As stated in the other reviews, this is a mobile home park with permanent residents that also has some spaces for RVs intermixed with the mobile home sites. The sites have concrete ribbons to park on that is filled in between with gravel, the rest of the site is grass. Our site was large and level, no need for blocking. Verizon has a strong, fast signal, satellite reception will be spotty because of the trees. Since the sites are perpendicular to the street, some of them could take some careful maneuvering to get into. We stayed here on a Saturday and did not see management. When we talked to them on the phone; he assigned us a site number, told us where it was located, told us the cost, and told us to leave a check in the drop slot at the office. Overall, while it has only full hookups and no amenities, its a decent place to overnight or even spend a couple of days. If you're looking for the "RV resort experience", pass this one by. But, its better than Walmart. - Starmaster
Apr 2017 - $32.00
Older mobile home community with a few rv sites. All back-in sites. Narrow gravel pad. Hard to maneuver into site. Had to unhook to level fifth wheel because pad badly sloped from front to rear. Lots of traffic noise. Hook-ups okay. Strong water pressure (60 psi). Definitely recommend pressure regulator. No WiFi or cable. Would not stay here again. - Life's good
Nov 2015 - $27.00
This is the second time we have stayed here in our motor home. Mostly permanent trailer homes. Very quiet at rear of park. Traffic noise at front.
Manager most obliging. Good laundry, TV room and pool. 50amp , water, and sewer. OK for large rigs.
Grass and gravel sites where permanent trailer homes had previously been.
Will stay again when passing through. - Kings USA Travels

Aug 2016 - $30.00
Parking on asphalt with in the ground hookups. I mean down in the ground with standing water and/or covered over with dirt from run off to access faucets. Sewer hook ups covered with singles. all down in the ground. I looked at the website and it was nice. I should have looked at the comments section and I did not. Lesson learned! it worked for an overnight stay but would not do it again. Basically its a trailer park with added on 8-12 RV sites. It was almost dark and I had been driving over 600 miles so I was ready but I will stop and review campgrounds better next time. - byrdr1
Apr 2016 - $30.00
We have stayed here before when passing through for the night. It was an OK place for one night. The price is now $30 and very run down. There are about 15 sites up front on asphalt. The sites are very close. I don't think I would be able to park my trailer between two other RV's and put the slide out. There were about 8 long term RV's in the front sights. We won't stay here again. - Traveller101
Apr 2016 - $30.00
This was a one night stop for us on our way to Nashville. The park is mostly long term residents with an asphalt parking lot at the front for transients to park. The spaces are very tight, but do have full hookups. The owner was very nice guiding us to the place he wanted us to park. The park is right off I-40 and easy to find. It was adequate for a one night stay. - HappiLeeRVing

Nov 2018 - $33.00
Very nice and quite park. Lady that checks you in couldn't have been more friendly. Hook ups worked great and the only bad thing was the sewer hook up was a long way from the elec and water. Park only takes cash or check no credit cards. The only negative was the rough road coming into the park and the interior roads were full of holes. You just have to travel slow. - roaming around
Oct 2018 - $30.00
Stayed here because everything in Memphis was booked. Cash only. Long, bumpy dirt road to get to campground. This was sufficient for a place to park to get a night's rest. Lots of room to walk the dog. No frills. But the owner couldn't have been sweeter. - Txgranni
Oct 2018 - $33.00
Stayed here as an overnight stopover. Great little park. Very welcoming check-in. Quiet! Even though other reviews spoke of horrible driveway conditions, it wasn’t really bad. We just drove slow and had no problem. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Make ya feel right at home!!! - butch&brenda

