Overall Rating:

We chose this park based on previous reviews. Many things have changed. The price is now $30.00 for all sites even though only some are full service. It is still a self check in. Just as I dropped my pay envelope into the slot the owner arrived. I'm guessing to make sure I was paying?? I asked her if it was okay to clean the bugs off of the windshield. Her reply was "If you are going to use lots of water you must pay extra". I assured her that not only was I not going to use a lot of water, I was not even going to hook the water to my rig while I stayed. I always travel with about 1/2 tank incase park water is off or bad tasting. She shrugged and walked away. We chose site 13. It was one of a very few that had a table. It's a good thing I need not need to attach the water 'cause the spigot is so far to the rear I would have needed an extra hose. The grass was un-cut and there was a lot of garbage left on may of the sites. I think because the season is near the end there is a lot of neglect. This park is way overpriced for it's location, service and amenities. We will not be back. We camped at Hill's RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Convenient and good overnight. Would be good for longer stays. Utilities are fine. Self-check in is simple. Low highway noise in background. Definitely would stay again. We camped at Hill's RV Park & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Just a standard RV park with all pull-thrus. There is a pool but it closes after labor day and there is a 2.00 charge. Staff is very friendly. Biggest problem is the constant noise from I-90. Sites are close together, but it wasn't crowded when we were there so it wasn't an issue. Your RV faces the wrong way, so you get afternoon sun on you passenger side and sun in you front window. There are trees, which helps provide some shade. Would stay again. Bathrooms are a little rustic but clean. We camped at Hill's RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

We were just passing through and this was a great stop for the night, easy in and out. Rate is Passport America, and I was thankful they did not charge extra for kids. The night we were there they had a terrible thunderstorm and sirens started going off like for a tornado warning. We're not used to that kind of stuff so it was a little scary. We saw lights flashing at the check in building where the laundry room is so we ran there for shelter and waited out the storm. Thankfully everything was fine and we survived, but it definitely had us a little scared there for awhile. Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile all worked great. We camped at Hill's RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Very Nice CG With Friendly Staff. I picked a water/electric only site. All Sites Are pull throughs & quite level. The orientation of the sites are to the Southwest which is good for satellite TV reception. There are trees at almost all sites but they are not large. Good AT&T cell & 5 bars of LTE data. Good Dish Network Reception and 19 OTA Channels. We camped at Hill's RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Owner waited close to midnight to check us in at the office. Bathrooms were being updated. Great pull thru sites. Didn’t use the pool since it was closed. Water pressure a bit high. A bit tricky to find in the dark. Pull into Dollar General parking lot and proceed down gravel road on the left. Look for big white “Check in here” sign. We camped at Hill's RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Very nice no-frills park. We couldn't get the wifi to work. The sites are nice and level. Placement of the trees made satellite access tricky. The roads are dirt but well maintained so they're very navigable. We camped at Hill's RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Right off I-90 makes it very convenient. Full sun, pick your pull through site. Owner greeted us as we pulled in. Office was a shambles, couldn't wait to get out of there. It could use some sprucing up. She took our check, put it in a box and told us to pick our site. Based on the office and chairs around the pool, we opted not to use it or the bathhouse. It's ok for a one night overnight. We stayed two nights and used the time to take care of maintenance items. We camped at Hill's RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

The Passport America discount makes this small park a good one night stop on I-90. As usual, we had a FHU site that was satellite friendly. There there is no cable TV, so you may want to call ahead because not all sites are FHU and/or satellite friendly. The WiFi worked fine for our minimal (e-mail and web surfing) needs. The bathrooms and laundry were clean. The only recreational amenity is a pool. I saw no recycling. We camped at Hill's RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

This is a well kept park and easy access, plus having all pull throughs for quick overnight stays make it so convenient. passport price for a space without sewer is 20.00 but we picked one near our friends and had to pay for sewer even though we did not hookup. but we could have moved and saved the up charge. Rate reflects PA discount. This is a no-frills overnight stay park that is excellent for travelers (not campers). Not all sites are 50 amp so you have to ask. Trees are small so satellite reception is great. This was our 4th or 5th stay here while traveling to the Black Hills from the Midwest. Never any issues with reservations or accommodations. Easy navigation in and out. Across the road there is a diesel fuel stop. We camped at Hill's RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Nicely maintained. Level sites. Great for overnight even 2 nights. All sites are pull-throughs. Dump station available. Price for cash/check but will take credit cards for small fee. Pool nice plus. No OTA to speak of. Wifi but didn't bother getting code. Decent signal Vz and Sprint. Some sites have picnic table and even saw a couple fire rings that could probably be taken to your site. Allowed to pick own site dependent on sewer (closer to front) or not - 5 sites at the end of every row. Easy to pull in and out. Easy on and off I-90.
