Overall Rating:

This park is quite conveniently located for touring Nashville, especially since there is a $10 round-trip shuttle daily from 9:30 am to 2:00 am. The park is within 2 miles of the Grand Old Opry. (BTW, don't pay for the Opry parking, use the mall parking lot which is right next to the Opry. In fact the ticket office tells you to do this.) The gravel sites are level, the hook-ups are easy (the water hook-up is insulated for winter.) There was a cement patio and picnic table with our site. The cement was cracked and the picnic table was older but serviceable. The cable is good but the internet is not the best. Good value for the location of the campground. We especially enjoyed the shuttle into town. We would not want to park in town near the museums. The live music on some nights was quite a treat. We did not try the pool but on hot muggy days, lots of others did. We camped at Two Rivers Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

We toured the Stones River Civil War Battle Ground. Very nice and informative. We also took a one-hour tour of the Nissan plant in Smyrna, just south of Nashville. President Andrew Jackson's Hermitage was also a good place to tour. If you like lots of people, lots of noise and lots of commotion, you'll love downtown Nashville. Get your Opry tickets early. We saw lots of people disappointed when they got to the box office and learned that only SRO tickets were available.

Overall Rating:

The campground is easy to get to from major highways and our GPS had no problem taking us right to it. The campground is neat, well groomed, well taken care of and with no trash laying around. The campground is sandwiched between two RV dealers, one being Camping World. The roads within the park are paved and in good condition and there are no overhanging trees. Customer service was excellent. Our site was hard packed gravel, back in but with a slope to the right. Site separation was minimal, side to side; and, back to back. I did have enough room to open my patio and window awnings. Our site was FHU but only 30 amp which for the price you pay for the site is a big negative for me. In addition, there is no breaker at the box at the site so you can't turn the power off before you plug in and unplug - another negative in my book. These two negatives were what lowered my rating from a 9 to an 8. Our site had no shade but there are other sites that do offer complete shade. We were able to get a good DISH signal. All pets were observed on a leash. There were no bugs. Our Verizon cell phone and MiFi had good signals. The campground offers WiFi and it is secure and worked well. We would stay here again. We camped at Two Rivers Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

This is Nashville. The Grand Old Opry, Nashville Nightlife Show and Supper, Country Music Hall of Fame, American Pickers at the Marathon Motor Works Building, and the list goes on. The Old Town Trolley tour was excellent and they have a free shuttle that picks up at the campground at 9 am and returns at 1 pm and 5 pm. This is the real reason we stayed here, it was much easier than driving in and trying to find and pay for parking.

Gravel sites with lots of huge puddles on the roads and sites after a rain. Basically a mixture of weeds and overgrown grass between sites.
They did have a small dog park but unfortunately it also was overgrown.
Sites were fairly well separated.
They do have live music several nights a week if you like that.
Very friendly and helpful in the office.
Well stocked store and gift shop.
Very close to the Grand Ole Opry and shops and restaurants. We camped at Two Rivers Campground in a Motorhome.

Came without a reservation and was highly welcomed. The spigot on my site was leaking a bit and instantly they came and repaires it. Thay have a very nice little shop for both souvenirs and useful rv items. If we go to Nashville...we definitely will choose them again as they are next to Camping World and near Music venues. We camped at Two Rivers Campground in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This campground has some good features and some not so good. The access is easy on major roads and there is a reception area large enough for 2-3 RVs. The check in was smooth. The camp hosts were great and had a lot of information on local sites. Interior roads were manageable however there were a lot of pull/tow vehicles parked along the way to our site. The site was ok. Not a good value for the price however your paying for the location here, not the site. We had a 50 amp hookup which worked well. Water pressure was low but manageable. Cable and sewer were on site too. The site was tight to neighbors. Gravel base with a concrete patio and picnic table. There are a few mature trees scattered about. Didn't use the bathrooms or shower. Pool was closed this time of year. The office has a decent store for grab and go items, there was also a game room. The roads were paved but the concentration of RVs looked more like a gravel parking lot. This is not what we consider a secnic park. We camped at Two Rivers Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

The shuttle to downtown was great. About a 30 min ride, less than Lyft and Uber for two. The park is adjacent to two RV dealers. (Camping World and Local dealer) and within walking distance to KOA and Jellystone. Gaylord Opeyland is about 1.5 miles away. If you haven't been there it a good place just to walk through.

Stayed on site 313 which was a level gravel back in site with a concrete pad. The sites give you ample room to open slides on both sides and the roads are wide enough to navigate and make it easy to back into your site. The wifi and TV were very good here and the park has a good size dog park. The plus to this park is that for $10. a shuttle arrives at the park each hour to transport you to the downtown area which well worth it as parking is an issue. The staff were extremely friendly and and will assist in selecting and obtaining tickets for events. The park is next door to a Camping World and just off the freeway but is quite. We camped at Two Rivers Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Two Rivers RV Park is just off the freeway, in between an RV dealership and a Camping World, in a row of other RV parks, about 1 1/2 miles from the Grand Ole Opry ($7 by Lyft), and ten miles from downtown. The park is clean and the people friendly. Sites are level gravel, and have a concrete pad for the picnic table. As private parks go, site spacing wasn’t terrible. The hookups were all very close together. Sewer hookup was within six inches of the fresh water. The water was heavily chlorinated, and I think this is the park that destroyed our water filters. Cell service was fine. I didn’t try the WiFi. We camped at Two Rivers Campground in a Motorhome.

