This park is immaculate, beautiful setting on the river. Hedges and trees separate each site. I was reading some of the poor reviews, mostly complaints about their rules. I applaud the Park for enforcing rules...I don't want to see towels drying outside, trash that hasn't been put in dumpster or dog waste. One guest complained his son couldn't drive his golf cart, maybe there's a liability issue. If you don't care what your campground looks like...stay somewhere else! This place is TOP NOTCH! We camped at Two Rivers Landing RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a 10/10/10 Good Sams rated park and it shows. Located outside of the hustle and traffic of Pigeon Forge. Very quiet. Great level concrete pads, landscaped sites and beautiful views. Long enough site to park truck in front. Friendly work camper staff in office and grounds. Pristine bathrooms/showers. Wide asphalt interior road allows easy back-in (motorhomes have pull in facing the river). One of our nicest park stays! We camped at Two Rivers Landing RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

New and well maintained! Very clean. Not far off I-40. Very easy in and out. Very well kept and landscaped with stellar views of the French Broad river. Your front windshield is right on the river. We saw wild turkey in the mornings. Free coffee and donuts each morning. We camped at Two Rivers Landing RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Level concrete pads with full hook ups. Awesome cable tv with over 60 channels. Fantastic WiFi that never slowed down even with a sold out park. Beautiful view on the Little Pigeon River. Very enjoyable to sit and watch the strong current and wildlife pass by. A word of caution, make sure you bring your emailed confirmation as we arrived and were told they were sold out and they didn’t have us coming in until the next day. My email confirmation had the correct dates on it. Not sure what to make of the situation as it was handled poorly by the office staff who called another park for me to go to until the next day. I’d have none of that so they “found” a spot. Hmmmm. We camped at Two Rivers Landing RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Cleanliness is outstanding at this park. Road in park is paved and the sites are full concrete, and they keep it all very clean all the time. Restrooms / showers were spotlessly clean. Coffee and donuts served every morning from 8-10am. Our site was a pull-in within 10 feet of the river. All sites have a river view. We watched a herd of deer across the river each evening and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets on the water. Sites are close together but there are hedges that differentiate and provide some privacy. Lots of medium sized trees provide a park-like setting. Local shopping is within walking distance. Local attractions are nearby. Very close to the Smoky Mountains Park. Th\is campground is a gem - we will return. We camped at Two Rivers Landing RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This park is pricey for October I think. The park seems to prefer no children and more adults to stay but that was my opinion. I know they prefer Class A or Bigger units to stay in their snooty park. I have a 2018 Class C and felt like I was out of place there. The staff was efficient but not Tennessee friendly. I stay overnight and moved to another park the next day who seemed to value me as a customer. We camped at Two Rivers Landing RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Very nice RV resort with large concrete pads for RV and tow vehicle and hedges between the sites for some privacy. Only 1 road running through resort with 55 sites in total. Utilities all work well and are conveniently located (all sites are full hookup sites). Riverside sites are available only to class A motorhomes since they are all pull in sites then you have a great view of the river and the field across the river where there are a lot of deer and turkeys. Other side are back in sites. Bathrooms are very nice and always clean. Nice quiet location to stay.

Only concern is what they will do with the trees at the front of the Riverside sites since as they continue to grow they are starting to block some of the view which is really what you are paying for. It would be nice if they would add security locks on the bathrooms so only resort guests know how to enter. We camped at Two Rivers Landing RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Amazing park. Immaculate, well landscaped. Pool is right on the river, bathrooms are exceptional. Lots to see and do in the area. Beautiful sites. Plenty of room. Pull in sites, so you pull right up to the river and have a gorgeous view out all your windows. All concrete pads with natural vegetation dividing sites and adding privacy. Returning to Two Rivers is always a pleasure. Well maintained with easy access. Small enough that you can really enjoy the quiet. Crepe myrtles were in full bloom on every lot - beautiful! Sites along the river are pull-in for a great view. We camped at Two Rivers Landing RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Very friendly staff. Entire facility exceptionally clean and well maintained. Directions on GPS had us turning onto Two Rivers Landing Blvd and going through Knife Works parking lot. Be sure to ignore that and use Knife Works Drive and then turn onto 2nd street. We camped at Two Rivers Landing RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This is a small, immaculate park and a perfect place for adults who want a beautiful and quiet setting. The riverside lots are reserved for Class A motorhomes, which are parked facing the river, so the view is gorgeous. Only about 20 feet of lawn and nicely spaced leafy trees separate the front of your coach from the river's edge. Because the riverbank is steep and the current is brisk, this park, in our opinion, is much better suited to adults than to children. Wildlife watching from your front yard is wonderful: bald eagles, great blue herons, rufous-sided towhees, swallows, robins, and deer were in abundant supply and very entertaining. Even though you are just a couple of blocks from the often heavy traffic and tourist attractions, you can neither see nor hear them from the park. Coffee and donuts are available in the office every morning and a wonderful deli offering excellent pastries and sandwiches is a short walk away. The drive to Great Smoky Mountains National Park is about an hour, and it is possible to bypass much of the Pigeon Forge congestion. The sites are pristine concrete and the hookups are convenient. Though you are pretty close to your neighbors, the angle of the sites and the hedges separating them provide an acceptable sense of privacy. Both the dog area and dumpster shelter are clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. We camped at Two Rivers Landing RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Very quiet, level sites, warm and friendly staff. Accommodated a change in dates due to health issues in such a caring manner. Conveniently located off the interstate, close to Pigeon Forge, but allows avoidance of Pigeon Forge traffic. WiFi was strong, cable was just fine. Will definitely stay here again.
