We arrived on a Tue and departed on Sun. Mid-week the park was mostly empty and very pleasant. Tho it was packed by Sat morning the park was still pleasant. There is no overflow parking so the sites with more than 1 vehicle are really crowded but the roadways were still usable. Well kept and clean. The laundry room only has 3 washers and 3 dryers, more would be a plus. The location is good for visiting the attractions. The WiFi worked great until the CG filled up when it became much slower (but was still usable). Our pad was level side-side and had a slight drop back-front (good for water runoff when it rains, which it didn't). Owners/employees that I ran into were all friendly and helpful. The pool looked nice/clean but we didn't use it. We camped at Camp RiversLanding in a Fifth Wheel.

The park is beautiful. Very kid friendly with lots of activities. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way for us. We had car trouble and the maintenance man, aka Mountain Man, let us borrow his vehicle to rent a car. Very clean. The park on the map looks very large and spread out. We were surprised when we arrived that is wasn't that large. Every site is close to the pool and the other amenities. We had a river site. Enjoyed free tubing. We will definitely stay again. The only complaint is the sites are a little small and they are a little pricey but if we paid to go tubing the cost evens out. My 5 yr old grandson was definitely tired at the end of the day. It is a must stay park. We camped at Camp RiversLanding in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

First off this is a resort town campground, so if you want the quiet Great Smoky Mountains experience, a National Park Campground is for you. If you want a campground close to all the restaurants, attractions, and action that Pigeon Forge has to offer, this is your place. It is one street off the main drag, near other hotels and behind a go-cart track, but when you want to go to sleep at night you can't hear it. It is a family campground, so lots of kids, but when its quiet time it gets quiet and no issues. We staying on the back row at the wood line, just because we have a longer trailer. The river sites look nice, but most are short, and looks like a chore to get level on some of them. Bathhouse is excellent, and lots of kids amenities on site. Full hook-ups with no issues, and great friendly staff. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay in the heart of Pigeon Forge. As far as site, had awning fully extended and then probably another 4 feet past that to the other camper, so for in town, it was a nice site. We camped at Camp RiversLanding in a Travel Trailer.

We read other reviews before we decided to stay at Riverslanding. It’s true there were goose dropping behind our camper, our spot was pretty tight, and the sewer hook up is right next to your neighbors picnic table. But the park was very clean and the staff was very helpful. Water pressure was a little low but our riverside site was very nice considering the location of the park. This is not a national park it’s a campground right off the strip in Pigeon Forge so keep that in mind. There is noise from the surrounding roads and hotels but we didn’t have any trouble sleeping and relaxing. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely return. We camped at Camp RiversLanding in a Travel Trailer.

Pool was open and heated in April!!! Loved it!!!

Close to Dollywood and other attractions. Kids loved the Mountain coaster. Was super easy to get to the park via Veterans Parkway and miss all the stop and go traffic. We camped at Camp RiversLanding in a Travel Trailer.

This is a very nice campground. Stayed in site 21 right on the river. Didn't have any trouble leveling the camper. Bathrooms were some of the nicest we have ever seen and that compares with our stay at Disney. Staff were very friendly. Close to many things around Pigeon Forge. Only downside was the riverside spaces were pretty tight. Others in the campground did not seem as tight. We camped at Camp RiversLanding in a Travel Trailer.

Nice and quite park. Very clean and well maintained. Some sites are on the river and great for fishing. The sites are level and easy to get into with nice shade trees. The hosts are very friendly and came by to make sure everything was ok. Our main reason for staying here was to visit the National Park but I wish we would've planned to stay several more nights. It's that peaceful. I also enjoyed a visit with the owners as they stopped by our site to say hi as they were walking through the park. We camped at Camp RiversLanding in a Motorhome.

First time stay at this campground. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Our river site was sloping and was difficult to level as was same problem with neighbor in next site over. This river site has nice view of river yet you are also right beside bridge crossing river (Golf Drive). If you don't care about being on river there are lots of level sites interior. Bath/shower combo suites were in excellent condition, nice pool. Our biggest problem was the geese, their poo was everywhere, maintenance cleaned up our site after we arrived but there is definitely a goose poop problem watch where you step. The sewer hook up was above this site and we moved when were leaving, with management approval, to an empty site and dumped before we left.

2 entrances to campground Golf Drive and Cates Rd. Office located at Golf Drive entrance. We camped at Camp RiversLanding in a Travel Trailer.

Was a little disappointed, camp sites are very close together and a lot of through traffic coming from a hotel. We never use showers and restrooms therefore no opinion. Dog park is nice but it's across a fairly busy street from rv Park. Wi-fi was pretty slow. We camped at Camp RiversLanding in a Fifth Wheel.

We pulled in late one night and it was easy find our spot as they had posted our reservation on the outside of the office. Office staff was friendly, bathhouse was topnotch. Super clean and hot water was wonderful. My kids really enjoyed the fishing the river and there's easy access to the walking trail along the river which gets you to most of Pigeon Forge's attractions. We had a 37" class A motorhome. Hook ups were clean and in good shape. Sites by the river are a bit slopey and we couldn't get quite level. We camped at Camp RiversLanding in a Motorhome.

We camped here this past weekend. River sites are a little tight for larger rigs. Bath house and laundry facilities are excellent. My daughter enjoyed the large bounce pillow. The office had limited staffed hours. The river sites are very nice. Fire pits are right down on the creek side. When we booked our reservations they advised us on a lower number creek site. I would say if you get a creek site try to stay in the lower numbers, at about 15 or so you get to look at the back of a hotel with balconies facing you. Not ideal for us. Only complaint is the sewer hook ups. Basically they are right next to the next campers picnic table. Had a lovely conversation with my neighbors while they were having breakfast while I was dumping and packing sewer hoses up. Very convenient to the parkway. Trolley comes right through the campground. Would definitely stay here again. We camped at Camp RiversLanding in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice park, a good alternative to the circus they named Gatlinburg. Lots of shade. Town trolly runs directly through the park providing access to restaurants, shops, Dollywood, and local attractions. Many restaurants to choose from. Spaces are packed in tight and close. The entrance to our site was partially blocked by a large tree so backing in a 38' 5ver was a challenge with all the tow vehicles parked along the interior road. Good Wi-Fi services. Convenient location, campground poorly designed. The service hookups were poorly placed . For site RV25 and all along that strip the water and electric were located in the gravel area of neighbor next to us. However, the worst part was sewer drain was located directly by the picnic table beside us. Which also means our neighbors on the other side had their sewer hose 2 feet from our picnic table.
