Air conditioned bathrooms/showers, laundry service and workout rooms, friendly staff. We loved all the amenities like fitness room, club house and especially the pool. Spacious and great rates. Very clean and well organized layout with concrete pads and paved roads. They even have their own on site propane. They had the cleanest restrooms for any RV park. Overall a perfect RV park to stay at no matter the occasion. Book well in advance. We camped at Brazos Valley RV Park in a Truck Camper.

We have stayed at the Brazos Valley RV Park twice in the last 6 months. It's a great park located just outside of Bryan / College Station. The park is pretty much brand new. The sites are long, level and very well manicured. We didn't have to disconnect our car from our motorhome. The owner of the park came by in the early evening to greet us and make sure everything was in order. The pool is small, but very clean. We were given a site right next to the pool which was very nice. You will hear the road noise from Hwy 21, but its not bad. We will definitely stay again. Our AT&T hotspot worked well. The cable was good, although not HD for our TVs. We camped at Brazos Valley RV Park in a Motorhome.

This was a great place. I loved the beautiful golf course and the cafe next to it where we could watch the golfers make their rounds. We enjoyed the park. Very nice staff. We chose it because of the indoor heated pool and hot tub. We used it a lot. It was not a new place but the pool area was enjoyable. I highly recommend it. What a pleasant stop for a few days! You'll find well-spaced, level concrete pads, correctly placed hookups, an easily accessible trash dumpster, and friendly management at this park. The laundry room was clean and reasonably priced; the game room was a nice feature; and they even offer a small pool for a quick dip. It is obvious the local owners take pride in the park and maintain it well. It is about a 20 minute drive into College Station, where you'll find about anything you'd expect to buy in a small town. (We did try the Caldwell Wal-Mart and Brookshires and were disappointed in both.) Early mornings, you'll encounter some traffic noise, but no more than at most other RV parks. We were very pleased with our stay here and can highly recommend Brazos Valley RV Park. We camped at Brazos Valley RV Park in a Motorhome.

I don't think I've ever been to a park as clean and new as this one. What a nice surprise! Melissa was quick to respond to my late email inquiry and checked me in efficiently and in a friendly manner. Wifi worked fine! Another reviewer mentioned workers warming up their diesels early in the morning; I must have been tired because I didn't notice anything. If I live long enough I hope to see the young trees mature! It'll be really beautiful. I was just passing through and Melissa gave me a brochure for the George H. W. Bush museum/library, a helf-hour away in College Station. I went and it's a nice place to visit. We camped at Brazos Valley RV Park in a Motorhome.

Although not in a "touristy" type area, this is a great RV park. Exceptionally clean and without all the gravel and rocks to track into your RV. Concrete pads, grassy areas around the concrete, asphalt through-ways and great customer services. If you want to travel to College Station or Bryan, some 25-35 miles away, you get all the eating facilities you need. Laundry facility, game room, exercise room, club room, bathrooms and showers, it's all you need for an overnight or many months of RV living. We are staying six weeks and are exceptionally pleased with this park. We camped at Brazos Valley RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

We hosted a rally here and found the sites nicely prepared, and sized with fine hook ups. Very little to no shade as the park is a recent development. Staff extremely helpful and courteous. Rally-room/kitchen is very well stocked and clean. The highway noise might be an occasional issue but the 5 AM DIESELS starting up and going to work from all the resident oil-field workers is a startling/disturbing way to start the morning. They all have loud diesels, they all warm them up for long periods, then they drive around checking on each other or car-pooling until the morning is thoroughly disturbed. No sleeping in late. :{ We camped at Brazos Valley RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here in a Class A with tow car. Access to the park is very convenient. Nice concrete pads, patio, grass areas, pool, clubhouse and fire-pits. Extremely clean and well kept park. Owner/operators very involved with park operations and guest services. One of the best parks we've found and loads of Texas hospitality made it our favorite. Tips for other Campers:

Population of Caldwell is approx. 4100. Shopping consists of small shops and businesses, one Grocery Store and a small Walmart. Bryan/College Station close enough for major items and large chain restaurants.

