The campground is on the Missouri River and the view is beautiful! When you stay there, you also have access to the indoor pool and hot tub in the motel next door. There's a nice playground for children and the property is clean. Some sites are completely in the sun but there's shaded sites as well. I definitely will go back there again. It's very quiet and the people we met were very nice. We camped at Arrowwood Cedar Shore Resort in a Motorhome.

We camped here for 3 nights in the newer graveled part of the campground. There were lots of ruts/holes in the road due to recent rains. As noted by a previous reviewer, the sites along the river are mostly seasonal, but our view of the river was great. Most of the sites slope toward the river, so leveling is a big task. There is a bathroom building in the added area of the campground, and it was clean on the first day. It seems after that nothing was done other than adding toilet paper. The lights during the night drew lots of bugs, especially after there was a hatch of some kind of fly from the river. There were piles of dead flies in front of the bathrooms that were not cleaned up while we were there. The showers were OK with plenty of hot water, but they need serious updating. Showers are located in the office building, which is a hike from the new area of the campground. Overall, we thought this campground was high priced for the quality. That being said, you can use the facilities of the hotel, so some people might enjoy the pool. The WiFi signal was good throughout the campground. We camped at Arrowwood Cedar Shore Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Very nice, well maintained park. Most of the sites along the river are for seasonals. The back loop is gravel and appears like it was added on at some point. Those sites have smaller trees that branch out into some of the sites and could run against your RV. Our site had no shade. Full hookups. Beautiful view of the river. We camped at Arrowwood Cedar Shore Resort in a Travel Trailer.

This park is billed as a resort, but doesn't live up to that title. Other reviewers have posted about the sites and overall look of the park. I agree that the long term sites are shadier and nicer. We pulled in on a weeknight and there was very low occupancy. The restroom was hardly "resort" quality. It was dark, concrete floored, and looked like it belonged in a prison or a high school gym in the 1950's. There is a "unisex toilet" at the far end where we were camped-as others have stated, the office is a long walk. I looked in the door on the women's half last night and wouldn't go in. It was easily as bad as the restrooms at the office, plus there was filth on the floor in front of the toilet that hadn't been cleaned up. Finally, they advertised cable TV, but only had a few channels, and the only "news" station was FOX-no CNN or MSNBC. As a matter of principle, we will no longer stay in any RV Park that only offers Fox entertainment fake news. No excuse for not having a legitimate news source. We camped at Arrowwood Cedar Shore Resort in a Motorhome.

Turn into the campground prior to Arrow Wood Resort. Pull through sites are on a slight grade up a hill and makes it difficult to even out without needing an additional step to get into your RV. You will be about a 3/4 of a block to the office. So purchase your wood/ice right when you pull in or bring a wagon if you like to walk. Washer and Dryers are inside the office. Grass needed to be mowed. We got a pull through and were very disappointed. They are very uneven. We requested a riverside site and were parked behind some cabins which was a disappointment. Looks like they maintain the seasonal site area better than the visitor area. Fire pits were not clear of garbage. They do come by daily and pick up your garbage that you put in a trash can at your site. Marina is pretty. Hotel amenities are nice if you use them. The view of Chamberlain across the river at night is really beautiful. We camped at Arrowwood Cedar Shore Resort in a Motorhome.

We used this campground as an overnight stop. A big issue if you are not a regular is, there is no sign for the campground road. I had to pull into the hotel parking lot and turn around back to the road and pull into what looks like a service road! No big deal, but a sign would be a big help. Then I asked for a pull through, but they had me in a back in. I was upset at first, then I seen the pull throughs. I was then happy with my very long back in site that I could leave my truck hooked up. You have access to the hotel and it's amenities. Nice pool, outside bar area. Beautiful views of the river. It's an OK campground, with a "resort" in its name. All hookups worked great. Cable was clear but short on channels. We camped at Arrowwood Cedar Shore Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We were disappointed to find that unlike the description on the web site, this park is a below average campground instead of a "resort". Check in was in a small office where we noticed that the single washer/dryer were too dirty to use. We were assigned a pull-thru site that faced uphill and was sloped to the point of being unable to level without raising the rear wheels off of the ground. Sites are dirt with ragged grass and small trees. We watched as two other RVs gave up trying to get level and drove around to find a site they could use. Also frustrating was to see the empty pull-thru sites facing the river that were reasonably level and that sat empty. Cable TV was basic eleven channels and fuzzy analog. WiFi was weak and would not connect. At this nightly rate we expected at least average service and were disappointed. Probably a good spot to stay long-term, as the back-in sites were paved and level, but for the short term there are better options. We camped at Arrowwood Cedar Shore Resort in a Motorhome.

We loved the view of the Missouri River from our campsite. Site was nice with concrete pad and level, although we noticed some others were not. Next door is a more traditional resort and campers allowed to use amenities such as indoor pool. We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant. There was also an outside Tiki bar that served pub food. There was also a marina onsite and we rented a pontoon boat for the afternoon. We camped at Arrowwood Cedar Shore Resort in a Motorhome.

Overnight stop only. Easy access from/to I-90. Great location right on the Missouri River. First pull through gravel site was on slight hill with no way to get the rig leveled and had to unhook to move because trees at the end of the site were so bad. Moved us to a concrete back-in site that worked well. We camped at Arrowwood Cedar Shore Resort in a Motorhome.

When we made reservations we were told that a 10% AARP discount was available. Unfortunately we failed to bring it up again at registation, so we were charged full price. We went back to the office the next day to correct the error and were told it was to late, she couldn't fix it. We paid for 3 nights on check in. She couldn't even manage to correct the two remaining nights.

The campground maintenance is adequate. Grass was pretty shabby. Limited shade. Most of the sites are taken by long term renters. Sites are big. We camped at Arrowwood Cedar Shore Resort in a Motorhome.

We made reservations in advance, but you can get in here during the week. Weekends are full. Campground has it's own office. Do not check-in at the hotel. A very nice lady was working the campground the day I arrived. She drove me around in a golf cart to look at a number of sites available. They offer a seasonal rate from April to October. All of the best shaded sites are taken by seasonal campers that leave their rigs for the entire season and only camp here on weekends. I selected a site that was severely slopped but had partial shade. Roads are part asphalt and part dirt/gravel. Sites are dirt/gravel with a picnic table. The sewer connection was about 8-inches above ground level. Water had to run upstream. Lodge facilities (pool, bar, restaurant) are available to the campground guests. The restaurant is expensive. Expect to pay over $20 a plate for dinner. The lake and campground is in a valley making the view really nice. No OTA television reception. Got a 10% discount with AARP ($36). We camped at Arrowwood Cedar Shore Resort in a Motorhome.

The other reviews capture this campground well. It is very nicely designed, it is on a lake portion of the Missouri River, it had good wifi and the usual amenities. Water sports are the big draw in this area. It is part of a very nice hotel/lodge next door and all of its facilities are open to campers: indoor poor, hot tob, restaurant and bar, etc. we would definitely stay her again. We camped at Arrowwood Cedar Shore Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This campground is on the west bank of the Missouri River. We had planned to stay one day, but after seeing the site, we decided to stay 3 days. We had a beautiful back in site on the river. The full hook ups were excellent and the internet was the fastest I have ever had while camping. I did notice that there are pull thru lots off the river and they appeared to be plenty long and roomy. The only negative I could see was the fact the laundry consisted of one washer and one dryer in the office. We camped at Arrowwood Cedar Shore Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
