were there when we were there. It is extremely peaceful and pretty if you like the woods. You check yourself in using an envelope system and rangers drive by occasionally to see if everything is ok. CG is very convenient to the interstate. Surprisingly good cell reception and many regular tv channels. The road in the CG is sandy gravel and has washed out so it is wavy and requires slow driving. - virginianola

Home: that is the best way to describe this campground. It is a small campground with a BIG heart. The owner is willing to go the extra mile for you. Not fancy, but comfortable. - Les and Des