There were no 50-amp or pull-through sites available, only 30-amp back-in's. It worked OK for us. They caution you to not overload the 30-amp service, even giving out a sheet with estimated current draw for all your appliances. The power boxes do not have their own circuit breakers, so if you overload it you'll have to call the office to have it reset. This park is very conveniently located for visiting the Grand Ole Opry, only 2 miles away. And they have a shuttle that runs into Nashville on the hour and half-hour. $10 per person round trip. This park was the best value that we could find in the area. We'd probably stay here again. We camped at Two Rivers Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Have stayed here numerous time even though the sites are very close and mostly back-ins (we actually got a PT this time!) and it is pricey, but it is the best place to stay and visit the Nashville area. Stayed for 8 nights, close proximity to downtown Nashville, Grand Ole Opry can't be beat. Third-party shuttle service provides quick and easy access to downtown for a very reasonable price. Sites are close together, no fire pits (bring your own is allowed), pool is very clean, little to no noise because everyone is out doing their Nashville thing. Would definitely return. Tips for other Campers:

Opry Mills Mall a short distance away, next to Grand Ole Opry and Gaylord Opryland Resort. It's worth a visit to the resort just to walk around inside - it's truly one of the nicest resorts anywhere (have stayed there before). Tip - don't pay the $29 to park in their parking lot - park at the Opry Mills Mall and take the short walking path back to the resort.

Stayed two nights. Site was level, WiFi good, water pressure a little low but tolerable. Front office extremely helpful. Set up a tour for me and lots of good advice. The pool must be good - always crowded. store well stocked. Tour trolley picks up out front ad does two different shuttles into town for a very reasonable price. Spaces are wide, grass between. Very clean and well attended. I'd do it again if I hit Nashville. We camped at Two Rivers Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

I asked te front desk for a rib place in the area. She recommended a couple. I picked Scoreboard and am glad I did. Not fancy, but the food in great! The Old Town Trolley is a hop-on, hop-off type of tour bus. The pick you up at the CG and return you later in the day, no charge. Their 15 stop tour covers just about everything and you can explore all you want, then pick up another trolley for the next stop..

There is a wonderful dog park about five minutes from the park. Two Rivers Dog Park was clean and spacious. Highly recommend it if you are traveling with a dog that needs to run a bit! Downtown we loved Roberts Western World. It was recommended by a friend and was the best "downtown " music we heard!

Let me say up front that we don't choose Campgrounds as destinations, we use them as a base to visit areas we want to see. So location and safety are priority and they seem to run hand in hand. When we find an area we want to stay in we want a park that has good people to work with, stable electric. The site can be leveled if it's not too terrible, we fill our water tank and use our pump because water pressure is often not consistent, we have extra data in case the WiFi is poor. Two rivers campground is clean, safe, in good location to visit Nashville, and has excellent People!! We didn't have to level our site, the WiFi worked well for us, and we didn't use any data. The water pressure looked a little low but we always fill our fresh tank and use our own pump, so I don't really know. We don't try to use anyone's cable if there is good over the air reception and being this close to Nashville you get good OVA reception. We believe Two Rivers is just the type of Campground we always look for, and there were bonuses too, like a well stocked camp store, entertainers playing on the back porch nearly every night for tips. We camped at Two Rivers Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

There are restaurants and entertainment less than a mile from the campground. There are a couple of shuttle companies that will take you downtown for $20 round trip. The shuttles are suppose to run at the top or the bottom of the hour but often run late so you have to allow for that. Uber is about $15 one way, but of course more consistent and the take you where you want to go and pick you up where you are when you want to come back. The shuttles have a single drop off and pick up spot, so you have a little more walking to do but you save $10 on a round trip not counting any tips you may wish to give.

The Music of Nashville show at the Texas Troubadour Theatre was very good and the office can set it up with a little discount as well. It's only a mile down the road. The Rolling Music Jamboree was a lot of fun and we would do that again in a minute. The Hermitage was very interesting and about 20-30 minutes away.

Obviously this review is based on our personal experience. We made reservations a few months ago. They placed us in the back of the property in an area where monthly reservations reside. Was told the park was totally full, which was clearly not the case. Although WiFi is advertised (needed for work), our site was too far away from any repeaters to connect. I had to spend my day at McDonald's to get work done. Staff was rude and condescending. When I mentioned the issues with the WiFi, staff said that the service was free and that I could go somewhere else and pay for better WiFi. To be fair, sites closer to the front of the park were nicer and would probably have not had the internet access issues. Based on our site, no access to WiFi, and terrible staff, we would DEFINITELY NOT stay at this campground again. There are other parks next door. As a matter of fact, I at least had signal from their Internet repeaters. We camped at Two Rivers Campground in a Motorhome.
