Dec 2018 - $28.00
Lovely park like setting with a small lake. Wifi works outside of office hours but not let you upload or download anything. There are two sites with sewer. Lots of birds! - Judy Birchland
Apr 2018 - $20.00
This is a great little park. There are only 14 RV campsites. There are lots of hiking trails and trees. - kanela
Dec 2017 - $23.00
This little park is a gem. It is small as state campgrounds go with less than two dozen spots. The lake is small and placid and lovely. The sites vary from very long drive through to short back ins. It is all very spic and span and new as if the park has just undergone a major renovation. The trails around the lake are very nice. There are lots of birds and we saw fox and deer tracks. Bonus they have a trial internet. You can't do more than simple browsing but it works for that if you walk up to the Ranger Station. - Judy Birchland

This park is good for an overnight stay. It has mostly permanent RVs. The grounds are all mowed and manicured. The manager lives on site and met us in the road to guide us to the site. Very long level pull-thrus. They take only cash or check. - The Griffins
Mar 2016 - $25.00
Located on the left 6 miles south of Bonham on Texas Hwy 121. Take Exit 671 off of US Hwy 82.
The best thing about this park is the owner. Call her to make sure there is room.
All electrical are 50 amp only. If you don't have an adapter the owner will provide one. Grass-gravel site with some shade.
Nothing fancy, but functional. - CharlieB

Small family owned park. $100+elec for month. Wide gravel sites and access road. Near VA Hospital and 70 mi to Dallas. No bath house, no pool, no play ground. Fair price in coin laundry. Stayed for some health stuff at VA. Very good CG for FT RVers. BIG fire works stand open in June. - Fred Griffin

This is a relatively new park and is very much a work in progress. Right now, there are only back-in sites but the road and the sites are plenty wide to get backed in with no problem. Road and sites are both gravel and, due to the excessive rain the past couple of months, are rutted. The owner, who has to be one of the nicest people we've ever met, assures me that restrooms, showers, and wifi are in the works. The park is actually located in Telephone, TX but the nearest town is Bonham. It's about 8 miles off a main road (Route 78) and was amazingly quiet. The only sounds were crickets. The utilities all worked well and the water was the softest we've ever found in a campground anywhere. I would love to come back in a year or so and see what progress has been made. - SandyA

Sites were very close together. Had we had a bigger driver's side slide, we would have blocked our neighbor from exiting his rig. After we had already checked in, we spotted a city campground a half block down that would have been more spacious. - slowlane
Feb 2017 - $13.00
We stayed here a month from Feb 23 to March 22. We have a 40 foot fifth wheel and had to be selective about our site. Wi-fi was good. Laundry room was very clean. Manager was very nice and helpful. We would stay here again. - Mathwhz13
May 2014 - $25.00
We stayed here in our 40' 4 slide motorhome with tow vehicle. Full hookups with 50 amp, satellite signal and Verizon phone. Off the main road enough that there isn't much noise. I would have rated this park a 5 if the weeds had been mowed. The motel portion is very nice. The park needs some work but for the price - a good stop. - Jerryws98516

Apr 2011 - $30.00
This is nothing more than a small mobile home park with a couple of empty slots that they’ll let you put an RV in. We made a reservation and were quoted $23 a night. After we were in place and hooked up, I walked down to the office to pay, and they tried to charge us an extra $2 for our 7 kids, taking the nightly rate up to $45. Had it not been late in the day, I would have bailed right then. We offered them a compromise at $30 which they accepted. I wouldn’t even classify this as an overnight stop. There are no facilities (showers or restrooms) available. - MuellerFam

Jun 2018 - $31.00
Site was level, ATT, utilities and satellite was fine. The pool was shaded by trees so we couldn't get any sun and the water was cold. We saw kids enjoying it though. We were surprised that we couldn't get any local TV channels. We thought we were close enough to Dallas to pick up theirs, but couldn't. The park was a little difficult to get to because of the 75 freeway and its exits, but we managed. - Traveler23
May 2018 - $29.00
Overnighted with our 25' TT. Easy in/out. Quiet! Lots of residents. WiFi was good. Didn't try cable. Didn't connect to sewer. Location is not great as far as things nearby, but felt safe there. Would definitely stay here again. - Karen1969
