The Good: Stamped concrete sites, Good WiFi at our site, Friendly staff, Very conveniently located to all attractions, Fair price The Bad: VERY small/close sites, 32' travel trailer and nowhere near enough room to park my truck, street lights didn't work, firewood $7.50 for 5 sticks that were too green to burn, unkempt and shady looking permanent campers in back of campground. We camped at Pigeon Forge Jellystone Park (Formerly Bear Cove Village) in a Travel Trailer.

The good: close to all attractions, full hook ups, 2 pools, super gift shop, laundry, concrete pads/patios, a few activities for the kids, grounds well groomed.

The bad: sites are close, first few feet between each site become mud holes due to tight parking, sites not level, green pools should be covered out of season, while no complaint ever from staff to conduct a scheduled activity for kids it is obvious most are unrehearsed, unorganized, unprepared. We camped at Pigeon Forge Jellystone Park (Formerly Bear Cove Village) in a Travel Trailer.

A bit hilly for walking around but very very clean with two great pools and 1st class bath houses. We were there in a 43' motor home and our concrete pad was perfectly level with easy access for the mountains. If you're pulling a toad as we were, you need to disconnect before leaving check in because all sites are back ins. You have to hook the toad back up at the other end of driveway on the way out. No problem. We camped at Pigeon Forge Jellystone Park (Formerly Bear Cove Village) in a Motorhome.

we camped here for spring break 2018. this is a touristy area so none of the camp grounds are cheap. This one seemed to be reasonable price and well located. it turned out to be the perfect location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. the campground was easy to navigate. the site had a very nice concrete pad. There were some nice big-rig sites in the back of the park. This early in the year the pool was still closed so we can't comment on it. This park was also pretty basic for a jellystone. the playground was small and not much other kids stuff like the others. If we return to the area we will likely look into the KOA around the corner it looked much more kid friendly. In our area the KOA's are not good so we usually avoid them. In the end you cant go wrong with either park. Att- 4 bars of 4G Verizon - 4 bars of 4g. We camped at Pigeon Forge Jellystone Park (Formerly Bear Cove Village) in a Motorhome.

We stayed here overnight for a job interview at Dollywood. The park was clean and the prices were reasonable. The park looks dated and far too much dog waste in my site and the next site. We camped at Pigeon Forge Jellystone Park (Formerly Bear Cove Village) in a Fifth Wheel.

We rented the largest cabin for a week. We were told we could park our small motor home next to it as part of the 2 vehicle policy wth the cabin. Cost was $110 a night for the cabin. We were there less than 2 hours before the guy in the RV space next door banged on our motor home door and yelled at us to move. We said we would discuss it with management in am. (It was 8 PM). The next morning management told us to move, as they had "made a mistake". That "mistake" cost us $250. We were moved to a spot that was unlevel and we had to keep running people off as they used it for parking for the laundry. The reason we were moved? So jerk in the RV space could use it to park his truck. The cabin's shower barely worked, the toilet leaked and the waterline froze so we had to bring in water to flush the toilet. Management couldn't care less. Horrible place, run down permanent RV's, will not be back. We camped at Pigeon Forge Jellystone Park (Formerly Bear Cove Village) in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Very close to Pigeon Forge/Gaitlinburg. Recommend Tony Gore's Barbecue (best we ever had), the Knife Store (way more than knives and guns--toys, collectibles, housewares, etc.), Bush Beans (free and fun), Ol' Smokey Moonshine ($5 to taste 13 flavors and a $5 coupon), The Old Mill (excellent food). Lots & lots of shopping. Blue Ridge Parkway is beautiful. We were not impressed with Dolly's Dixieland Stampede but it is very popular. (be prepared to eat EVERYTHING with your hands)

Several years ago we stumbled upon this campground while looking for a place to camp while we brought our granddaughters to Dollywood. We liked it so much we have stayed here 3 to 4 times over the past few years. Managment and staff has always been nice and extremely helpful. I have no problems reccomending this campground to anyone. We have always been happy campers here. Great value and easy access to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Check it for yourself and you be the judge. We camped at Pigeon Forge Jellystone Park (Formerly Bear Cove Village) in a Travel Trailer.

I would NOT stay at this park. There is dog feces everywhere! Restrooms were dirty and the laundry room had mold on the wash machines (half the machines were not working). We had no water pressure in our RV and cable was not strong. This park is not kept up. We camped at Pigeon Forge Jellystone Park (Formerly Bear Cove Village) in a Fifth Wheel.

This is an interesting park as it is a nice looking, modern park in a touristy area but has a lot of long term campers, that while most keep their sites nice, there were a few that kept them not so much.

The campground is in a big loop around a hill with a spur where the majority of the cabins are located. The first half of the loop is where they place the transient campers, with the other half, on the other side of the hill, having the full time campers. The loop is paved and all sites are concrete and level. The transient sites have a nice stamped concrete. All are full hook-up and everything worked as expected. Sites were close, but angled such that you were not looking directly into the RV next door.

We requested, and were placed, directly across from the bath house, which has single stall showers, a laundry on one end, and a small pool on the other. The showers were kept clean, and the laundry was OK, though several of the machines were not working. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Campground was quiet, but still close to everything, with Dollywood literally backing right up to the campground property. We camped at Pigeon Forge Jellystone Park (Formerly Bear Cove Village) in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed at Bear Cove just before Halloween, space 26. Arrived late, almost 10pm. The gate guard checked us in and led us to our space. He then helped us back in and get situated, nice to have his flashlight helping.

Bath house was clean, park was quiet. We could hear the Dollywood train from the site. Full, level concrete pad. WiFi seemed to be pretty good.

We would stay there again. We camped at Pigeon Forge Jellystone Park (Formerly Bear Cove Village) in a Travel Trailer.

Nice park. Split around a hill with short term guest on one side and long term on the other side in very unlevel pads

All sites are concrete and are nicely tiered and positioned for the maximu number of sites but, with a degree of privacy.

Facility building are nice as are the two small pools.

This park gives you a tremendous value for the price given the destination natures of the area..

It's a difficult intersection to pull in and out from. Use caution, study on Google satalite view map. We camped at Pigeon Forge Jellystone Park (Formerly Bear Cove Village) in a Motorhome.