Jan 2019 - $35.00
Stayed here coming and going from Oklahoma to the east coast. Beautiful setting near a civil war battlefield. Fast food and cheap diesel close by at I-40 interchange. The owners are some of the nicest folks I've run into. Very professional and helpful, giving out interesting information packet at check in. RV service on site by co-owners. Propane was available and very cost friendly. Park was nicely decorated with Christmas decorations. Quiet setting with nice pool and pond. Great place to walk dogs. Shiloh civil war battlefield within driving range. Honestly, this is an extremely well run RV park and I will always look forward to staying here again. AT&T internet with a strong signal. Highly recommend this one. - Lynn Wagoner
Dec 2018 - $39.00
Beautiful, country setting. Great location halfway between Memphis and Nashville. Sites had concrete pads and spaced far apart. Very clean. There is no dog park but plenty of land to walk around including a pond with ducks and seating. Farm with views of cows behind RV park. Not too far from highway. There are restaurants near the interstate entrances but recommended to bring food with you. Just a great place to relax. Cable very good, WiFi average. - Andrea W
Nov 2018 - $36.00
Parkers Crossroads is the epitome of the way an RV Park should be run. This was our fourth stay and won't be the last. How do we love you, let me count the ways: Very friendly hosts, easy check in, guided us to our site. Lots of information at check-in about the park, amenities offered onsite and in the area. Far enough from interstate that it is very quiet. Very level concrete pull through, so we didn't have to unhook unless we wanted to go to our favorite Patty's Restaurant for catfish. They have pizza onsite that can be delivered to your door. LP Gas available, firewood, RV repair services. - Texas E-S

PT #1 Beech Lake campground is a decent facility, The Seasonal campers are very nice and were very helpful. The Issue that I have is with the "Owners/Managers". We arrived in the mid afternoon (Between 2-3pm) went to check in, the office was closed no one to check in with. Luckily we had an idea where our spot was so we were off to find it, We found it thanks to some seasonal, we set up, we were doing fine until a gentleman with an attitude (Around 10pm) came to us about a truck that was parked. This truck had a trailer on it so we pulled it in to a vacant spot. The gentleman told us to MOVE IT NOW!! We agreed to but asked to where and what do we do about the trailer? With attitude he told us to put the trailer in the "Field" and the truck in a parking spot. This was our FIRST visit to this place and the office was not open when we arrive and NO staff were seen on grounds to ask any questions too. We did as we were asked not knowing if we were even doing what they asked correctly . The next morning I went to the camp store to "Check in" and was meet by a gal behind the desk who was anything but nice and or even close to being happy. She swiped my card, took my name address, phone #, and D.L. #???. That was a first for me but already sensed some attitude, just went with it. Tried to ask some questions but got little to NO response from her. We were told that we did not get our envelope that was taped to the wall??? I did not know that we had one waiting, Oh wait its our first time here.... Got through that day pretty decent breaker blew in the main panel to our site but a seasonal helped us out, The showers and RR were very clean. The next afternoon we were with some friends in another part of the campground and the same guy came back and yelled about the truck again, We were again parked in an unused camping spot loading and unloading things out of the bed of the truck. He then told us that the local Sheriff will be towing the truck?!?! WOW. - TwinCampers
Aug 2015 - $25.00
We have stopped at numerous other campgrounds in our many years of traveling. There is no positive way to describe this place. It is a true dump. Lots of seasonals, most of whom appeared to take care of their units. We very well may have been the only over night campers there. The entire campground is sorely lacking in maintenance. The sites have tree limbs and leaves in them, they are not level, and dead tree limbs are stacked up between sites. The roads are gravel and in poor shape with tree limbs hanging over them. The picnic table had moss growing on it. There was no sewage, WIFI or cable hookups, only water and electricity. A prior commenter said they were working the campground -- we didn't see any evidence of that. AVOID THIS PLACE IS OUR ADVICE. - Jackson W
Jul 2011 - $24.00
The park has been bought by a new couple, and they are trying to improve it. As of yet, they only have 30 AMP site but are upgrading some pull throughs to 50 AMP. The campground is clean and the people are very friendly. If you have a boat, this is a wonderful lake! We fished from our campsite and did well. If only they rented boat's this campground would be GREAT. - sandimal