This is definitely a 5 star park! We have struggled for years to find a clean park in the Bryan/ College Station area. This park is new, large concrete pads, good wifi, clean laundry, exercise room, game room, staff that genuinely appreciates having you as a guest. It is about 4 miles out of Caldwell, 18 miles from Bryan. Well worth the drive!, We camped at Brazos Valley RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a beautiful park, the sites are spacious, level concrete. Plenty of room for the tow. We are 42 ft and fit comfortably, even a 45 ft would have no problems in the pull throughs. There is a small playground, and pool. The dog walk is central, with small walks on the end of reach leg. More than suffice room to turn a big rig. Trees are short, but only because they were just added. There is a nice rally room with dishes, stove & refer along with utensils. Two restrooms, tables and chairs along with comfy couches for watching tv. There is on site laundry and a game room. Close to a lot of things to see, this is a great park to set up in and sight see from. There is some road noise, and occasional trains. Some mooing cows also. Tips for other Campers:

Take a day trip to Washington on the Brazos in Navasota. So much Texas history! Good B-b-q in Navasota at Mallett brothers. For the ladies, have tea in Caldwell at the Mad Hatter, just off the square.

Great RV Park, with nice hospitality. Stayed two nights in order to visit the area and check out TX A&M and the G.H.W. Bush Presidential Library & museum. Arrived on a Sat @12:00, prior to 1pm check-in and found office closed for lunch. Saw a billboard for a pecan farm just a few miles up the road and got there in time to take a tour. Check-in was friendly. Pool is not heated and is very small; BBQ grill is also available in the pool area. Sites were level and very spacious, with plenty of green space between each. Elec, cable & water hook-ups are all nicely located in a single, lighted pedestal. Game room, laundry and fitness center are located in one building, next to the office. There is a separate clubhouse with tables/chairs, sofas, TV and bathrooms. The bathhouse contains four keycoded, individual bathrooms, extremely clean. Could use some lights over the sink and a bit more counter space. Plenty of hooks and a bench is available. Access to Route 21, in either direction is easy due to a crossover across from the park's entrance. Wi-Fi was better than average, once I figured out the first letter of the user name was capitalized. Verizon coverage was good. No picnic table or fire rings at sites, although, there were covered picnic areas with charcoal grills. There is also a community fire pit. We camped at Brazos Valley RV Park in a Motorhome.

Royalty Pecan Farms is only a few miles up the road - they have wine tasting as well as pecan tastings and on some days, they have a tour of the orchard for $5. There are plenty of amenities (food, fuel, shopping, churches, etc.) within a couple of miles. TX A&M and the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library are in nearby College Station, about a 30 min drive.

Overall Rating:

This is a brand-new park and possibly represents the parks we'll see in the future. The first thing you'll notice is no picnic tables, no fire pits or rings.

Believe me, the park looks great without them! There is lush green grass at every site. It is well mowed and very neat, unbroken by tables and fire rings. How often did you use either...when you traveled.

The majority of the park is long term employed, predominantly 5th wheels on back-in sites. The park holds 10-12 pull through sites for overnight travelers so they don't have unhook. The park is clean to almost prim, and all sites are well kept. The park rules on their brochure include a simply stated "Three strikes and you're out policy". The rules are followed. Everyone likes the owners and the results of the rules, so they don't need enforcement.

There is no Texas dust! The roads are double wide blacktop, the RV pads are level cement with blacktop aprons. The sites are very long. The site is half again as wide in the front. Once you are parked, this extra width will be your patio. The utilities are all part of a pagoda style pedestal and work well. Even the pedestal light works! There is lots of room around each site.

The cable is very good, sharp and clear. The Wi-fi works very well with a choice of three hot-spots.

There is a small, well maintained home style pool. Also a workout room with new equipment that actually works and is used. A game room with adult games e.g. air hockey, pool, etc. And, a laundry that is very big and clean. All three of these activity rooms pass one to the other and all are next to the office for ease of monitoring. There is also an Assembly Hall for family get togethers, potlucks and other activities.

The park is "L" shaped and a picnic shelter/pavilion is located at each end.

There are tables, grills and a big fire pit at each.

You'll see pictures on their website, it is a great park! We camped at Brazos Valley RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

This is "Aggie" Country!! Texas A & M is 22mi East in Bryan/College Station.

This park fills on football weekends. Not sure about other sports but I would check for weekend reservations.

On the other hand you have a large metro area, with lots of shopping and the interests that go along with a big university campus, a few miles away.
